Quick update Day 7.. moved around the tent...just because.. Defoliation will start next week along with ok boost

This week I realized that I actually never fed her with runoff since I started flowering her, which is something I usually recommend others to do! 😂 So I gave her 10l plain RO water at lights off, and then at lights on 10 more liters with nuts. There came about 5l of runoff with an EC very close to 5, very high. Two days after she started giving a wonderful strong smell and the buds seem to be swelling. So at the next watering, I prepared 20l(EC 1,8), and gave her that all at once. You can see the video. This time there came 8l runoff with EC 5.31. I think I will repeat this 20l again next time to be sure she doesn't get root lock. I'm impressed by her, it looks like she will end up making some really nice big buds if she keeps going this way for 3 more weeks :D

Just cruising along the second week I water when dry and may be weird but I love playing music for them when I’m gone off to work and as you see we do have one that’s about a week ahead that’s GMO Cookies

This week we did some more garden maintenance, cleaning up the green house removing any weeds growing under the pallets. We also did some preventative maintenance , spraying Flying Skull's Nuke Em on the ladies.

This girl is growing really weird. But I have experienced this before…. She will bounce back. I just have to take care of her lol.

This girl just keeps stacking. She’s going to be impressive. She smells like POG juice- which is a Hawaiian favorite ( Pineapple, Orange, Guava)

Been wanting to try out this auto ghost og from original sensible seeds for a while and finally got the opportunity to get one wet. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

All the girls are very strong and stable from a young age 💚 Training: As I mentioned above, I did the first LST and defoliation, the plants usually quickly re-leaf, other branches will grow quickly. Week ten. I started giving booster one week ago, so her flowers are getting better every day. What do you guys think? How does she look? Shall I do more defoliation? But my tent is pretty small too. Consider that while responding, please.

The strain handled all my mistakes as a new grower great and is one of the reasons why I chose these strains. Just to name, bad Ph, over watering, over feeding was giving full dose instead of half, not watering to run off, not checking ppms and flushing right before harvest instead of weeks prior. I was not expecting the trichomes to look like diamonds as the video doesn’t do any justice. They really sparkle.

Pre-Flowers On 13/04/2024, a gentle defoliation was carried out to clear away leaves that were obscuring younger bud sites. Additionally, the nutrient regimen was adjusted to incorporate Sensi Bloom at a concentration of 3.6.6 ml/l, with planned incremental adjustments up to 4ml/l as the flowers begin their enchanting journey towards full bloom. 1 hour after the lights were turned on, it was noted that the extractor fan may have been inadvertently disturbed during the defoliation process. This is evident from the slight drooping of the , likely influenced by both temperature fluctuations and the defoliation itself. Cropmaster installed/extra 4inch extractor fan attached! 14/04/2024 Undertook defoliation procedures and implemented certain modifications. In the previous evening, Cropmaster experienced LED malfunctions. Consequently, I have resorted to utilizing the Budmasters God 9 once again God.4 Mid-day: installed 60watt side light!

I smell trouble :/ well, actually the smell changed dramaticaly and I was overwelmed after opening the tent. But the trouble I smell are brown spots on the leafes that appeared on few more places. Maybe fungi? Did some googling and now I am not sure of anything :/ Other than that she seems healthy and is only affected on few places so I am not going to change anything in fertilizing for now. However I did took some steps...more defoliation to increase air streaming trough center of the plant, increased fan speed, disconect from autopot and dry out the root, took away (hopefully) all of the affected leafs. She was given 8ml of BIO PK5-8 together with 4ml of orgatrex diluted in 2 lit of water. I will keep hand watering her with orgatrex only during next 2 days before I need to leave again. Could that be lack of nutrientes as I am acctually keeping her in autopots most of the time?

This week started strong. Some small concerns due to small orange spots appearing on fan leaves which on researching indicates a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Will add a small amount of cal mag to their next feed

5-27-20: getting closer. Shes my first autoflower and think ive done good so far. 5-30-20: had to harvest her. Too many nanners went unnoticed with too many other plants in the room. Thats common with trainwreck strain. Will update and close this out when its ready for curing.

Week 3 of flowering is in the books for the Auto Gelato girl from Fast Buds Genetics <3 ... this week I did some minor cleanup with dying leaves, and the lower branches that were being blocked out by the top colas. This girl has recovered exceptionally well after being supercropped the previous week, so excited to see how she'll continue to grow and stack up in the coming weeks! Considering I snapped the stalk while cropping, I was really surprised to see just how well the wound healed up over the week. These plants are awesome! the week has been smooth the leaves are fading / dying and i fed 1ml in a liter of water twice in the last 10 days but thinking about starting a flush now its been about 62 days and fastbuds site says 9 weeks. the hairs are mostly white still besides on a few buds its 25% and like 80% orange on 1 bud. trichomes are starting to look amber on sugar leaves about 10-15% amber trichs i need a better loupe to see close up tho. the buds just keep fattening up slowly but surely. im trying to be patient and let them get juicy even if its taking longer than the website advertised, (probably due to me dropping her in veg and overwatering in seedling stages) either way, super happy with the results so far and im thinking about getting another light. im going to try growing 2 plants under the 1 light until then but i think i could fit 3 or maybe 4 if i had a 2nd light. hopefully getting a 2nd tent soon too.
