The inter-nodal shoots are beginning to stretch confidently, and the canopy is broadening out with healthy fan leaves. It’s clear that the root zone is well-established, as no wilting signs appear and the medium remains nicely moist—no need to water for now. While it may seem like a temporary pause in outdoor activity, this rest indoors is helping the plant conserve energy and avoid potential stress from fluctuating cold and wet conditions. Once the weather stabilises again, it’ll be back to soaking up real sunshine. We’ve entered a new chapter—today marks the visible appearance of pistils, signalling the official start of flowering! Last night’s rain disrupted my plans to leave the plant outside overnight, but perhaps that was a blessing in disguise—timing and adaptation still matter. So far, I haven’t felt the need to cover her, and she’s handling the shifting weather conditions with impressive resilience. Some nights are slightly cooler, but the days bring back that familiar warmth – and she clearly loves it. Her structure is becoming more defined, with side branches now fully visible and stretching confidently towards the light. Since she’s grown outdoors from the beginning, the natural rhythm of sun and wind has made her strong, well-adapted, and noticeably more robust than my previous indoor tent grows. It’s truly fascinating how dynamic and engaging outdoor growing can be. There’s a deeper connection to the process – monitoring the skies, respecting nature’s timing, and witnessing each subtle change. Plus, it’s certainly a more economical setup! The pistils are now popping with greater clarity, signalling the transition into flowering. It’s incredibly satisfying to watch her shift gears and get ready for her next stage of development. My super soil continues to do all the heavy lifting – no feeding schedule, just pH-balanced water when the topsoil is dry, which depends entirely on whether she’s basking outside or sitting in the shade indoors. Day 114. Gorilla Max is totally ready, maybe she would bulk up, but last white pistil went brown at least a week ago. Time to trim. Bud not solid, but kinda hard, bottom all airy and small, but she smells and sticky like hell, so fruity ... Had to chop her, because got tiered of seeds everywhere, so cleaned my draws and fridge, from 45 found bag seeds started new diary, had to make space for them. Want to try out 12/12 from start and even if i would leave them under natural sun , they would stretch too much in first stage of grow and would repeat that grow patern indoors. Scissors hash was nice, super soft, hard to roll, all stays on hands. On this plant found two seeds, maybe some hidden in colas, but its not even close to bad that i was imagining at the beginning. My watering damage is obvious, Gorilla Max and Bunny were best plants, now - they are smallest... Last weeks very important, till week 5 of flower and that incident they were leaders, overdrying don't work . Hope i will learn this lesson. Day 120. Last 3 girls are down. Gorilla Max - 88 g. Of dry bud. Think she and Bunny will be smallest of them all. Buds are airy, but very sticky and all calaxies went pink. So in spliff it looks really funky. Needed to lolitop them higher, maybe overall look and cola structure would be better then. Lanky Gorilla is a champ, no doubt. Think this girl should beat 4 ounces easy. Day 126. So total of all 4 plants is 401. A bit less than was hoping, but target achieved. Update will follow.

Truly Ganja Leaves. Wedding starting to flower. Stretshing good. Started Scrog on here. Purple Couskush looking good. Like how the new branchs are so big for her but still stretching verticaly. Tag 16 Spitzen der Pflanzen weiter mit einem Draht runtergebunden (LST). Töpfe gedreht, weil die Blätter die warme Luft aus dem Lüfter nicht vertragen haben. Das Autopotsystem funktioniert gut, der Tank ist schon halb leer. Die Banana Purple Punch ist bisher am besten entwickelt.

Just been adding water when dry. Adding some pure worm castings top dresses. Will be adding Gaia green all purpose in a week or 2 when needed.

Commencing Week 7: day 43 on January 12th Today I left the dirty girls (I call them that because they are in soil 😋) out of the tent for their first time in their lives to hang out with some new girlfriends (my photoperiod s). They seem very happy to be hanging out with them 👍👍 The other day I took one of my personal photoperiod Crosses and pollinated one of the bottom flowers of the bloody skunk, hopefully seeds will be coming soon :-) Today I started thinking about how much longer they have left and it seems the bloody skunk is nearing the finish Line already. In the beginning of this diary I wanted to achieve the goal of getting some autoflower seeds by taking one of the syrup strains and cross breeding it but none of my syrups strains made it from seed for some reason. So now I'm thinking about taking the top bud off of bloody skunk in the next week or two and letting the rest of the plant go through rodelization so I may still achieve that goal. We shall see. As I said, she has become a single fat dense and sticky main cola, very compacted, looks like it's just 1 huge fat nugget. Very nice aroma but not stinky at all. I'm enjoying her, she's not very big but she's literally a single big fat nugget.

Last week was fantastic, they grow a lot, they are now in full flowering. im dealing with the management of the new and bigger colas, im thinking of putting the same orange fence on top and using it as a ScrOG trainer, ill try this in the next few days , ill put more pictures with the testing.

Day 36 Grow Diary Entry – Day 36 (Flower Day 16) Strain: Sour Frootz by Karma Genetics Plants: 4 clones Training: HST + SCROG Today is Flowering Day 16, and the Sour Frootz ladies are officially deep into the early-to-mid bloom stage. Bud sites are now well-defined, and the pistils are stacking up nicely. The stretch phase has slowed down slightly, giving a good window for structural management. To keep the canopy even and under control, I applied high-stress training (HST) by bending and tucking the taller tops through the SCROG net. I also reduced overall plant height by about 25 cm, evening out the top layer across all four plants. This should help maximize light penetration and bud development across the entire canopy. The plants handled the stress well—no signs of wilting or shock so far. With this structure locked in, the SCROG net is now fully supporting the horizontal spread, allowing more light to reach secondary bud sites. The aroma is intensifying slightly, a sweet, fruity tang starting to build up when brushing against the leaves. Everything is on track. So last summer a friend of mine grow a Dark Angel Fem seed from Crop King outdoors and turned out the harvest was full of seeds...so I saved 9 of these seeds and germinated to do an outdoor grow this season. I know chances are I will get hermies just like my friend did but since I have these seeds laying around why not? Germination: 13h on water cup and 24h later tap roots were screaming to be put on soil... impressive. Once put n soil seedlings popped out the morning after, seedlings are under a 25w Sunblaster for now, I have been using tap water on a spray bottle to water them. Thats all for now, stay lit folks! Hey now! This week went very well. I feel like she is finally done growing, and just starting to thicken up and ripen. I did switch from the liquid koolbloom to the dry, and within 48 hours or so I really started noticing the weight of the colas start leaning towards the floor. I did support the main colas last week, but this week I noticed several of the smaller unsupported colas started drooping to the floor, so i added a few support lines. I am thinking maybe she has two or three weeks left. I am not a big believer in an all out flush, as I do not wish to stress her out even near the end. Rather, I am gradually weaning her off the nutes over the next 2-3 weeks. She is starting to get brown tips on almost every leaf so not sure if this is just her being near the end or a bigger issue?? Any advice please hit me up! I'm still struggling with humidity issues, but she seems to be ok! Thank you so much to everyone in this community for all the love, support, and help with my first grow.
