Another one ! Was so fast , took 10 weeks . Got lot of big buds , never had so big from a small plant. 24.52gs not bad.

First week of flower is over. She handled the light change and nutrient change without any issues. last bit of LST was completed and last major defoliation had also been done. From now on I will only defoliate when leaves are covering other shoots. She was already smelling strong before, but it keeps on getting stronger and stronger. Definitely not a stealthy strain in the smell department.

22/5 just given them 20l fresh water per tray which is done (2 times a week). Feed schedule 📅 changed 2.4ml per ltr (bloom) 1.8ml per ltr (micro) 0.8ml per ltr (grow) 10ml per 20 ltr tray. (Flowerbomb) Had a problem with (smaller plants) tray. Which was too with pump luckly i have a spare so have changed them over. I have kept this tray on a pre Flower schedule now they have a better pump i believe they will pick up speed. So far so good fingers crossed 🤞 😊

Sorry For The Delay but I was kinda busy ......Anywho on 3/19 I Changed The light Schedule form 18/6 to 12/12 To Begin My Pre-Flower Stage I Also Bent The Last Few Uneven Tops To Have A Table Top like Canopy (LST) Also Cut Off all Little Branches (Lollipopping) To Prevent Getting Any Little Pop Corn NUGs. Then ON 3/20 I Increased My Light Intensity From 25% to 50% And began giving These Girls There Flower Nutrients Listed Above . AN Updated Video Of the Week POSTED ABOVE Video Taken About 3 Days After Making These Changes And yes The are All Showing to Be Females

This week went pretty well for my sour diesel auto. She Finally stopped growing vertically at about 48 inches to the top of the highest cola. We did have a serious heatwave and high humidity I been dealing with as well, but so far so good. The only thing I changed this week with nutrients is I raised my ec value to 1.6, at the advice of another grower, and the sour diesel took it like the piglet that she is. I am still on an 18/6 light cycle,which I plan to stay with the entire grow, and still feeding Maxibloom, calmag, and koolbloom. I am seeing some bright orange colored spots on the top leaves, but I am hoping it is just a little light bleaching. I have no experience with this as I have NEVER grown anything indoors before other than vegetable seedlings. I just wanted to say thank you to this community for all the advice, tips and encouragement along the way, very much appreciated all, and Blaze On!

Been looking forward to sharing this week. I made some changes to the grow room to make it a little more easy to work in, added some new things to make it fun, as well as mounted fans for a new airflow pattern. We’re in flower this week and this girls been unbelievable to train. It’s one of the most resilient autos I’ve ever grown. Autos can be a gamble sometimes. I’ve lollipopped it, LSTed it, and supercropped it, heavily defoliated, it has always been leaves back up within a few hours, and the minty green color of these leaves is beautiful. It is my only time growing fastbuds lemon pie, but if someone is looking for one to train heavy I already feel confident recommending this one. Of course always listen to your plant. The addition of the crates helped me widen the usual tie down coverage I am limited to beyond the pots. I will never not use these crates in a future grow when training. The plant will breathe a lot better all the way through to flower. I have 4 corner air flow and a top fan I recently set up to work much more efficiently as a soft constant breeze mixed with a heavier oscillating gust to mimic the outdoors. The crates sit on a 12” wide 4 wheel dolly and spin within the new 14”x14” plant saucers. I just use a shop vac connected to a 7 gal bucket to remove the runoff. It’s been really fun sharing my grows and I can tell already it’s making me a better grower. I’ve got a cannon rebel now so I can take better quality pics and I usually post a lot of them and they are in order throughout the week. Part of growing is finding cheaper or smarter ways of doing things. If anyone has any tips they use or dollar store finds I’d love if you’d share in the comments. I never expected a $6 crate could change how my plants grow so much. I am not going to on this grow but it would be easy to zip tie 4 bamboo or pvc stakes in each corner and make an even wider raised single plant trellis system above the crates for a much cheaper price than buying one. I have considered doing 3 plant grows of the same strain on here and mainlining one, LSTing one, and letting one grow naturally to see what I get the best yields strain to strain with. I would be doing this within the fastbuds genetic lineup. If that’s something that sounds good to you I’d appreciate any feedback either way. Hope you enjoy… Happy growing!

Sie Blüten werden dunkler, nicht mehr lange bis zur Ernte. Die Seneszens hat begonnen, die Pflanze remobilisiert jetzt ihre letzten Nährstoffe aus den Blättern, deshalb werden diese von Tag zu Tag etwas gelber. Der Drain ist wieder in einem guten Bereich und die Pflanze hat inzwischen das schlimmste überstanden. Die Nährstoffe werden in den nächsten Wochen stückchenweise reduziert und in ein paar Tagen werde ich den ersten Trichom Check machen. Bis dahin darf die Dame noch glücklich weiter wachsen! :)

I am absolutely thrilled to share with you all my supafreak gril and our amazing journey together. We're now in week 6 of her flowering stage, and let me tell you, she's looking more stunning than ever! Every time I gaze upon her beautiful fruits, I can't help but smile from ear to ear. How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. This is true of seed starts or clones made from seed starts. The opposite is not always true; indoor clones often give an outdoor grower headaches because they don't always make the transition smoothly. This is due to light spectrum, temperature, and/or photoperiod changes. Yes, Freakshow will do exceedingly well indoors, and will thrive and mature just fine in a wide variety of natural environments as well, so it's definitely both and I think might even prove to be more resilient to those sorts of transitions. Q. What are the potency and terpenoid levels? A. Average 18-20% THCa, THC; negligible CBD, CBN with terps variable, averaging 2.5-3.5, primarily limonene and pinene, but this is variable, there was a lot of diversity in terp combinations and compositions in all the prior generations, it's just something that was left "as is" for now. The different parallel lines that we are developing can be directed in a few different pathways flavorwise. Q. Why are the seeds white? A. Why is the sky blue? No, the mature seeds are shrouded by a rice paper thin membrane which has coloring and mottling on it, but it's so fragile that it disintegrates in the process of shucking. Stripped of the outer layer the seeds are very pale, nearly white. It came as no surprise that this plant would have abnormal seeds. Q. Is it a GMO? A. Wow...? Well, it's seriously "modified" and the modifications are definitely genetic, and it is an organism. (Genuinely Modified Organically!) Uh, no. No radiation, no recombinant DNA, no gene splicing or editing, no TALEN or CRISPR! These biotechnologies don't belong in the food and medicine plant industries. Sadly, in the near future it will become commonplace and widespread in cannabis and other medicinal plants as it is already is with food crops and ornamentals. I'll avoid discussion on this topic for now, but we hope some people enjoy consuming Frankenbud! Q. What's the floral period length? A. 8-9 wks, finishes early Oct. at most latitudes and elevations. Q. Is it a big producer? A. Freakshow will produce nice, fat, dense colas (see gallery) with remarkable trichome coverage, and you can expect yields according to your veg. time, root space, and general knowledge and expertise as a gardener. The same set of variables apply to expected outcomes regarding cannabinoid levels and terpene profiles. Q.What is the lineage? A. (Bigbud x Skunk#1) x (Big Sur Holy Weed x Banana Kush). NLD("Sativa") dominant, but the afghanica influence is apparent. I'm pretty sure that Freakshow contains some Trainwreck and some Maui Wowie based on some research I did on the origins of the Pineapple Express. Interestingly Big Sur Holyweed, OG Kush, Banana, Trainwreck, and Maui Wowie are all of unclear origins. We have to remember that these are all just names and that they don't really mean much. The exact heritage of any cultivar today is impossible to determine accurately. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. Appetite suppression is a side effect, but the enjoyment of food is enhanced. I personally will attest to all of the above. We all have different receptor profiles, so these are just generalizations. Couch unlock. Q. Is it pest and mildew resistant? A. Indeed it is. On many occasions in the last few years, it has been observed that when pest and mildew issues were affecting other plants adjacent to in the vicinity of Freakshow plants, for unknown reasons the freaks remained entirely unaffected. This includes 0botritis, PM, various mites and insects, soil fungus, etc. We haven't heard any complaints along those lines so far, so if anyone has any problems, especially with a rigorous IPM regimen in place, we would like to hear about it. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. C'est visuellement très réussi, même si la quantité reste modeste pour le temps investi (Note : 7/10). ​Test de goût : * À cru : Diesel bien marqué. ​Allumé : Citronnelle agréable. ​Effet : Cérébral puissant. ​📏 Plante #2 : ​Taille : 35 cm. ​Environnement : 25°C / 50% Humidité. ​Éclairage : Pure LED à 100%, distance 60 cm. ​Nutrition : Reçu 1,5 litre de thé de compost (pH 6,4). ​C'est le boost parfait pour nourrir les microbes du sol et donner les derniers nutriments organiques sans risquer le blocage avant la fin. ​🔍 Mes observations de cultivateur ​L'explosion de givre : Sur la vidéo de la Plante 2, c'est flagrant : elle est encore plus blanche que la première. La couche de résine est si épaisse qu'elle donne un aspect métallique aux têtes sous la LED. ​Structure des buds : Les têtes semblent effectivement plus massives et mieux formées que sur la n°1 au même stade. On voit encore beaucoup de pistils blancs qui cherchent à capter la lumière, ce qui confirme qu'elle a encore besoin de ses 3 semaines. ​Santé foliaire : Elle est bien verte et vigoureuse. Le thé de compost va l'aider à garder cette vitalité pour que les trichomes passent tranquillement du transparent au laiteux. ​L'espoir de la densité : Contrairement à la n°1 qui s'est "écartée" sur la branche, la n°2 semble plus compacte. Den 76. Den 49. květu. Vůně se tenhle týden zase posunula o kus dál velký Critical Orange Punch má výraznou sladkou ovocnou vůni, hodně plnou a těžkou, něco mezi přezrálým ovocem a citrusy. Je to fakt intenzivní a stačí lehce pohnout s kytkou a hned je to cítit v celém prostoru. Menší Critical Orange Punch je o něco jemnější, ale zase víc svěží, víc do citrusova a celkově takový „lehčí“ na nose, pořád ale hodně příjemný. Frozen Biscotti je úplně jiný příběh. Vůně je taková kořeněná se sladkým podtónem, pořád mi to připomíná něco jako zázvorky, lehce štiplavé ale zároveň sladké. Fakt zajímavý profil, který se od začátku dost změnil a teď je mnohem komplexnější. Holky teď pijou jak šílené, jedu zálivku obden a někdy si řeknou i o vodu dva dny po sobě. Je vidět, že jsou pořád v plném tempu a jedou na maximum. Pořád rostou nové kalichy, takže to zatím vypadá ještě tak na týden až dva do sklizně. Trichomy jsou zhruba 60/40 ve prospěch zakalených, jantarové zatím vidím spíš jen na listech. Na to, že je to můj první grow, mám z toho fakt radost. Holky krásně voní a celkově to vypadá na hodně slušnou úrodu. Do příště se snad zase o kus zlepším a kytky už nebudou tak škaredý 💀😄
