D29 Topped all her main node sites, going from 4 to 8 branches. Defoliated canopy to reduce overlap and promote airflow since I saw minor bites in my leafs. D31 ALL my new growth looked brown? This combined with the increasing biteholes in my leafs told me I had to act. I suspected the brown growth to be a root/overwatering issue so made sure to hold off on watering for now. For the bugs I used a 3% hydrogen peroxide dilluted 1:10 in a spray bottle with water. Sprayed leafs bottom and top till drenched, kept coming back every day to spray whenever i felt like it. D34 No increase in any signs of bugs, all new growth was completely green, new branches growing out. Seems like the treatment worked and decided to feed again since soil 10cm deep was dry. 4L with 0.5:1000 calmag 1.5:1000 grow and 1:1000 PR. Watering slowly to ensure even distribution of water throughout soil, want that rootmass to grow huge! D35 Weather forecast for upcoming weeks looks amazing, moved her outside again. Since the autos im currently running need light priority for early vigorous growth, my Frisian lady had to make do with very low PPFD levels (80-250). All things considered she performed really well this week recovering from bugs, root issues and very low light intensity.

Fast Buds has been very kind in extending me the opportunity to try our their new strain C.A. There's not a lot of information out there about this strain yet, other than it is supposed to be indica dominant. No solid leads on the name that I have found. I'd going with a guess of Cali Airlines for now (though I suspect this may be a CBD strain). Put the seed straight into the soil in the final container (3 gal grow bag) on March 3rd. I'll spray the top of the soil once a day until I see the sprout appear. Then I'll let the tap root do its thing and find the water below in the soil. The soil was watered heavily 2 days before planting the seed, then left in the tent to get the soil to temperature. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since Fast Buds has been kind enough to allow me to preview their new CC and CA strains I am now going to be starting a new seed every 2 weeks. This should allow me to get all of the plants I want to grow this season in the perpetual harvest rotation. I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water as needed. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of veg. Got them outside and repotted. They look much happier... Look at the last pictures to see they have grown a few inches in a few days. I put a heat sink in this year. 8 - 5 gallon containers were put under the table and are supposed to trap the heat and release it slowly. You can see the white containers behind the plants under the middle of the table. I'll take them out when it gets warmer at night. The soil is 5 gallons of SunShine Mix #4 ( 70% Moss) and 5 gallons of compost from my household composter. I mixed them together. I surrounded the root ball with the SunShine Mix neutral ph soil, so the root ball doesn't get burnt by the hot soil. The roots will grow into the mixed soil when they are ready. Lots of light in there with the new window film I've installed. Plants have a tangy smell to them. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

Banana purple punch finally showed the tricomb maturity we were waiting on! She’s a heavy tricomb producer and gives amazing terps. I can’t wait to see what flavonoids she holds. This grow was absolutely amazing,can’t wait to start the next!

The orange sherbet is the smallest of the bunch, but she is doing well. She is younger than the others but not the size they were at her age. I switched the feed to maxibloom this week since the other plants are flowering. Everything is still running smooth. I noticed a couple of the plants start dropping in the evening so I cut the lights back to 18 hours to give them a break. She is starting to pop some pistols so hopefully she will be flowering before the end of next week. I couldn't be happier with the grow so far.
