Starting week 7 of Flower finds me planning the next 6, including scheduling a Flush and Tapering the Nutrients off in the next month. - ReStaked a few branches for even spacing & At the End of last week I top-dressed both pots with fresh Soil n Sand. -fresh material at play and the plants are using a lot of water. -able to feel when the big pots are drier and ready for water, by lifting one-end regularly. Just to gauge weight... it’s working. This grow has me trying to establish a much bigger root-ball; re 15 gal pots / 16 litre feeds ... I’ve laughed at some of the previous ones. Feb 2nd, Buds are touching, conditions are being changed slowly mid-flower & hoping they get real chubby in the coming weeks. With the constant reminders that quality grows take longer to mature in Flower than the literature usually states; my plan is to Flush sometime during week 10 (month end) - Three weeks to make it count. Trichomes to dictate Feb 4, - getting my head around htf I’m going to flush this pair in 3+ weeks. Low ceiling+tall sink+tall plant. Feb6 - slight reduction in Calimag and the next feed will see rapidstart reduced as well. Small moves but in the right direction. - tonight is a scheduled feed. Volumes have been big over the last 3 weeks and I am deciding to give the plants an extra couple days without Water, to make sure it is on the dry side as we enter the 2nd half of flower. Feb 7th - the UV-B light just might be having an impact on the buds of the R plant. There are a number of buds that are becoming obviously covered in Resin Glands. - used a moisture meter, the bottom of both pots is a bit wet. Patience wins... This is the plant that physically is still ~ 10 days behind the L plant. just an observation... As this week wraps-up, my plans for next week are to reduce the light cycle by 30 min to 11.5 hrs lite per day. And to drop the humidity another 2%. But that’s for next week. All is going strong at this point, Buds are filling out, smell at the door of the tent is obvious; earthy & dank. Up close from touching a bud it explodes of a Citrus smell. That’s the best description so far Feb 9th, almost a week since last water/nutes, tonight is a green light. Actually felt the pot lighter. Moisture Meter agreed. 17L later ... - balanced the branches / supports and found a good fit between the two pots under the one light. -adding more fresh air to the tent also helped drop the RH a bit. Ready for this transition. - A dry week in reality, cannot wait to see the changes next week after this last, big Max nutrient feed. ** bottom leaves had just began to droop as I watering the plant. Did manage to take it close to the edge mid-way through flower, now it’s Hungry at a critical time. Come on week 8

She is doing a lot better this week I had to install a heater unit outside tent to keep levels better for the plants . The leaves are doing better and tomorrow she gets a feeding again and will be doing producing more leaves and getting healthier . She isn't flowering yet or any pre flowers but it will soon and she is gonna be a short one this go around . Cheers canna family....

Getting ready to harvest one of the Purple Trainwreck plants next weekend. I’ve decided to harvest the mother plant this weekend and wait another week for the clone plant. Plants have been getting straight water for a little over a week. I did go ahead and harvest popcorn buds off the mother PT plant last week. I have struggled with getting the humidity below 50-60% in my tent so that being said, I also wanted to thin out the middle of the plant so the larger colas wouldn’t be blocked from light. The buds on numerous stems were touching and starting to stick together. I don’t want to get bud rot on any of my larger colas. Total harvest off the mother PT so far: Wet weight with stems: 3.75 Ounces Dry without stems: 30 grams Day 60-harvested another 1.25 wet ounces... not dry yet I have not touched the PT clone that’s in flower, I have another PT clone in my veg tent for clones. I also harvested some smaller buds off the Widow X Plant. I have two clones of this plant in my veg tent. Wet with stems: .75 ounces or 21 grams Dry without stems: .20 ounces or ~6 gram Harvested another 1.15 wet ounces. Not dry yet Setup: 24”x48”x60” tent Two 1000W Sunraise LED lights 6” Vivosun inline fan Two clip fans Plants are in 5 gallon cloth pots with happy frog soil and perlite. Nutrients: Fox Farm Dirty Dozen I have learned a lot with this grow, I’m excited to see how my future grows turn out. I have started a perpetual grow and have a second tent with vegetative plants. The newly flowering plant that was added to the flowering tent last week is a purple trainwreck clone. I think it will be quite the monster once it’s done. I have been essentially lollipopping this plant but not entirely. Any feedback appreciated!

This baby is thriving right now. Nugs are swelling, the smell has a hint of citrus and it's starting to smell really gassy. Good stuff.

Flowers are still putting on weight. Very frosty and lots of bud.she is still drinking 3.5 liters a day

9/11 Week 22 Looking better seem to have closed the Phos hole in my nuets, in the future pots will be amended with it from the start. 9/13 Weather degrading (heh relative term) plan to harvest Poly on next spat of "good" weather, Zona couple of weeks tops. Poly water only but there is plenty of nuets in that pot. 9/14 No decent sun today at all, high humidity forecast is saying it just gets worse from here (heh like those guys know) but if true I need to harvest poly ahead of it which may mean tomorrow. Decide then see if forecasts change. Next year things will be different damit 9/15 Day 146 of the grow and Poly's last day Weather is entirely the reason for taking her a bit early, wanted to prep her a bit more but thats life in the outdoors. She has a beautiful day for her last, she was never any trouble and grew well, I am glad to have grown her, she is a good girl. These photos/video documents week 6 day 3 of growth, %70-80 of all major fan leaves was removed as well as a little more LST, the girls are responding well to the increase levels of phosphorus and potassium.👽

WEEK 8 Finally calibrated my ph meter and get everything sorted. Ph is now 5.5 but it should slowly building up to 6.0 I lightened the feeding because of some signs of overfeeding but nothing too dramatic. Very strong citrusy smell. One of the plants is incredibly frosty for it's age and all buds look pretty dense so I can't wait what is gonna happen over next few weeks. Giving them pretty much max recommended dose of CANNA BOOST so I hope it's gonna give me some good results in terms of taste and smell. :) Oh and I finally got new 600W bulb

The Banana Purple Punch great strain with a super Sweet and Berries aroma. I had bad issues in the beginning with the development and the grow of the plant. I amost gave up on the seed but she bounced back. She got cut today and put to dry. Give a 10 to the Banana Purple Punch

Ultimately I want to go full organic but time is life's richest commodity, so it will probably be a few seasons before I get their. Also I don't have a drying setup which is a problem for this next run which is in week-1 rn (I go week one staring veg in my calendar). For drying / curing, I'm looking at fitting out a second hand wine fridge as I cant spend heavy on the Cure Puck or any of those auto fridge setups. Who knows maybe they come down in price. November 17, day 23, the Black Cream hit it's flowering stage very quickly. The second time around it continues to be the fastest strain I have grown. Some leaves are a little droopy/clawed, but it's growing quickly every day so I am not too concerned. The Mars Hydro SP-3000 is able to penetrate the canopy well so i have not removed very many leaves. Week 27 - 1 week til harvest She's so pretty! The colas are really swelling up and looking nice. The weather forecast is looking good for the next days after that we'll get some heavy rains and storms. The wind is already strong but due to my radical defoliation, she's unaffected. So enjoy her beauty one last time. Next week we're going to CHOP!

2024-08-31 They may have stopped to stretch, iam not sure, but i think so, you can see how the buds are forming, and they are already purple, thats fun leaves are changing color thats the tribute to the last 2 days where it was very hot and sunny, and tehy needed lots drinks and the big growth costed some leaves too. but anyways, not a Problem at all the Girl in the garden has more yellow leaves. BREEDER INFORMATION The cross of Frisian Dew with DucksFoot created Frisian Duck. It has such name due its characteristic leaf shape that looks like a duck's traces. The plant has a good growth in greenhouses and outdoors and also indoors. The strain is easy to grow and suit for begginers.
