I defoliated the Plant for the first time and adjusted the LST to the growth of the plant. I found the first white pistils shooting out from the plant which shows me she is ready to go into flower. Until now i am very happy with the progress, still no issues :)

4/2/23 - Filter put on my intake vent. Both plants watered with campden + RECHARGE + CalMag water pH'd to 6.3. Day 7 of flower / Starting week 2 and they're both just showing their first wispy white pistils. I will start slowly adding bloom to the feeding schedule weekly starting next week. I moved the Trellis netting down a bit since they're not stretching too bad so far. 4/4/23 @ 12:30pm - Both plants given 7 cups of water with their firsts 1/2 dose of Bloom nutes from TPS, plus 1/5th of a campden tablet pH'd to 6.2. This is the fastest the soil has dried out before after only 48 hours they were completely dry. That's why I bumped up the amount of water both plants were given from the last few times. If they continue to dry out after only two days I'll keep upping the amount of water they get slowly each watering. Pheno #1 is popping through the trellis now and Pheno #2 is stretching more since it's shorter. Since they are so bushy I am thinking of defoliating sooner than the start of week three (4/9/23), maybe this Friday - we'll see. Smells are getting hazy smelling in the tent and no herming so far - fingers crossed lol - I am also going to be spraying both plants down right before lights out tonight with Earth's Ally 3-in-1 Organic Plant Spray as a pest / mold prevention measure. 4/5/23 @ 12:30pm - Both plants looking very nice after getting their pesticide spray down last night before lights out. I rotated the plants about 45 degrees to form boxes to help spread the tops out when they start weaving through the trellis. 4/6/23 @ 10:30pm - Checked on my girls before lights out and realized they were overdue for a defoliation. Took a decent off to open up some more bud sites and I am happy with how they look. I plan on letting them grow normally and just watering with bloom + recharge + CalMag going forward. I also completely adjusted my light setup, set it to 75% and moved the light down to 20" above the canopy to get a better PPFD reading. 4/7/23 @ 4pm - Both plants given 7 cups of Bloom + Campden water pH'd to 6.3. Should be on cruise for the remainder of the grow - just need to water whenever they're thirsty :)

Week 3!!! Tied down the main branch. The Fruits Baby are starting to come in nicely I have the lights at 500 watts going to wait for them to get Juicy and bulk up the lights and the feed intake!! Excited for the weeks to come. On a side note I am doing this run to see what really works best I know I will get the hydro dialed in and start doing the magic it always does, I am just super surprised the living soil is like a slow and steady and just always steady getting bigger and bigger it was a little slower but in flower its doing great and exploding.

As we approach the harvest, I'm closely monitoring each plant, ensuring they're expressing their full potential. Day 02 - Tuesday - 09/23/25 - Total Days: 163 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages ~[+01:00] - Temps: 86.0°F [30.0°C] - Humidity: 78.4% - VPD: 0.92 kPa - Soil %: [49, 41, 34, 53, 43, 40, 43, 45] ----------------------------------- - [13:03]: Time to start prepping for my first attempt at tissue culture! --- Ordered and received the AC Infinity PH Meter PRO [AC-PHM7] --- Since this is a brand new unit, the probe sensor needs to be cleaned and conditioned for calibration. --- For proper storage and conditioning, the meter includes a bottle of KCL (Potassium Chloride) storage solution. --- For a basic 2-point calibration, the pH meter also includes 7.00 pH [Mid] and 4.00 pH [Low] calibration solution. --- The pen does support a 3-point calibration, but does not include the 10.1 pH [High] calibration solution. For growing, the pH should never get that high anyways. The ideal averages are all below 7.00 pH [Mid to Low Points]. --- The meter also includes solutions for conductivity calibration, but don’t need these for tissue culture. --- Okay let's go! - [13:09]: Took the cap off of the unit and examined the new sensor probe. --- There was a tiny bit of condensation and a micro drops of the KCL storage solution in the cap. --- The glass sensor was clean, but the seal for the cap had a bit of mineral build-up. This is apparently normal for new meters. --- Swirled the probe in distilled water for a bit making sure to fully saturate the sensor and to rinse off the old KCL solution. --- Wiped the mineral deposits off with a clean paper towel. Made sure to be gentle around the glass probe and tried not to touch it much. --- Also cleaned and rinsed the cap with distilled water and dried with a paper towel. - [13:16]: Opened and poured about 3/4 of the KCL solution into the cap. --- Placed and probe cap back on making sure the sensor is fully soaking in the storage solution. --- Done! - [13:19]: The unit should be ready for a first-time calibration after a 30-minute soak, but going to be soaking for a lot longer. --- The probe needs to stay stored in this KCL solution and will top off with more as needed. --- Plan to calibrate the meter right before checking and adjusting the pH for the establishment media. --- Compared to my last pH meter (cheap Amazon pen), this one is a huge upgrade in both accuracy and complexity. --- Will need to do a bit of research on how to calibrate and use this meter properly. - [16:36]: Evening check on the 3x3 veg tent. --- With the recent TKO disaster in the main tent, glad that everything is looking healthy in the veg garden! --- All mothers (including TKO) are looking green and getting bigger! --- Now that the watering system is working again, the Heady OG mother is looking a lot better and she is starting to perk up.
