First of all, a big thank you to @BeanswithPork. He gifted this cultivar to my dad, who has a special place in his heart for Blackjack the game. Secondly, I am blessed to have such great results for my first grow ever. This plant was grown under the guide of my dad @Budxs and I learned a bunch from hi m this year. I have just smoked the first taste of this after a weks cure and I can rank it up there with some of the best weed I have ever smoked in my life. The taste is just perfect, citrusy and a bit fruity. The high is immediate and seems to be uplifting and makes me giggle. I live this stuff and I will grow more!!! Thank you to all for following, it has been a blast.

Week was great as I saw the end to my fungus gnats and the plants really began to develop their own signature smells. The monster plant has more myrcene funky smell to it and the smaller bushy plants are hitting hard with fruity earth tones. This week looked like this: 2/7: nothing 2/8: 1 gal water/pot with 1 tbsp coconut water powder/pot and 1 drop of microbe lite bmc 2/9: nothing 2/10: nothing 2/11: 1 gal water/pot with 1 tbsp aloe flakes/pot. and 1 drop microbe lite bmc. Top dressed with gnarley barley which is sprouted hemp seed, Barley seed and corn seed which i pulverized 2/12: nothing 2/13: .5 gal water/pot and light defoliation

Eight, nine, it's boring we say, we're sleeping all day. Frequently the tiny leaves we count, while the real show happens underground. DAY 8 (actually day 7 for Mimmy, but you know.. Kids.. :rolleyes: ) She's growing like she should. I love her already. Still watered her 0.5L water with Enhancer today, forgot to add to the soil. :) Pot was quite heavy. Lights are at 55% approx. DAY 12 Needed to water, so she got her first Booster Tab alongside Easy Plus Micronutrients, dissolved in lukewarm water + added compost tea. Day 8 - very healthy sprout a. the roots are already into the pool, forming ladder roots b. I changed the DWC out, always from top watering you will get some gunk in there from the root riot/hydro rock dust, tends to build up on the roots, it never hurts anything, however it couldnt be good for the nutrient absorption. c. water source is mountain water, 130ppm from spring. d. TS1000 is at 100% intensity at 75cm away from the top, they love this day 9 - growing fast a. she is growing fast, and the roots are developing nicely b. keeping the ph 5.8-6 Day 10 - looking very nice a. this seedling is very healthy, strong Day 11 - growing fast a. this is a very fast plant, having to keep knocking the PH down Day 12 - growing very well a. had to move her to the corner of the tent to make way for my Afghan kush plant, it got too cold out in our barn for the Afghan kush b. the seedling is growing very well, she still gets a good amount of light Day 13 - growing well a. she appears to be growing fine despite her tent mate b. will be nice to move the Afghan out of here next week when it is supposed to get warmer Day 14 - nice environment a. the Afghan Kush and the Big Bud are friends now, lol b. all is growing well here c. video of our friendly environment

It's been 31 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Lots of unexpected colors coming out now. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Thanks mars you guys are awesome 🤘🥁🎸. I'm getting a new exhaust fan soon. An 8 inch that will work alot better than my 4 inch lol. Wayyy to small for a 8x8 Grow Tent. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. 12/6 Update - seed is germinated and ready to grow! I will post a new weekly update tomorrow! So I had to scrap this plant - it was just growing too slow and it was unfortunately not a health plant. I decided to remove the plant altogether and have started a new seed. Since this plant will be four week behind its neighbor in the tent I will have to modify my approach to training on this one. I typically mainline - mostly just to utilize the space in the best way that I can. This time around I think I will just top it maybe once or twice and then let it recover for two weeks then flip to flower and manage out the lower branches from there. It will be kind of fun to do a side by side with these. The neighbor plant is super healthy and is almost ready for its first topping, I did however go through today and remove all of the growth from the plant (other than topping) so that should slow that one down quite a bit and give this new plant some what of a chance to catch up. Also - check out the worms!!! I pulled out that plant and reached down into the soil just to see what the worm activity was looking like - I pulled out this little ball of freshly hatched worms! Barney's Farm Gorilla Zkittles - Feminized. I'll be growing just one of these plants in this 2x4x5 tent. It will be growing side by side with another plant but I wanted to be able to document them separately. This is my fourth grow using this set up, I'm excited to document the process this time around! Germination day! First time grower. For my first time grow I decided to try my luck with autoflowers. The reason why was due to grow time, as I am growing for personal use I would like to switch up my strains every grow. For this grow I have went for Auto Daiquiri Lime by Dutch Passion - US Genetics catalogue, & Auto Royal Cookies by Royal Queen Seeds. After countless months of research, YouTube videos, grow guides, forms and speaking with friends who grow. I decided I would try a hydro grow in rockwool & coco. Day 1 plan: -1.5" rockwool cube x2 - ph'd to 5.5 - Rockwool cube placed inside of zip locked baggy (to help regulate humidity and keep rockwool damp) - Bagged rockwool place inside propagator - Hygrometer placed inside propagator to monitor temperature & humidity - Propagator placed on seeed heat mat inside grow tent. - Mars hydro 300W L.E.D placed 12" above propagator I hooked up my 360 camera so that I could monitor the temperature with ease from my phone and not have to constantly climb into my roof space. Next steps in 2-3 days time I will hopefully see signs of life and I will start to regulated my seedlings to the transition from propagator to grow tent environment. By day 4-5 I will transplant into a 4" rockwool cube. Stay tuned guys and watch me learn.

She looks fantastic,she's in a 7l pot and she has the same soil as her sister gorilla girl and cream mandarine and darkr devils all planted the same day and she's the biggest one on a 7 l pot. This is pretty strange,anyways, she looks super happy, full 100% organic grown well see howbshe ends up performing

Es entwickelt sich ein süßes fruchtiges Aroma, welches sich aber noch nicht auf den beschriebenen Geschmack zuschreiben lässt. Aktuell lässt sich beobachten, dass die Pflanze sich um die Blütenausbildung kümmert. Die Werte im Zelt sind durch den Kälteeinbruch nochmal etwas anders. So far I harvest the top half of the plant and its 71 grams dry and the next part i harvest is 53 grams wet, @exotic_seeds and their Black Haze is growing great in the apotforpot super soil!!! Its been a super easy grow so for and it all has to do with the genetics and soil, the buds are deep purple and covered in trichs and orange hairs, the smell went down a lot in drying but should come back with the cure. I know some of the pics look out of focus but i purposely picked them if you look you can see why.

Wow well she has jumped up!! A week ago I scraped off a couple of inches of the soil/perlite mix and replaced it with brand new compost. My grows for the last few months have been unimpressive to say the least and I've been trying to figure out the problem. I've had a few theories but the one I've settled on is my soil. I think I need to change it much more often than I have been doing previously.

June 20, 2022 Watered with 3 gallons RO water with no nutrients or supplements. This may be the last watering. I checked each cola for amber and cloudy trichomes. There are about 5% of thr trichomes that are amber. There are about 50% that are cloudy. She is getting close. Jour 48 dans le jardin secret de nos amies les plantes, et l'aventure se poursuit avec son lot de défis. Aujourd'hui, un petit contretemps : une de nos verdoyantes compagnes souffrait d'une carence en azote. Heureusement, avec une intervention rapide et l'apport d'une dose généreuse d'azote et d'autres nutriments essentiels, j'espère avoir rectifié le tir. C'est une période fascinante, car la plante a cessé de grandir verticalement pour concentrer toute son énergie sur le développement de ses fleurs. Je vais continuer à lui fournir méticuleusement les nutriments dont elle a besoin, en veillant à maintenir cet équilibre délicat : assez pour la soutenir, mais pas trop au point de causer des brûlures par excès de nutriments. D'après l'état actuel des choses, je table sur une période complète de 12 semaines. Remarque : feuilles jaunissantes a la 5/6e semaine dûe a une carence d'azote traiter par la moitié de la dose recommandée. Engrais : moitié de la dose recommandée en NPK pour corriger les carences, a vérifier si brûlures.
