1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. Seeing lots of good development, Pineapple Express is almost there! I went ahead and defoliated the light bleached leaves, trichomes are getting more cloudy. Spotted a few amber trichomes but not many... update- varies by bud. Trich’s appear mostly cloudy to me. Looking at harvesting maybe mid-week next week... 5 more days or so... maybe sooner if trichomes becomes more amber! Super excited to see how this Pineapple Express turns out! Went ahead and clipped the bud off her that had been pollinated, she was starting to open up some of the seed pods. Seeds look fully developed and are quite dark. Tester bud had a few seeds in it but not outrageously so, only a few. Berry white is trucking along, lots of trichome development this week but buds still don’t seem to be swelling much. Smell coming off this little plant is fantastic!

Moving right along, each girl is on her own pace. Tent was so crowded I had to remove the heater therefore I bought a bigger tent and will use use this one for drying. Thanks for looking..

Day 78 Hey growmies, The girls received 2 liters of water with fertilizer and Cal-Mag today. Before that, I defoliated them for the last time – I hope it wasn’t too much, but I wanted to try a more radical approach to hopefully get an even better end result. Unfortunately, some of the Pink Gelato's leaves are showing clear signs of heat stress, but so far she’s still growing well. I hope the terpenes are okay. Day 79 The girls are doing well so far. Unfortunately, the tips of the Pink Gelato are a bit burned, and it's supposed to get even hotter in the next few days. I hope she survives the heat. The other two ladies don’t seem to mind it. The smell and the buds are getting bigger and bigger. The carbon filter is managing to neutralize the strong smell. Now we're heading into the final days of flowering

Another week, girls made some nice progress. Some of the buds will be huge. I honestly don’t aim for the quantity but quality this time. HOEwever this should also be great producer so I’m very hyped about next 5 weeks. I feed rather less to avoid over feeding and it seems to be working just fine. ANY COMMENTS appreciated :) thanks

the girls have really taken off, things are going well, just trying to deal with my humidity. I do not have a dehumidifier, and the outside % is +60%....so it hard to bring it down too much. I think I may need to purchase on in the near future. Also would like to get C02 going but realize I'll need a dehumidifier first, so I went cheap and designed a C02 generator from my wine making supplies. It's producing bubbles, as you can see in the video, but not too sure how much its contributing, especially since I have the fan on for controlling the humidity. but it was fun to build

-6/18/23 Start of Week --Week 13/Flower 7 -6/24/23 (Day 98/Flower 50) --Observations: getting vary resinous, smells of skunk/earthy with sweet lemon citrus. under buds are filling in and starting to merge with the upper buds --Changes: heat and humidity changed, selective defoliation and burnt tip removal, removed some of the basil, no nutrients for this entire week --Comments: preformed a selective defoliation to open up space so that the lower growth can receive more light during the last few days of its life, also removed some of the burnt leaf tips. removed more of the lemon basil because it was hanging over the purple lemonade again. did not give nutrients this week because the end of the competition is coming up and there were signs of nutrient burn, might as well be week 1 flush. the sent keeps getting stronger and now has more of a skunk/earthy dominance with sweet lemon citrus undertones, hoping that the lemon carries over to the smoke after curing. -6/24/23 End of Week -post-note: will be harvesting sometime next week, would like to have at least 5 days for hang dry before the @Fast_Buds Fast Flowering contest ends.

Final defoliation took place and they’re bushy but lights getting through to the lowers and that’s what counts. I ran out of build a flower, so I just gave them each 1/2 cup of Dr Earth Flower girl topdress. I’ll probably use it til finish if need be. The smell is starting to come in and they are a GASSY bunch already. Purple ghost candy has a diesely fruit flavor coming in already. Very excited for the next coming weeks

Welcome to the smallest harvest in my grow-tent! The LSD from barneys farm: GROW: This little plant grew extremely well in her 4 Liter pot and took as much nutrients as I wanted to give! She was really small in her vegetative Phase, but she stretched pretty much in flowering and developed nice and strong branches! Her height was about 30 cm and the smallest plant in my grow tent, due to the small size of her pots! I just wanted to try her and I had a small space between the other plants, so I decided to leave her there! I really liked her structure and her leaves, which looked really wild and rough😍 HARVEST: I put my LSD into a vase for 2 weeks for ripening, because she developed some bananas in her flowers! But luckily there is no seed in any bud of my plants, so I think I’ve done it well! I harvested her mostly wet, which made it take much longer... other than that it was fun to harvest her, came out with 16,7 g dry buds and 7 grams of cuttings! That’s pretty cool for me because she was just a small experiment if I can place a fifth plant in my tent, usually I would have put her outdoors! BAG APPEAL: 8/10 She surely has a nice sativa-structure in her buds, although no hints of purple or blue in them. The green is really bright and fresh, looks like high quality weed for sure! She is not that hardly trichome-covered like my blue gelato, but sure she has some pretty shiny calyxes! SMELL: 8/10 Her smell is really musky and earthy, as well as sweet at the end, which makes it a really nice bouquet of flavours to experience when you smell at the jars filled with her buds! Personally I love her smell! TASTE: 8/10 She already tastes pretty good in my storm vaporiser, but she’s not totally cured yet. I prefer the taste of my strawberry lemonade, but this one definitely has some hints of mint! EFFECT: 9/10 Her effect is really strong, crawling up your mind and your body really slowly, but lasts for about 4 hours! When you smoke it, you firstly get the feeling of happiness and classic red and dry eyes, but than it disappears and comes back with a really trippy and colourful effect! It’s like having a window between you eyes and the reality, and this window Is coloured in rainbow colours! Not as intense as mushrooms, but it surely has some relation to this effect. After a funny and giggly time and another few vape-hits, she’ll ,,blast you into another dimension“ - for real! I was so passed out, couldn’t barely speak, but still feeling damn fine and just perfect! Still I prefer the effect of my Shiskaberry due to her more talkactive effect and the need to walk. Also Shiskaberry is more trippy than this one, also related to the effect in your mind, including you thoughts and your state of mind! I Vaped this strain at 200-220 degree Celsius, which made her producing big clouds of tasty vapour! We smoked 0.6 g in this evening, we were 4 people and 1 of them Is a heavy smoker since years! But she was passed out same as we were😅 so all in all a really nice strain, we smoked it in the evening outdoors, but I think at a sunny day in the park this strain might be even better! Hello everybody! This week will be the hardest one. I’ll have to work a lot inside the room, and even on GD to document all the changes. Last week I topped for the last time (in reality this happened the first day of this week), and finally stopped with high stress training. From now on, our attention will fall totally on ScrOG. Day 43: Topped the 4 colas at the extremities. Red blood came out from them (see the photos). Amazing! Sorry for the bad quality, but I got just the phone with me when I did the job. When I took the second photo (a few hours later), the plant had already sucked up all the lymph. You can still see the red blood by the way. Day 44: Set the timer to start with 12/12 from midnight of day 45. Day 45: SO MANY THINGS HAPPENED TODAY. Flowering started, baby! 🤩 Today, in the evening, I worked for about 4 hours to prepare the ScrOG environment. - Improved the LST before placing the grid. - Took some photos. - Removed the humidifier. - Since my LED panel has half of the blue lights broken (this happened three weeks ago), resulting in 100W less of total potency, I added 3 new lights pointing where the panel is broken (2x 36W led bulbs and 1x 30W COB led light). I uploaded a photo and a video to better understand what I’m talking about. I even tried changing the broken LED driver, but it didn’t work, so now I’ll have to wait until the end of this cycle to send it to maintenance. - Put 20gr of BatMagno (which is bat guano), 10gr of “Farina di Neem” (Neem Flour), and 50gr of Alghe, all of them over the soil. I’ll write something about these fertilizers at the end of the comment. - 4.5L of tap water (corrected to PH6.5), which gave zero runoff. Haha, she’s drinking like a camel. - Placed the grid. - Took a few photos. - Little defoliation. - Took all the other photos. - There we go! I preferred not to add the bloom fertilizer now because I’m a little worried about overfertilizing this baby. During veg, she showed me she doesn’t like nutrients, so I’m just listening to her requests. I’ll add the bloom one as soon as she seems hungry again. By the way she’s just 20cm tall (I’m so proud of this result) and the grid is located a few centimeters above her. Let’s see if I switched to 12/12 at the right time: I heard this strain usually stretches for about 6 weeks!!! 😱😱 Let’s talk about the ferts I placed on the surface of the soil. - BatGuano: it’s a mixture of organic fertilizers of natural origin and suitable to produce a high amount of organic nitrogen and phosphorus that can be assimilated at 100%. It’s a natural slow-release fertilizer for flowering: the raw materials used (guano, dried borlanda with ammonium salts, kieserite of natural origin, flagpole, meat meal, bone meal and dried poultry) are the result of a careful selection which ensures a low salinity and a gradual transfer of the elements. The phosphorus content in BatMagno (being organic) does not undergo insolubilization. - Alghe: they are a portentose substrate activator made of a mixture of algae of the species Ascophillum, Fucales and Laminariales, obtained through a process of dehydration and grinding without the use of any chemical substance. They can be used during the preparation of the soil, and increase and strengthen the formation of the root system, mobilize the nutrients in the soil, reinvigorate the plants, protecting them from adverse weather conditions, help plants to overcome stress conditions and improve the quantity and quality of production. All of this is possible thanks to the presence of betaine, cytokinins, vitamins, auxins and alginates polysaccharides. - Farina di Neem (Neem Flour): it’s a vegetable product based on Neem seeds, obtained from the extraction of Neem Oil through a process of cold-squizzing out, which increases crops, improving both growth and flowering, as well as strengthening the roots of the plants. The Neem Flour is mixed with nitrogen fertilizers, that slow down the conversion and leaching of nitrogen. Repeated interventions improve the endogenous resistance of plants to pathogens, creating an unsuitable environment for the development of insects and cryptogams. Due to the presence of important trace elements for plant life, it prevents imbalances and nutritional disorders. It also protects plants from Nematodes, ants, insects and soil larvae. Let’s say Alghe is the most smelly product. My room now smells like seaweed! I need to figure out how to give her water now that the grid is on. I think I’ll plug a 2m pipe at the end of my watering can. That’s the most easy and cheap way to fix this problem. I just need to find the right size of the pipe. I’ll show you my solution next week.

1-sept: The dead spots on the leaves are due to my clumsiness; I have dropped nutrient water on her by mistake. I have a very small tent so I'm glad she's growing short and not stretching like the first week. The thing that surprises me is that she has already started to emit the smell we all know to love. But gotta stay stealth. I'll be adding a carbon filter to the extraction fan by the end of this week. Peace. Fingers crossed.

Finished my final defoliation on all of the plants. On all 4 the buds are beginning to stack up nicely and develop trichomes. I was very surprised to see an abundance of trichomes all over both CMOG plants including the the stems and fan leaves. Shout out to Humboldt Seed Organization for superior genetics 💯
