(Days 15-21) (Day 21) Everything is looking really good this week. I got my MH hooked up and dimmed to 250w. Plants are responding very well. Not a single sign of yellowing and plants are all a nice healthy green. I covered up the transparent solo cups with some newspaper as the roots are starting to pool around the bottom of the cups. I’m going to transplant everything into 2gal pots with my inoculated 50/50 coco blend sometime next week. There is a nice layer of mycorrhizal fungi starting to coat the surface now. Blackberry breath #1 is still looking oddly deformed still but I am concluding it’s genetic. Going to be trying this ‘Boogie Brew’ tea stuff in the next few days as well. I’m pretty sure the leaf discoloring I saw that one day was from using unstable RO water. I am making sure to stabilize all water with rain/snow/brita before watering. It seems to have cleared up in a just a few days of proper water. I didn’t get around to getting a c02 canister this week but I will grab it at the same time I get those 2gal nursery pots. I’m shocked at how well the air pump is helping the bbb#2. It is always the perkiest plant in the tent and despite being a runt, it’s already outpacing most of the others in terms of new growth. I guess air is an often overlooked factor when growing. Hopefully the coco blend will help get things a little more aerated when I transplant. Been thinking I’m going to just veg until they all show sex and then flip them. (Day 17) I gave my first pest/mold prevention spray today. I then raised the light all the way up to the top of the tent for a few hours. Plants responded well and no spots, burn ect. I’m also going to give my first top dressing today. I’m using my new organic dry amendments scratched into the surface of the solo cups with some added promix as a layer of mulch. I don’t want to see any yellowing at all in veg this run. I fucked up hard last time so I’m going to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Well, this is it. Wish I had bigger buds. Everything was moving in the right direction until the end. I switched the Mars Hydro 3000 out with two HLG 300s, so I could maintain the PAR just under 1000, but perhaps it wasn't enough. G13 is definitely not ready, and could benefit for a couple more weeks, but like a store liquidation, THEY ALL MUST GO NOW All in all, Learned a lot. No seeds, reveg, or signs of mold, so hopefully I'll make up for quantity with quality. Only Dry Time will Tell...

Day 64 - I've been patiently waiting for the time to come, and it's finally here! Changed the lights over to 12/12 to send the tent into flower. Current light settings R99 W99 B50 as suggested by California Lightworks. I did a full reservoir change - switching over to bloom nutes. I also added some Si28 and P31 Microbes to the reservoir to test out this new product that I was fortunate enough to receive samples of. I've seen the results of others with crazy booming root growth.... Let's see what happens! Day 65 - I swear, it's like she's been waiting for me to flip the light cycle. I kicked one plant out of the tent so now there's even more room for improved air circulation and light distribution. This plant is a serious beast! Day 67/ Day 3 of Flower - Last massive round of defoliation before I sit back and let her do her thang. ✌️

Greetings Rastamans, as you can see my girl is getting thicker and is growing weekly. Every used fertilizers have very good results. Slowly aproaching the time of harvesting, This is evidenced by the trichomes as well as the timing of the flowering cycle. I believe that the harvest from this plant will be great. Use of the necessarry techniques at the right period of times gave me the results that you see yourselves. It is the last day of lighting. It will be in dark for 36hrs. Also today defoliation will take its place and I have already splited main stalk. hope you get enjoyment and also knowledge from my diaries. Wish you all good luck. Yours trully Rastagrow

7/21/21: WEEK 6!!!!! She's looking pretty good and I'm super impressed with how well she has handled the heat, she's doing way better than some sativas we've grown indoors during summer..I think she'll start plumping up this week..we cut growth solution roughly a week ago but she's still pretty dark, I imagine there's a bunch in her media to use up yet.. we noticed a split starting down her main stem so we've released some pressureon the ties and wrappeda plant tie around the base temporarily... we'll update again midweek, thanks for reading and happy growing friends! 🐱❤️💡🌱 7/23/21: hairline split down the main stem has healed already, that's good news... buds are gradually starting to fatten up.. we're still around 85-90f during the day so we may consider reversing our light schedule to run at night but this is something we would do after the GDP is harvested, the other 3 plants in the flower tent are in week 3 and week 1 respectively and would probably deal with the light disruption a little better (just a guess but no sense in rocking the boat this late in flower..ty for reading friends 💓 7/26/21: She's starting to put on some weight 💪😺.. we went camping for the weekend and her buds were noticeably thicker when we returned 2 days later..I uploaded a short video ❤️🐱💡🌱

Welcome back to my indoor grow with the beautiful White Skunk Automatic from White Label. In week 4, she started to grow faster and taller…finally ! The temperature in the grow room got a little lower and the plant seems healthy. This week I startet with LST to expose more light to the side branches. Hopefully she will respond good to it. Keep in touch ! Cheers, HighZenBerg

9/15 12AM MONDAY. HEAVY AMINO EXPERIMENT WAS GOOD. EC WAS 1.3 HIGH BUT WORKED, LITTLE BURNS BUT I DEIGNED THEM TO WORK UNDER THESE CONDITIONS. 9/16 1:30AM!!!!!! Analysis of Your Grow Progress Cookie Apple F1 Auto (Mid-Late Flower): Butter Frosting Resin: The thicker, smoother resin suggests peak terpene and flavonoid production, likely driven by your 200 mg/L phenylalanine and 125 mg/L glutathione from the heavy amino spray. The “butter” texture could indicate high myrcene or limonene, enhanced by FruitnFusion (0.5 mL/L) and Purpinator (0.5 mL/L) (‽web:5, ‽web:10). This is a sign of top-tier flavor and potency. Next: Monitor for overfeeding (minor tip burn persists)—consider diluting amino acids to 100–150 mg/L each in the next 2 L mix to sustain resin without stress. Conclusion The “butter frosting” resin on Cookie Apple F1, healthy yellow-green fusiform, and Blueberry KO’s pigmented cotyledons show your anthocyanin-glutathione-phenylalanine strategy is working—phenylalanine drives synthesis, glutathione ensures transport. Tweak amino acids to 100–150 mg/L to reduce tip burn.👍👍. 9/16 926am COOKIE APPLE LOOKS LIKE 3 STICKS OF BUTTER!!!!!! WOW!!! 9/163:45AM I BUILT A TIME MACHINE!!!!! GOING TO TELL THE GERMANS TO FIGHT HARDER👍 That is a practical effect...no computers no grok just AWESOMETASTIC ME!!!!! 9/17 3PM sorry it didn't work... :( 9/18 3:25AM Kitten Academy live stream, no commercials https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3YdBqqDLQk 9/18 11:45AM Mixed up Aminos first and separate and used 16 oz for foliar spray. Then mixed up: Root: 1.5 mL/L Connoisseur A & B Bloom, 0.25 mL/L CaliMagic, .5 mL/L Purpinator, .5 mL/L FloraNectar. Setria Glutathione: 150 mg/L = 300 mg (Brand: Emerald 250mg capsule.) TMG: 150 mg/L = 300 mg/L (Brand Nutricost) Phenylalanine: 150 mg/L = 300 mg/L. (Brand Nutricost) Proline: 150 mg/L = 300 mg/ (Brand Nutricost). 9/19 10:30AM EC 1.1 Foliar Spray pH 5.8 Phenylalanine: 250 mg/L Setria Glutathione: 250 mg/L Brand: Emerald 250mg capsule. ROOT: cut above in half and Root: 1.5 mL/L Connoisseur A & B Bloom, 0.25 mL/L CaliMagic, 1 mL/L Purpinator, 1 mL/L FloraNectar. 9/19 316PM BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE IMAGINED!!!!! THE SPRAY FOLLOWED BY ROOT A FEW HOURS LATER. RESIN IS GREAT, FLOWERS ARE FORMING JUST PERFECT. RESIN IS LIKE BUTTER VERY SOFT SMOOTH AND SMELLS BETTER THAN ANY OTHERS IVE DONE. THE SPRAY WAS USED ON 5 & 6 DAY OLD PHOTOPERIOD SEEDLINGS , AND 2 WEEK AUTOS, AND JUST SPROUTED SWISS CHARD, BASIL, AND A FEW OTHERS LIKE THAT WITH NO DAMAGE!!! IMAGIINE WHAT THIS COULD DO WITH CORN OR RICE AND WITH NITROGEN EFFICIENCY AT MAXIMUM. AMINOS MAN, WOW. IM SOFA KING AWESOME OR RE-TODD IT, WHICHEVER IS FUNNIER. 👽👍😎 9/20 CA1 sample, smells PERFECT &FRESH ALMOST LIKE SOME MAD AS HATTER FIGURED OUT A WAY TO INCREASE TERPENES THROUGH NOVEL AND PROBABLY BORDERLINE GENIUS, OR AT LEAST BORDERLINE SOMETHING WAYS.....THIS GUY MOTHERFUCKERS!!!!! 9/21 10AM Based on information for cannabis plants and the recommended dose for Setria Glutathione, the nitrogen content from 250 mg each of phenylalanine and Setria Glutathione is minimal compared to the required macro- and micro-nutrients for an autoflower plant in its 6th week of flowering. Here is an analysis of the nitrogen content and the role of these substances. Phenylalanine analysis Phenylalanine is an amino acid, and like all amino acids, it contains nitrogen. Formula: The chemical formula for phenylalanine is (C_{9}H_{11}NO_{2}).Molecular weight: The molar mass is approximately 165.19 g/mol.Nitrogen contribution: Each molecule contains one nitrogen atom. The atomic weight of nitrogen is 14.01 g/mol.Calculation:The percentage of nitrogen in phenylalanine is ((14.01/165.19)times 100approx 8.48%).The amount of nitrogen in a 250 mg dose of phenylalanine is (250text{ mg}times 0.0848approx 21.2text{ mg}). Setria Glutathione analysis Setria Glutathione is a reduced L-glutathione compound, which is a tripeptide composed of three amino acids: L-cysteine, L-glutamic acid, and glycine. Formula: The chemical formula is (C_{10}H_{17}N_{3}O_{6}S).Molecular weight: The molar mass is approximately 307.32 g/mol.Nitrogen contribution: Each molecule contains three nitrogen atoms.Calculation:The percentage of nitrogen in Setria Glutathione is (((3times 14.01)/307.32)times 100approx 13.68%).The amount of nitrogen in a 250 mg dose of Setria Glutathione is (250text{ mg}times 0.1368approx 34.2text{ mg}). Summary of total nitrogen The total nitrogen contributed by both supplements is: (21.2text{ mg (from phenylalanine)}+34.2text{ mg (from glutathione)}=55.4text{ mg N})When dissolved in 2 liters of water, this results in a concentration of (27.7text{ mg N per liter}). Very happy with how both plants turned out in the end! Pheno#1 is a definite keeper, but il be hanging on to Pheno#2 for at least another run or two. Both plants have a very similar smell it’s like a tropical cherry punch, #1 smells the strongest, you only have to nudge it and then whole room stinks. #2 has a gassy edge that #1 doesn’t have. Both smell incredible! I’ve cut both plants into individual branches and I’ve hung them in my drying tent. I’ve removed all fan leaves and any lead with a visible stalk. I’ll dry them for 10-14 days, my RH stays roughly between 55-60 and the temperature fluctuates between 19-24*c weather dependent. I’d like to thank everyone who has had a look, liked or commented on this diary, I hope it’s been helpful 🙃 Big shoutout to In-House Genetics for another 🔥 strain, can’t wait to try this one! Il post an update with some bud pictures once she’s dried and curing. Catch you all soon, until next time 🌱💚

The GSCs finally hit their flowering stretch and turned from little ninja stars to nice little bushes. I think my low Humidity may have stunted growth a bit - dry winters in so cal. Overall they are doing super nice, and should start stacking and stinking here any day now. I moved them under the big light in the big tent and all the plants are reaching for it like mad. This Mars 2 1600 is a beast of a light.
