2/17: I spent a little time rearranging today. I bought some 32" x 14" plastic ventilated storage shelves and cut the legs down on two of them so I have some different-height platforms for the shorties in the garden. I should also be able to easily flush 6 plants in 5 gallon pots, or 9 plants in 3 gallon pots at a time now, that's a win!👈 2/18: I debated whether to feed or not, and settled on watering them with about 1/2 gallon each. including bembe, cal-mag, signal, humic acid, and a little beastie bloomz. The new dehumidifier is pulling about a gallon and a half per day from the air, so I should be able to feed them in a couple of days. I've reached the ceiling again with my lights. Both plants are budding up now. 2/19: Rainy day outside, so I'm pulling in 99% humidity, plus the pots are still petty saturated, but the new dehumidifier is keeping up. RH is holding at about 45% today.👍 2/20: Day 31 of flower...the tall one grew another couple of inches overnight! Damnit!😟 After emptying the closet (again) today and supercropping more branches (and some of the same branches again), a semi-solution occurred to me that allowed me to raise the lights another 3-4 inches! Now I'm truly maxxed out... Not a very stable strain..just look at the difference in the two I grew... I really needed everybody to finish in the same week so I could get my Spring autos going...😶 I'm still hoping that they will get their groove-on and finish by the EHD(3/11), but it's not looking possible for the taller one at this point... The shorter one is starting to smell really nice...faint, but funky. I took photos and videos of all the plants today since I had to empty the closet and it wasn't a feeding day. 2/21: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including beastie bloomz, tiger bloom, big bloom, signal, bembe, and cal-mag...no grow big this time. 2/22: The short one continues to pack on the pistils, but the taller one is slow as hell....😟 2/23: I ordered some Terpinator because I'm not so sure about Signal's efficacy at this point....I'm usually dealing with odors more by now..😕

Hey there! I’ve only just started using this site and I’m halfway through this grow so I’ll try and fill in the veg and early flower up until this point. This girl really is on auto pilot. She’s just getting bigger everyday with some really good resin production so early I’m really optimistic that this will be a great harvest. 🙌🏼 She’s a really decent size and has responded incredibly well to LST in Veg. The only defoliation I have done up till this point is if bud sites are covered. Any pointers are always greatly appreciated.

My FB 2025 continues to grow! This week it was 29 inches tall. It keeps reaching for the sun. It rained twice this week and when it wasn't raining, I did feed my plants nutrients. I am surprised that I haven't really had to defoliate very much on this plant because it seems to be a tall and thin as opposed to short and fat. :)😍

Hello present and future growmies! Welcome to the start of week 9 for Queen Citronella. First things first, please go and check week 8, I update daily and the week is now complete. Day 57: Her majesty is parched and so overgrown in her space that I've decided to give her a haircut. It will hopefully make her easier to move about too. I've fertigated 10l today and performed LST adjustments and significant defoliation. Made a little collage to show the training I did. Day 58: Tried to colour correct photos. Any good? Day 60: Disaster! SOMETHING has gone horribly wrong! The Queen is unwell and now I shall try to figure out why. It seems like heat stress but I don't get how. Alright I think it is heat stress but I am not sure how, the temp hasn't gone above 26 degrees to my knowledge. Two things have changed this week first my house has been about 3 degrees warmer, and second I switched the main tent to 20 hours. I wonder if the additional time and the extra heat in the house has caused it to get too high. I have opened a flap at the side of her tent, and I am going to drop the light in the main tent down to 19h. As well as this I am now leaving a window open when the lights are on. Hopefully I can stop it getting worse but it is all over the plant. :( Okay soI think I have caused nute tox/shock - specifically I think what happened was an accidental big overdose of CalMag raising the EC too high. These symptoms came on way too fast to be a simple deficiency or lock out, and the PH wasn't so far off as to cause these issues. I've treble checked and the temp hasn't exceeded 26 degrees, nor dropped below 17. I flushed her through with PH water today approx 40 litres - until runoff was clear and correct PH. I am not going to nute her for a day or two. Day 62: I have ordered the queen a new tent. 75 x 75 x 200. She's still asleep at the moment but I'll photo her later. She's really taken a hammering from, what I now believe is, nutrient toxicity. Day 62: Her majesty is looking much revived compared with the last few days. I THINK she will be ok. I've made a video assessing the damage. Ouch. Sorry your majesty, please not off with my head! Day 63: Alright I have a new tent for her majesty arriving next week and I've new airflow for the main tent. She seems to have recovered from the burn and is stretching again. End of week summary: First big mistake and first serious issues for Citronella. Sorry about that. However she has now recovered and is growing again. I cannot undo the damage but I think I have halted any further damage. Let's see what happens next week.

He who stops is lost, as an old saying goes I don't know exactly what the origins are, so here's a new Zamnesia season. We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our DO SI DOS F1 Hybrid Auto were born really quickly. About 24 hours in water and the two seeds had hatched, another 24 hours in soil, and off they went, born on 01/12/2024 on our identity card we have this date. Special signs, very cute, one had a small placenta problem but the father solved it immediately. In a Indica Dominant probably running in AWC, let’see the results. WARNING: Placenta Problems ---- ALWAYS look very carefully at the seedlings, if the seed or the placenta prevent the opening of the cotyledon leaves the plant dies after a while. Remove it delicately as if it were a condom or almost. I apologize for the example but it gives the idea, remove slowly and delicately please. WARNING: If you choose biodegradable pots, choose the largest possible ones and not paper/cardboard ones, there is peat which is the main component of most of the soil we use. Opium is quite fantastic, the incredible storms have not harmed her in any way and she is booming the blooming stage! Aside from a few dark spots on her leaves there are not any complaints from us and if you could smell how delicious her aroma is, you would understand why. Our only addition to the weekly maintenance has been Epsom salts in the rain barrel, Opium also had a one time dusting of coffee grounds to the top of her soil bed. Our only worry is the weather this year, the storms have been fierce and the rain will not let up. Our temperatures at night are quite low already, the two biggest fears for an outdoor grow is bud rot and or not finishing before the frost arrives. We are confident that our Opium will be fine although only time will tell.

2024-06-22 Yesterday i had to Harvest them, weather was very bad . The are having tropical Climate in the raintime, very Humid and rainy, sometimes changes to cold and windy so very bad Season until now. They would have needed 7 days more to ripe perfect. But they started to mold. so i harvested them quickly, and sorted out all moldy stuff this is very sad. Buds are more open and supersticky. you can see with eyesight the loooong and dense Trichomes, iam going to add more Pics if they are cured and i add some Pics from the microscope. i give this Strain 8 from 10 Points for Outdoor Growing, because of their tendency to catch mold , despite the fct they were under a Roof, But yeah we had avery cold, rainy and humid Season i really like to grow them again, but indoors!!! because of their Juicyness

Week 6 and we are reaching for the skies! LOL...it's a good thing but also bad...as she is starting to get light burn on the top main cola...my light is the highest it can be so I'm hoping that the Fox Farms Nutrient, Open Sesame, stops the stretch and focuses more on bud development. She will get fed on Friday! I absolutely love watching my Runtz grow, I want massive trees in my tent now...I used to go crazy with the LST during veg weeks 4-5 and introduced open sesame earlier because I never wanted tall plants before...my first grow had tons of light burn and my tent is tiny!!! Just a little 2 x 4......but now I am steering that way...I just think the tent looks more beautiful....tall lengthy trees as opposed to short stumpers which is what I have been growing from the start :P Went in with some more LST...at week 6 is usually when I try to go minimal on the manipulation but with how lanky she is...I think there's more room for some surprise colas to make an appearance! Also, I took the SCROG netting out...I want more experience with growing before I start messing with new growing techniques..if you made it this far into reading wow congrats! LOL and Happy Valentine's Day....it's a day about love...loving yourself, your family, your pets, and of course your PLANTS!

I take it, my decision to defoliate before departing was the wisest thing to do, My Baby has grown and producing healthy buds. My efforts of LST have giving me 3stems which I would love to see it’s fruition, it got that classic Cheesy aroma that Lamb Breath is known for… my greenhouse has truly put impressed me, I thought I would not have vertical growth due not have a lot of air flow, but she grew, and now it’s flowering for 5 weeks now! I expect to harvest end of SEPTEMBER, cannot wait to taste the rainbow, I have not grown anything this good and pungent, this cycle is truly successful as things head to harvest.

That is my question. I have been pinching them off on the clones and leaving them on the Mommas and Blue Gelatos. Whats your thoughts?

Day 33-40 (May 24th-May 31st) (Day 34) I just found a herm branch on the tight blueberry pheno. It looks like a random pollen sack opened right above a lower branch. I removed the sack but I saw a small amount of dust fall onto one of the lower branches. I’m going to leave it to see if it will pollinate that small branch at all. I spent a good 5 minutes looking closely for bananas or claws but couldn’t find anymore. The main bud is clearly unaffected so I will just leave it unless it is visibly seeding itself. Too bad because I’m really excited for this plant. (Day 36) Not a lot has happened since I flushed them. Growth actually looks healthy and I don’t see any deficiencies on anything yet. (Day 37) Both of these badazz cheese phenos are picture perfect and easily hold up against Canadian and California quad grade. I might try to reveg them at the end and take some clones. They have this unique pungent, grassy, sour milk smell that is just wonderful. The density and bud structure is looking great too. This whole plant will probably take 3 minutes to trim if that. (Day 38) Just found a banana on the shitty blueberry pheno. This pheno is trash and I would honestly throw it away if it didn’t mess up the 3 perfect rows. It has almost no frost, no smell, is airy and has bad structure. I’ve actually never seen a plant with such little frost. Even outdoors. (Day 39) I think most of this tent will be done by day 60 but I will probably ride it out until day 70+. I don’t think the blueberries or the jacks will fill out very much either way but taking it too day 70 will ensure maximum production from each plant.
