Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. Week 4 of flower complete for these very hairy Garlic Cookies by 34streetseedco. Getting very frosty and sticky 🤗 I am in ❤️ with the smells and terps coming from this plant, like walking through a pine forest 🌲 No issues this far! Did a little defoliation of the lower canopy again, more of a clean up. Also removed a few that were blocking good bud sites. Canopy is looking 🔥 I’m very pleased with the amount of stretch and evenness. All 4 plants were popped from seed, from the same pack, and are looking almost identical 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️Great Genetics go a long way 🤓

The flowering is really starting to weigh on the branches so I supported them with bamboo sticks and everything is looking pretty good. Ill be posing more photos at the end of the week.

So here we go again with some hopefully amazing new genetics from fastbuds to experiment with. I was very impressed with my previous testers and am looking forward to seeing what they kick out. So far I have had issues with germination and ended with inly 3 of the 9 I tried to herm fro the remaining testers I had !. I am so glad i at least got these ladies this far. 2 will be grownni living organic soil oots and 1 in the nft tanks fed on Megacrop. Not much to look at yet but the FFT9 has took off and been topped with a fimming. She is starting to look trainable now so will be bent soon. The other 2 will be a little longer wait but all in good time. Fingers crossed for some fruity fun .

7 archive seeds are legit super dense tricomb production like nothing I've seen b4. I would NEVER BUY SEEDS FROM ARCHIVESEEDBANK.COM.... they have great genetics but there customer service is garbage. This summer I spent 50 on these 3 seeds and 125 on a 12 pack of reg seeds of a diff strain the reg seeds didn't grow at all and archive never responded they sold me old ass seeds and stole my 125$ I'm happy I already got 32 seeds from the crappy plant of the 3 that I already cut down. I'm letting the last 2 finish up completely

Meine vier Babys entwickeln sich weiter gut sie werden von tag zu tag Dicker und schöner :) Den Geruch empfinde ich als ziemlich Süßlich und wirklich sehr Lecker :) Mitte der Woche habe ich nochmal Etwas Plagron Lightmix auf die Töpfe verteilt da durch die Airpods die Wurzeln schon dabei waren aus dem Töpf zu sprießen. entlaubt wird immernoch in dem die Sonnensegel Gekappt werden die zuviel Licht inanspruch nehmen

Ok.i said I wasnt going to top them but that was apparently a lie.lol.these girls are a little slow going due to some training issues.im sure they will really start to stretch this week.they are both pretty healthy.no real issues yet,besides these tiney bugs that came back.i really need to stay away from soil.i might look into going hydro.im pretty irratated about this.i have used neem oil ,and some of the bushdoctor.its been to ne avail though.if anyone has any suggestions or tips on mediums to use that wont get bugs please message me asap.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Haven't posted in a bit been busy with life, I am harvesting the Grape God tonight, I am going to push my other plant another week. Have 2 going in the new Autopots system. New larger tent and new Mammoth light are going up after the holiday. Will be posting more soon as I will be running some more testers. Added seed with root to fortified soil with a single layer of hydro ton in the bottom. It sprouted in 2 days has been up with first true leaves coming on for 4 days. Let’s see how it goes from here.

So now I'm back and can control everything. Will cut more leaves in coming days. Overall everything's good. Wish growbox was bigger, plant would reach it's full potential, but its ok. Will definately buy a new one for next grow. Day 50 - Soil was very dry, so i decided to water it with 6 litres, which she took very good. Day 51 - Buds are getting fat, leaves have some sugar on them. Will get better photos in coming days, hope i will have some time. Day 53 - As i ran out of AN Trio, I have used GHE flora trio today. Will use AN for next watering. Raised lamp 20cm up. 5L with nutrients. Day 56 - Huge day. Removed almost all leaves, now buds get full access to light. Finally found Bud Candy and Nirvana in my country, was waiting for it for 1 year. Bought microscope for trichomes. Overall everything is pretty good. Plant got some nice spicy/skunky smell which is weak/medium. No more Diamond Nectar from now. Gave her 5L with nutrients. Peace.
