This week we kept everything pretty steady in terms of EC and PH levels. We focused a bit more on training as the week went along and the plants are reacting well. The biggest challenge is keeping the environment steady, but the humidifiers seem to be doing their thing.

I've brought the PPM down again and kept the pH at 5.7-5.8, plant looks great first grow so very happy, Alot of Trichomes and don't know if I should be getting ready to flush and harvest, buds still getting fatter and she's still thirsty and drinking water but a lot of amber pistils and not sure if the crystals are clear or Milky but plant looks Great, just unsure when to harvest, I've reduced nutes a little more and calyxs still fattening up, gonna hopefully start flushing at end of this week for about 2-3 days in my 4gallon bucket

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Good week for the Red Hot Cookie, she is probably the smallest of the 5 strains, but she looks green and healthy, Day 3 from getting wet. I did start prepping the Coco Coir today by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I also have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. I have run several Sweet Seeds Auto Strains in the past with excellent resutls, but this is my first run of one of their photoperiods so I am excited to see what she can do. I plan to build a mainline and flip as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. My goal is to have these ladies transplanted by around day 14-17, and have the first toppings done within 48 hours or so of transplant. I hope everyone has a safe and peaceful weekend. Grow Diary – Week 6, Day 1 of Flowering Boom, today marks Week 6, Day 1 of flower and things are moving along nicely. Buds are stacking and the aromas are straight-up explosive — seriously, it’s getting loud in the tent. PPMs are holding steady around 1000 and I'm dialing in pH to 5.8 every time, no exceptions. The only gripe I’ve got is how dense and crowded the plant has become. I got a bit greedy during training, went for too many shoots packed too close together. Now there’s a ton of foliage and the lower bud sites just aren’t getting the light they need. I’m in there every single day at lights-on, doing leaf tucking and rearranging to get better light penetration to those lower sites and hopefully avoid a bunch of larf. Lesson learned for next round: focus on strong main shoots only, less is more. But with the way things are going, I’m still optimistic I’ll pull at least 7 oz of solid, dank bud. Whatever ends up on the fluffier side will go to canna butter, nothing wasted! Airflow’s solid. Got three fans in action one low, one mid, and one up top keeping everything circulating. Humidity’s on the drier side, which is intentional to help prevent mold, powdery mildew, or pests, especially with how tight the canopy is. Gotta stay ahead of the game. Plant might be a little wild right now but overall we’re on track. Fingers crossed for a strong yield. Let’s go.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 We'll got progress going! Pictures taken on day 42 of flower. The smell is something that i'm loving. Although one smells stonger and sweeter than the other, they both are smelling great. I had my doubts about the nugs not being big or hard but it seems like the green sensation is doing it's job. There's been a good progress since i've started using Green Sensation. Glad to see that. In flower I feed with only water and 2ml/L of enzymes. Once about 10 days. Resin prodcution has gone up, buds are denser and a bit bigger. Which is good given that most of the pistils are still white and they fatten up more when they rippen. As long as things keep a stable progress, i think i'm good.

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

The soil is soaked with water after heavy rainfalls. Healthy plant.

Just keeping the temps correct is always a challenge in certain indoor grow areas but a tube heater seems perfect. Fan heaters should never be used as they ruin the flavours of the final product. I used a very small fan heater in my first run (obviously not blowing at my plants) but they are too aggressive in heating the air in my opinion and results in on off operation causing fluctuations in temperature. I have purchased a cylinder ceramic heater that does the job perfectly. I know that the temperature in the tent will always be in the good zone.

Big stretch this week , things are looking good all in all. Just added another second layer of trellis today. A small bit of defoliating also. Was hard to find co2 today , but got it done. Will start to lower temps a bit here in next week to about 78f . Getting dry backs of about 20-25% during the night. Keeping media about 60% saturated during day via multiple small shots of nutrients. Could do much better but I will need better media censors to do that , so it is what it is for now.

Top leaves are turning yellow probably due to excess light and heat. Temperatures are very high above 30oC in southeastern Brazil. I increased the lighting distance 30cm from the top. QB LM301H 120W

Sorry about the last 2 weeks guys had some issues and couldn't upload. So I flipped the lady's to flower on Sunday 6th December, added a Scrog and pushed it down so over the next few weeks while the plant stretches more and more heads should appear. Had some issues with thrips 2 weeks ago but have resolved that issue with a pesticide. For a sativa dominant strain the plants are very bushy with close nodes. Probably should add a lot of info to this week but I don't know where to start so if anyone has any questions please ask away! Nutrients are based on 15L of water currently 💚

This is my very first indoors plant. The buds are very dense and have a strong smell. Bringing her up has been quite easy and the new mars hydro tsw2000 light has done a great job. Have trimmed most of leaves off and in 48 hours darkness and she is ready for harvest. Very very satisfied with this girl
