Hey now, hope everyone is having a great week. The Glueberry OG is still hanging in there, she is only 10 inches by week 5, but she appears to be fairly healthy. I did some LST this week, mainly readjusting the uppermost mains to try and allow the lowers to catch up. I did go out of the state for a few days and when I got back the PH in my reservoir was at 7.1 which is way too high. I miscalculated how much it would rise while I was gone, I should have had someone swing by and check it, but i will next time. Fortunately it doesn't appear to have affected this Glueberry OG as all her leaves are still lime green. It did affect the Strawberry Banana from Fastbuds slightly, as the lower leaves have a couple rust spots but nothing major. Fortunately the two youngest plants were not even hooked up to the reservoir yet. I am still very pleased with this Medic Grow light, as I still have her on the V1 Spectrum at 60% now and she is keeping the plants short and bushy. I believe this Glueberry OG is about to start stretching maybe this week or next at the latest. I will do my best to limit her height as much as possible, as this light is way too powerful to have her colas getting any closer than 10-12 inches at most. Not much left to do with this Glueberry OG except continue some minor LST to keep her level, and determine when to switch to flower nutrients. I see many growers switch to flower nutrients as soon as they see pre-flowers, pistils, etc, but I disagree with this method. I continue feeding veg nutrients until I see my lady stop growing vertically. The reason is if you cut off the nitrogen too early she will stop stretching and just produce flowers, so the length of her colas will be GREATLY reduced. If I am running out of vertical space during the stretch, I will make the switch a little early. What a beautiful strain Orange Hill Special is, nice and bushy, great internodal spacing, sturdy and healthy. Happier and happier with how this grow is going. The less beautiful parts on top are my doing, my blind as a bat FIM destroyed half the top of the plant. More patience next time... The super soil is still performing great and I´m pushing up the dimmer to get the ladies used to more light, very carefully because leaves are folding every time. Some of you might be happy to find my European recipe/shopping list for super soil. I tried to make it with widely offered products throughout Europe. Feel free to use it and elaborate on it. If one product is not available in your country, please check the brands at the bottom, which might be available in your country, and substitute. The only thing one could add to the recipe (which I did but forgot in the shopping list) is some Epsom salt. Fed them again with my permaculture tea, all seem to flourish and smells are starting to come from the plant, with that same distinct dankiness I had in earlier grows with this tea. See the germination page and other diaries for more info on my Perma tea. Now they were big enough, some might even say too big, to start the real training. I always love to give them a little bend the week before, to get used to the idea. With some sterilized bamboo sticks I pushed the plants down to expose their sexy undersides. Gone to 1.3 EC. Flowers developing in length. Got some issues with heat during the week. The weather here is increasingly hot and I don't have active cooling in my home. Tried to keep temps down but with the temps outside the tent at 25+ celsius is hard. They don't seem to like it much. Looks like they have trouble taking up nutrition.

Harvesting An ELEPHANT !!! And after 118 day from seed and 101 from wen she started her mix veg/flowering process, i cant say for sure but i am starting to believe that this auto world do veg, then veg and flower in conjunction for a wile and only after they a wile they move to a flowering stage completely but thats another post another day lol today was harvest day for this Auto Elephant from SSSC , and let me tel you she is a delight with huge fruits, so big that i normally cut and hang the all plant and for this i did not take the risk of doing that and getting bud rot , better safe than sorry, so what i broke her in smaller peaces and put it all in the rack. Now not much to do than waiting for it to get around 10/15% humidity and jar with it all. This one as you guys can see from the video , this is a full covered in trichomes BIG MAMA and touching her is like touching super glue or something lol i was trying to put all the colas in one picture , but is simply just not possible , they all look great so i selected 4 of them for a true back back ground <3 Thank you Super Sativa Seed Club for this opportunity, i fell like a champion no matter what with this 2 Mamas, much respect on the work you guys did on this Elephant As always thank you all for stoping by for your love and for it all, i fell humble and honored

I have both plants In pre flowering so I’m going to be adding tiger bloom this week. Nothing crazy just a lot of LST and a dehumidifier added.

1/22 Week 4! Folded in some CalMag temporarily for a slight def showing up in Jool, foliar of same on all. Recovering nicely from topping will decide on 2cd later Jool recovered her normal color in just a few hours after feedings. Can pull the Cal-Mag for a while. Thought of increasing nuets a tad to 10ml but no need to rush just may have to hit them with Cal-Mag once in a while. Time to hit the roots again 10ml/gal Kangaroots one feed only 1/25 Leaving in a small amount - 2ml/gal - of Cal-Mag with CocoTek more for peace of mind than anything else Keeping them small till I have a place to flower then... then we pour it on. 1/27 Continuing to walk the line between keeping them healthy and keeping the size down - working ok so far Growing nicely although some concern found on Zhaan, feeding pattern on just the two tops shown, no where else. Nothing seen , sticky trap put up will check often for further. Not grabbing the Soap just yet see if anything else pokes up 1/28 Sticky trap clean so no flying critters Think hes right about strange leaves but I want to add I may have done some of this during topping. Just from what I see Bit of a conundrum the plants are near-ish to the size we wanted to flower them at BUT there is no room at the Inn, (sativas...) so we have one path to getting this done. Keeping them as small as we can without risking defs for another week then beginning the flowering in the veg tent Moya while the sativa finishes in 2 weeks. Thats one week of flower in the small tent at best, not sure about that. I swear two tents and one is a 4x4 and still space problems... good to have that problem too 😃 That's the plan but we know there is about a ton of crap that will go wrong like that sativa taking longer. Day 14 and the Cali snow is growing pretty well. I upped the maxigro to .5 tsp per gallon and started them on a little armor si so they can build some strong branches. Still running them on 24 hour light and 24 hour irrigation. They are going to stay under the blurple lights for a few more weeks until I can get them in the big room under the quantum boards. I'm hoping they will flower around 4 weeks but my autos seem to enjoy staying in veg so we will see what happens.

16/07 - Week 6 of veg and the ladies are looking very happy after their last watering yesterday. I added some nutes for flowering and they are about to reach the scrog net. I will flip in a few days when the Lemon skunk grow hits week 6 as well. 18/07 - Watered with just water phd at 6.8. Gave both of them 1L. One of the plants had some burnt/curling tips so I increased the light by 5 cm. Three more days until flip. I’m expecting a lot of vertical growth in the next few weeks. 21/07 - I watered the brown pit with 1L of water. The other pot still felt a little heavy so I’ll water it tomorrow. What a wonderful week of growth and flowering! been watering twice a day at 250ml per watering session, usually morning and evening. Not being able to plug in a humidifier has resulted in me misting twice a day as well.
