Day 8 - First official day of veg and both ladies are looking good and on schedule for a couple of changes. Nutrients: 10ml of Hydro A & Hydro B were added to both buckets (10L of water in each bucket) PH: the Milwaukee PH controller was set to work - starting at a PH of around 7.6 - 7.8, it slowly worked down to a perfect 6.0 over about 50minutes. Lights: The lights were readjusted to be 60cm from the seedlings who are all between 8-10cm tall and the intensity of the lights were increased to about 70% brightness. Day 9 - Both plants are taking nicely to the adjustments and I am happy with the progress. Temp and humidity are stable and PH is controlled. Day 11 - The second nodes are clearly visible today for both Chong and Max which would hopefully put them at 3 nodes by the end of the week - right on schedule! Day 13 - The ladies seem to be showing some signs of heat stress, so thinking about adjusting the lights after their period of dark today because they are due to be adjusted tomorrow anyway for the new week of veg

Day 54 of flower. We’re on cruise control. Been flushing her out for the last few weeks. Will be harvesting a week from today or a few days afterwards. The purple is really coming in heavy! She’s frosty and sticky with the slightest touch. Just counting down the days till she’s done. Until next update!

Day 71. So its perfect example of : 1. Photos with flash , can make your plant looks healthy, but they are not ! 2. Never spray your plants in flower !!@@!!@! ( I did it straight before lights off. And its not the first time or tenth even ... ) Pushing girls on pure water and they are not so bad ... It means this strain is really forgivable with growers mistakes , i will regrow this strain in autumn or winter run 100%. Smell is amazing, Queen is packing good frost as for damaged plant, Margaret is a bit behind and starving asf ;))) Let's wait , weight, smoke and decide , was starvation a reasonable move or NOT ? ;)))) Day 75. Dead Queen is packing real frost, Margaret is just starting to show some ... Checked trichs, 30 clear, 70 milky on Queen and most milky on Margaret ( she has almost none, just starting to pop up and it was big surprise maturity of them ) Think to push them 8 more days and its time to start Exotic Seeds veg for big tent. Es blüht... 09.06.2021 Strawberry Pie ist in die Blütephase eingetreten. Blackberry auch, knapp dahinter. Hat schwarze, violette Pistolen. Cool! Forbidden Runtz kommt jetzt langsam in die Blüte. Wächst sehr schön und gut. Temperaturen sind im Moment optimal. Nächste Woche soll es so bleiben... Bin gespannt wie lange es noch dauert. 10.06.2021 Ich werd sie einfach wachsen lassen und nicht trainieren. Ich habe nur die unteren, schwächsten Triebe abgeschnitten und werde sie hin und wieder mal ein wenig entlauben. Runtz scheint sich sehr gut zu entwickeln. Strawberry Pie blüht schon. Fühlt sich auch wohl. Blackberry hat sich erholt und sieht wieder sehr gut aus. Hat ein Sprung gemacht. Blüht auch. 11.06.2021 Super Wetter ist angesagt für die nächsten Wochen!!! Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days. Honestly an amazing week! They’re stretching and producing so many bud sites widening their structure with some well let’s call it mid stress training lol i may if had a problem though I’ll see 😞 as my lights didn’t turn off until an hour and 15mins after their normal time due to a malfunction… sooooo hoping no problems ffs but will be switching that to a manual one tomorrow when lights are on! 🤞🏽 I hope because up til now it’s perfect no complaints!

7/6/2021 - Trimmed lower fan leaves as they were being blocked completely, and a few tips were yellowing. - Continuing to lightly bend the upper branches so the lowers can catch up. - Bought some Gaia Green veg + bloom dry fertilizers as I expect I'll be flipping to flower soon. 7/7/2021 - Watered in a little bit of Gaia Green's veg fertilizer. - Foliar fed w/ DIY kelp extract. - Yellowing/browing on a new leaf, can't identify what it is. - Staked down the branches on the upper mains this evening to open her up for more light penetration, she was gettin' real bushy. 7/9/2021 - Trimmed out middle to expose canopy

7/19: Started new nutrients today. Filled gallon jug with new nutes. Poured half of new nute mix in half gallon jug. Poured the entire half gallon jug into reservoir. 7/20: Bumped light intensity to 50% 7/21: Filled reservoir to the 2nd line today. Added a total of 1 gallon to res to get it to that line. Poured the rest of the mixed nutes for this week (half gallon) and then another half gallon of just plain water. 7/24: Bumped light intensity to 55% 7/25: Sadness today 😞.. While in the process of doing more LST today I accidentally snapped the main stem. I Panicked! Moved plant back in opposite direction to counteract the split. Neither has blown me away with their growth but, the conditions are far from optimal. RH is too low. 10&15% of fan leafs removed, 24-36hrs apart from pheno1 "topped" & 10% from Pheno 2 on Day 28 DIET Has been kept on a 3:1:3 / G:B:M Ratio. 635-670ppm feeds. 5.9-6ph. 15-16c temp. And once a wk. They get enzyme feed(s) each. Both are kept on the exact same nutrients and ppm/ph/sol.temp At the moment, I'm dealing with fungus Gnats aka fruit flies. Yes, they are somewhat harmless but the young feed off the fine root hairs, that and their disgusting. Hammering the shit out of them with Fruit Fly traps. Just waiting for all tops to dry. And will dose with DE "Pesticide version" is very fine and cuts into and kills larva without causing any damage to your plant or its roots. It's 100% organic and washes into the substrate.

We had a mega load of rain over the last few days and sadly I lost a huge NYD to stem rot. Anyways I new February in Durban was going to be a challenge. The soil doesn't drain very well where I live and unfortunately it just got too wet for too long. All the other plants are looking healthy and I did do treatments around their crowns with some peroxide followed by fungicide (organic oils). The haze x cheese is looking epic this week, buds are getting really big. Spotted some PM on some lower branches so I cleared out some undergrowth and have been pulling the odd leaves I see. Nothing too bad. Humidity has been 100% at points. Getting awesome hints of limone as I walk through the garden. Can't wait!

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend and happy father's day to all the dads. The Strawberry Banana is almost done stacking and almost heading to the ripening phase. I did raise her up on a 10 inch milk crate last week to ensure all plants have an even canopy. She is really starting to smell very strong, I definitely smell both strawberry and banana's on my fingers after working with her. currently have the Spectrum X running at 100% power and have upped the time on the UV/IR bars to 90 minutes just prior to lights off. I am super happy with this light so far, she puts out impressive PAR, and runs fairly cool. The only thing I would change is to have individual timers for the different spectrums. I did hear they sell a timer that does this but it does cost 0. Not much to do this week other than keep the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old.
