Research and purchase or build a “grow room controller” - tent: temp, rh, light(?), co2(?) — rez: ph, ec, temp, water level - maybe more stuff like tie in the cameras, also basement temp and rh, fan and lights and pump contro. Nutrient dosing and ph control would be awesome but likely too pricey— but I’m a geek and this will be fun! I’d prefer a prebuilt system but I’m not totally opposed to building an Arduino/pi style solution (reliability and time to get it right are concerns tho - plus I have an arcade cabinet project I’d like to get to soon) — **ANY THOUGHTS OR ADVICE ANYONE??? To do list: I picked up some angle aluminum and I plan to finally make a single frame for the numerous LED lights Mount things to the wall (temp and humidity sensors, timers, utility light, etc) General cleanup and house keeping - wire management etc Install new portable air conditioner in the basement - this will be a bit of a project - casement windows and other issues Hopefully this week: install a utility sink in the basement and tie into the water lines and waste lines of the house (no more carrying water and waste upstairs!!)

Hello Diary, The second week of flowering is over and as you can see from the photos, Medusa is developing incredibly fast. The flowers are filling up really nicely, taking on an already beautiful scent that overwhelms me when I open the Farm's door. All in all, both plants are beautiful, although they differ in structure, the flowers are almost identical on both plants. It's unbelievable to me that it's only the fifth week since the beginning of the vegetation, they are really developing very quickly. They stagnated in height growth, only a few centimeters this week, so they reached their maximum height of about 50 cm. This requires more frequent watering, so I increased the amount when watering and the time interval between each watering decreased. The conditions are good, the temperature is around 25 degrees while the humidity is around 45%. Here's what it looked like last week. 22/02/2023. - Day 29. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, lowered the pH. at 6.0 and I watered both plants evenly with that amount. 26/02/2023. - Day 33. Watering. This time I added Bigger Flowers and Thicker Flowers from the Bio Flowering Booster palette. I also removed a couple of leaves at the very bottom of the plant to make watering easier. 28/02/2023. - Day 35. Photographing and measuring plants. This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.

End of Week 13 (6 week of flower) Cruise control on! Trying to make sure the environment is 100% in check, and I made a very light compost tea with some molasses and worm castings and a little bit of bone meal just to give them a calcium boost and some extra sugars so they can flourish into their final couple of weeks of flower. I have been keeping a cooler average temperature - and also keeping the relative humidity lower. Pest Report: None

Week 5 started with low humidity and we placed an old humidifier inside the tent which it did increase the humidity lvls but we already have regret it as some leaves that came in contact with the hot vapor injected in the air got rotted. In week 4 one of the 3 Green gelato had popped a couple of white/green pistils but they passed mostly unnoticed. Now we are certain that this plan is in bloom stage. Really strange that it started to bloom in week 4 with 19 hours light . Autoflower strain put by mistake in the Green gelato package? Who knows.... We switched feeding to bloom on this plant ( 2ml biogrow/heaven/bloom and we added 1ml of Sensizym and Carboload)

Hello everyone! I promised to track this grow very closely this time and ufortunately life got in the way. Here is a quick sumup of the grow. First of all- One of the sour stomper plants unfortunately didn't make it. It died at about week 4. The main stem somehow had rubbed/broken down. That's why it was falling down. It was almost like a mini beaver had chewed it off at the point where the stem touches the riot rooter. At first I thought nothing much of it, maybe it hasn't been rooted in quite well yet or something. And I was constantly touiching it when watering, that made it worse. Soo the leaves were dropping and the plant looked very weak. Then I decided cut thr rapid rooters top layer and found out the severity of the problem. Tried to tape it up and other things, but it was too late. At the end it appeared all good as the remaing plants got so big the I had some space issue so I wouldn't have been able to fit another plant in anyway. At that time I finally made my self-draining saucers. I took me a while and a lot of effort, but finally they were ready and working well. I also installed the self watering system and flowering was starting. Pretty soon I started noticing weird leaf symtoms. Brown spots, different kind. Some plants had it more, some less. Sour Stomper looked pretty good throughout the grow. Mango smiles seemed sensitive and Strawberry Nuggs were pretty strong until the end. The grow was basically me experimenting with the setup- changing watering schedules , changing ppm, ph and all that stuff to keep the leaves looking healthy and it was very hard I have to admit. Probably my hardest grow in that regard. But somehow, the bud leaves remained healthy and the buds really fattened up good. I got away with an amzing 700G dry bud harvest which was def a new record from one grow. And the bud quality is very good too! Next time definetly no more than 4 plants as they got pretty big and I thought it was a little overcrowded. I was doing some good defoliation too. I should have defolited strawberry nugs more tho. Sour Stomper got some amazing bud development from top to bottom because it was was growing next to strawberry nuggets which were really small most of the grow. They actually took the most time to harvest even longer than Mango smile. Mango smiles were ready quite early. Sour Stomper was just in time! I topped sour stomper and both Mangoi smiles, left SNs both normal. Looking back at it, the way I grow them, Should have topped SNs too. Would probably have more space in the middle and longer side branches. Probably wouldn't have been as bushy! I followed the full Terra aquatica feed chart until the end. I was supplementing with CalMag a lot as I thought the symptoms could have been from a CalMag deficiency as this was my first grow with RO water. Overall a very challenging but good grow at the end. First time no mold problems. A record breaking yield for me. Basically surpassed the upper limit for all plant probable harvest sizes. Got good smelling quality bud. Very happy overall and will continue experimenting with Mephisto beans in the future for sure! I guess what I like the most about Mephisto is how close to description the plant is, very stable genes in that regard. Next time I will also have to start feeding plants higher PPM feed faster at the very start. and during flowering. But still not 100% sure what caused the leaf symptoms.

She is growing again and larger, full adult size leaves are now growing back. Going to leave her to the veg room by herself in the coming week. When we will FIM her and do some more LST, depending on how well she grows this week.

Since I can no longer get the humidity below 58% and the rust spots on some of the sugar leaves are getting bigger, I decided to harvest . Unfortunately I couldn't wait for the perfect time, so luckily I don't have any clear trichomes , about 75% cloudy ones and the rest amber. 67 Day's from Seed to Harvest

3 weeks down and this girl is finally (but slowly) coming into her own. I'm hoping now her fan leaves are getting a bit bigger she'll start to take off. As for environment, today I've turned the ventilation fan on 24hrs with no breaks. I started getting paranoid that hour on hour off is not doing them any favors and I'm just gonna have to suck it up and bare the brunt of the power bill. This will also drastically reduce the RH, which I'm not totally sure of the effects it will have on the girls. Low RH has got to be better than RH too high, right? 🤷‍♂️
