Finishing up... she is amazing... HUGE buds... amazing haze fruity smell... She is in flushing so only water for the last days... hope she goes good till the end ... fingers crossed.. 🙏

Day 124 - I change the lights to 12/12... She is flowering, but painfully slowly. I have never put an auto on 12/12 before so I don't know if it will help. Day 126 - The buds are quite airy I have to say. I don't think she will yield all that much. I am definitely smelling grape though. Fruity. It's nice! I will stick with it, the trichomes are changing to cloudy but the pistils have too many white hairs yet. Also their brown colour is not that dark but I don't think they are getting any darker.

A diary dedicated to the rest of my special girls. Check out my profile to see the Gorilla Glue up close (she will still appear here from time to time). Germinated them directly in the soil with natural sunlight, achieving a 100% success rate. All came out the soil with remarkably thick stems already, excited to see how these old school genetics will behave. Lots of growth during their first week of life, reaching the end of it with 2 pairs of leaves each. We surely got some sturdy girls here. Sunset Sherbet had some damage from struggling to hatch and is now slowly recovering, I’m sure she’ll catch up with time. Nothing good nutrition and proper lighting won’t fix. Bruce Banner turned out to be incredibly big for her age, never grown a seedling like her! You can tell she’s already finding her germination vase too small. Making a statement with her presence. Biscotti Mintz also looking big and very healthy. Let’s watch them grow and see what they’ve got 🌱💪

Was really fun to grow this plant!

2 rez top ups last week and a fully change today. Girls are thirsty and starting to really full out which is exciting me beyond examine. WG 1 and the Haze 2 are some of the best trees I've grown. The Wedding Gelato strain is really easy to grow and to be honest hasn't needed much from me apart from some LST and defoliation in weeks 1 and 3 of flower. Smelling soo good and sticky as hell, definitely going to make bubbke hash from the sugar leaf and press that shit.

Beginn 3. Blütewoche Ausser ab und zu zu Entlauben wird noch nicht viel gemacht. Ende der Woche werden sie dann soweit für die restliche Blüte fertig gemacht (lollipoping, entlauben..). Bisher entwickelt sich die 3 recht gut🥀👍 Und beim entlauben kommt einem schon ein leichter Duft nach grünen Äpfeln entgegen Tank reicht im Moment noch knapp eine Woche (mal gespannt wies in der vollen Blüte ausschaut). Außer ein wenig Phosphorsäure damit ich ca. bei 6.3-6.5 Ph bin, kommt nix dazu.

After surviving a wicked thunderstorm last weekend the Devil's still stand tall. I was able to get some branches tied down and everything secured. Tallest girl measures just over 9ft, up above the app will only allow me to enter 118 inches as the most for height when the tallest plant is 126 inches tall. The peak of the greenhouse frame is 8ft. Been having a hard time keeping Monster Bloom in stock so been using slightly less and compensating with Alaska Morobloom 0-10-10. Stepped up the Purpinator a little bit to 1 1/2 tsp, and plan to > as flowering continues. Hopefully in this next week they blow up with calyxes. Was also considering reintroducing my waterproof lights in places to be used during the daytime where light is scarce. On the other hand it's kind of nice having a lower electric bill, haha. Every grower wants to pick the perfect moment, but that moment is a whisper, not a shout. Here’s how to listen for it: 🌼 Trichomes Your best guide. Under magnification, they tell the story. When most are cloudy with a few amber heads starting to appear, the flowers are at their peak — full potency and rich aroma. Clear trichomes mean “not yet,” while too many ambers mean the effect will lean heavier and more sedative. 🧡 Pistils Watch the hairs. Early in flower they stand white and proud, but as harvest nears they curl in and darken to orange or brown. When roughly 70–90% have changed color, the plant is signalling readiness. 🍃 Leaf Fade As you feed only water, the large fan leaves begin to pale, pulling the last stored nutrients into the buds. This is a natural and healthy fade, not a deficiency — it means the plant is completing her life cycle. 💨 Aroma Shift In the final days, the scent deepens — less sweet, more complex. Saturday 16-11-24 , Flowering day # 53 week 8. Harvest day! Cut branches off plants & hung the 2 front plants off the light. Put scrog net back in with a large flyscreen laying on top, & spread branches from the back plant over it. This allows complete air flow around the buds. Running a single oscillating fan beneath pointing to the bottom. Temperature is around 24°C & RH is 55%

Day 45-52 (Day 46) I just realized I forgot to zip up a small flap in the tent for at least 5 days or so. This probably made the added co2 useless. All the plants are slightly clawing and almost look overwatered, which is normal for plant at this stage but I wonder if the lower co2 levels are contributing at all. I couldn’t help myself today and did a small defoliation. Hopefully this doesn’t stress them out too much. I took about 15-20 leaves per plant. I really want some of this larf on the bottom fill out more. Even by 10-15%. (Day 47) Wow. I just noticed that #5 is putting on a thick layer of late frost. I’m guessing this has to do with all the mid flower feedings. Unfortunately the density on this girl lacking big time. Especially on the lowers. This could be genetic but there is too many variables at play to say for sure. If this stuff smokes proper I will continue to feed in mid flower. Plants are really starting to fade out here now. #3 in particular has some odd red coloring in a few of the leaves. (Day 48) I watered in 2 gallons on each plant making sure to get some decent runoff from each. Sucks that #3 didn’t fill out. The genetic potential was definitely there, something just went awry after that tea I gave it. I have at least 2 or 3 clones of that I will try outdoors. It’s been a very P hungry plant too. The stems were purpling like crazy, even in veg. Some people say this can be fixed with a microbial product like Mammoth P or Tribus which I might try for my next grow. #6 isn’t really filling out much either unfortunately. Tops look decent but everything under that is pretty leafy and airy. #1 and #7 are the clear winners here. #1 especially is picture perfect. If I wasn’t working on another project after this I would clone just #1 and run another scrog like this from clone. (Day 50) I was plucking some leaves today and I found a confirmed banana sticking out of one of the main colas on the stubby pheno. I didn’t defoliate this one too much so I wonder if it was caused by stress at all. I hope I don’t find anymore because we only have 10 days left here. (Day 52) My family member trimmed up the m39. It looks super scraggly but has some decent crystal nonetheless. That’s partly why I would never use an amazon blurple for flowering. It just doesn’t have the same canopy penetration that a light like mine does. Although for a budget setup they’re pretty awesome.
