8/31 Week 7 and the damned tent is full .... such problems err? 25 sq ft of green, did not expect this really was hoping the extra space would allow more plants but this is full on 5 Plants doing well just trying to make em all fit Nuets remain as is Defoliation to try and get they to fit in the tent a bit easier, removed fan leaves. 9/1 Upped PK to 2ml/g the cotton balls have begun 9/2 Stretch continues hit 28" 9/4 Major defoliation cleaned bottoms middle tops get the buds in light and help them fit in the tent better. Still hitting about 1 inch-ish a day nut seem to be slowing

Week 10, so from today I stopped watering the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and on Saturday no more light as well. Sunday is harvest day finally. Not much changed, I raised up the water with 25ml so the Purple Punch gets 200ml 2 x a day. That's all, since last week I started giving 13 hours darkness and 11 hours light and from Monday will be 12/12 after I harvested the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and I can use the tent only for her. Fertilization will happen on the same days. Sunday fun day, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is harvested. Purple Punch left alone. From tomorrow I will switch the light schedule 12/12. End of the week Purple Punch is 43 cm.

10 days of darkness during the flush begins. Had great results with Wanda and her genetics. Blessed for a first grow. Cut Wanda down at the end of the week. She’s now drying. I will be giving a thorough review for my harvest diary. Excited to share what I’ve experienced and learned from this grow.

From previous experience, the next week should really fatten these buds. My last two feedings were PH water because I saw some slight tip burn. There is some trics starting to build up now but at this point I know she will not be crippler. When it is time, I plan to really fade her out and off nutrients. There is still new growth at the tops of each cola and I think these will be the biggest ones I have grown so far. She looks healthy and happy so far but is slowwwwwww.

Not actually sure if end of week 5, I will check at some point maybe :P Removed 3 Hermies, will check think 1 wasn't random/"?". Pinched tops of pretty much all plants. Chopped the males up a bit, probably just remove them soon anyways, but some super early pollination would be okay I rate. Maybe try grow like, a carrot, pumpkin, between or where I removed males. Guess today I feed a lil bit and water well otherwise. About 700ml per plant now.

********* Week 7 - January 20 to 26, 2020 (Days 43 to 49 from seed popping) She is taking shape more this week by getting taller colas and thinning out between nodes.......oh yeah, and fattening of buds😜😎 It was also not without learning though and thats what is so cool about growing this plant.......you always seem to leave a grow feeling like you could do even better next time and therefore challenging yourself to do better......and have bowl while doing it😂 Her nodes are getting taller and giving herself room for packing on weighty buds👍 If left to one cola should be a fatty!!! But then I would be freaking about potential bud-rot....so I am cool with it. Since LST though it will be interesting to see how well she fills in six😳 She has the makings of being a good producer......its up to the grower to now to keep her happy😬 and see if she packs on the weight with roughly three more full weeks to go?? Missed opportunities in CalMag showing.😰 Left a lot of leaves and two branches that should have removed. Potassium excess contributed to by grower learning Terpinator and Massive.😰 Main stem should have been a little lower......further opportunity to improve👍💪 Got a little crazy with the PPM and felt I knew more than the nutrient company and went above the recommended max by roughly 30%😰😎😭 Yeah.......dummy! My defence.....1300 isn’t too high for Advanced Nutrients in late flower😃😃 Anyway, I screwed up and saw tip burn in week 7. Gave a quick little flush with RO water and Sensyzime to clean up the roots of the salts. Didn’t get crazy though because it was just the top leaves burnt. Been building the medium up to this point so don’t want to wash it all away just yet. She seemed to react well and nodes standing up and didn’t show much outwardly as signs of overwatering😬 Reviewing some of the photos this week I have seen the first small parts of a few hairs drying and turning colour.......no full hairs and not on every bud but enough to say they are first ones.......three more weeks?? Curious.....time will tell.....seen Jan 26, day 49. (49 + 21 = 70.......makes sense.) Feed will stop next week.....by end of my week 8. In the week a head there will be the last push to get her medium in as good a shape as my skills will warrant. I want to get a good 10 + days of flush to see her in the beauty of senescence and how she matures. Run-off has been reasonable so will keep fingers crossed 😄🤞 Little more detail.... Jan 20/20 - Day 43 - Drinking lots right now, close to 4L per day, so 2L plain water only in AM. 6.2pH,. - Feed in PM was light as well. Sensyzime @ 2ml and LW8 & Rezin @ 1.5ml only. 2L given with 75ppm. 5.9pH - She was given a good feeding yesterday. - Buds sites looking taller. Jan 21/20 - Day 44 - AM - 3L with Dual Fual A&B @ 1.5ml/L. 725ppm and 5.9pH. - PM hit her again - full feeding minus Rhino Skin, Sensyzime and Vitrathrive and VeloKelp. 2.5L 1000ppm and 5.9pH. - Runoff - 950ppm and 5.6pH. - top leaves were droopy so the extra feeding in the evening. Jan 22/20 - Day 45 - Backing off quantity a bit and down to 3L feed in PM. - Mass & Terp @ 3ml, Rezin & LW8 & DF @ 1.5ml, CalMag @ 0.5ml = 1300ppm - Very perky today....standing up all the way down the plant. Liked the feed yesterday. ******this was likely the mistake feed looking back********left the ppm too high and should have added in RO water to bring down around 1000ppm! At least it seems traceable and will go with that😀 Jan 23/20 - Day 46 - Supplemental feeding only today. Happy so don't rock the boat :) - Sensyzime @ 2ml, LW8 & Rezin @ 1.5ml = 80ppm 6.1pH - 2L only today.....still some weight to the pot Jan 24/20 - Day 47 - 2L feed: Massive @ 2ml, DF & LW8 & Rezin @ 1.5ml = 925ppm 6.2pH - Nute burn on Green Poison but Zkittlez seems fine and she is fine. Maybe a slight lightening on a few tips.... - happy and praying in the evening. Jan 25/20 - Day 48 - 4L of full strength feeding for this week. - ppm for that was 1275 so watered down to 1100ppm.....only need 1ml of base nutes at full strength to hit roughly 1,000ppm. - Runoff: 900ppm & 6.05pH....happy with that. - she is 28” x 28” now - Her cola growth was strong, taller for each of the 6 She is in fattening mode….feed her 😀 Jan 26/20 - Day 49 - So no surprise when you push a girl you find her limit. Auto Maxi Gom is doing okay. She is bulking, and looks strange to me. I have not grow this strain before. She should fill in as the time passes. Hopefully it's just my patience and eyes playing tricks on me. She is making progress, regardless and is weeks from done. This has been a long flowering process for a autoflower. 🤞🏻 it turns out okay. Nothing more to report at this moment. How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. This is true of seed starts or clones made from seed starts. The opposite is not always true; indoor clones often give an outdoor grower headaches because they don't always make the transition smoothly. This is due to light spectrum, temperature, and/or photoperiod changes. Yes, Freakshow will do exceedingly well indoors, and will thrive and mature just fine in a wide variety of natural environments as well, so it's definitely both and I think might even prove to be more resilient to those sorts of transitions. Q. What are the potency and terpenoid levels? A. Average 18-20% THCa, THC; negligible CBD, CBN with terps variable, averaging 2.5-3.5, primarily limonene and pinene, but this is variable, there was a lot of diversity in terp combinations and compositions in all the prior generations, it's just something that was left "as is" for now. The different parallel lines that we are developing can be directed in a few different pathways flavorwise. Q. Why are the seeds white? A. Why is the sky blue? No, the mature seeds are shrouded by a rice paper thin membrane which has coloring and mottling on it, but it's so fragile that it disintegrates in the process of shucking. Stripped of the outer layer the seeds are very pale, nearly white. It came as no surprise that this plant would have abnormal seeds. Q. Is it a GMO? A. Wow...? Well, it's seriously "modified" and the modifications are definitely genetic, and it is an organism. (Genuinely Modified Organically!) Uh, no. No radiation, no recombinant DNA, no gene splicing or editing, no TALEN or CRISPR! These biotechnologies don't belong in the food and medicine plant industries. Q. Is it a big producer? A. Freakshow will produce nice, fat, dense colas (see gallery) with remarkable trichome coverage, and you can expect yields according to your veg. time, root space, and general knowledge and expertise as a gardener. The same set of variables apply to expected outcomes regarding cannabinoid levels and terpene profiles. Q.What is the lineage? A. (Bigbud x Skunk#1) x (Big Sur Holy Weed x Banana Kush). NLD("Sativa") dominant, but the afghanica influence is apparent. I'm pretty sure that Freakshow contains some Trainwreck and some Maui Wowie based on some research I did on the origins of the Pineapple Express. Interestingly Big Sur Holyweed, OG Kush, Banana, Trainwreck, and Maui Wowie are all of unclear origins. We have to remember that these are all just names and that they don't really mean much. The exact heritage of any cultivar today is impossible to determine accurately. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. Appetite suppression is a side effect, but the enjoyment of food is enhanced. I personally will attest to all of the above. We all have different receptor profiles, so these are just generalizations. Couch unlock. Q. Is it pest and mildew resistant? A. Indeed it is. On many occasions in the last few years, it has been observed that when pest and mildew issues were affecting other plants adjacent to in the vicinity of Freakshow plants, for unknown reasons the freaks remained entirely unaffected. This includes 0botritis, PM, various mites and insects, soil fungus, etc. We haven't heard any complaints along those lines so far, so if anyone has any problems, especially with a rigorous IPM regimen in place, we would like to hear about it. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. 4/15/25 This plant is blowing my freaking mind. Long stacked colas. Even the lower buds are plumping up like golf balls. This is an exceptional plant so far. Shes starting to show the classic "sherbert" purple that ive noticed shows up with anything that has sunset sherbert in the lineage. Some of the leaves are starting to fade slightly and the purple is coming in. The rs11 that this seed came from, produced the most from a single plant out of all plants ive grown and trained and kept that small. She yielded 3.5 ounces or a 1/4lb of top nugs from a plant that was only about 18 inches tall and vegged for 6 weeks before flip. Once i start to clear out all of the fan leaves later on in flower, its just going to be buds running the length of the stems 4/18/25 I really believe this may be a keeper. She is absolutely stunning. Just everything is perfect. She has super long stacking of buds up and down the stems. Im actually super stoked to see how she finishes up. One of the craziest parts is that shes in a plastic 2 or 3 gallon pot and this plant is going to yield insane.

The lady’s are now in the middle of week 3, they doing a very good job so far. unfortunately I watered them a bit too much, which is not so tragic, so far they have no problems and showing no bad symptoms. It is definitely a very good and strong Genetic from Anesia Seeds. After 16 days from seedling, I did some LST and defoliation. This strain grows quite bushy and I needed a bit of space for all the branches so that they could get some light too. Hopefully it wasn't too stressful for the ladies. This is my first grow but Since I'm growing it for medicinal purposes, I really need very good quality. So i had to do the training. Yes, I get medical cannabis prescribed by the doctor, but since Germany legalized home cultivation, I have to take advantage of it 😉 2 days later everything looks great, the girls don‘t show any growth stop.

Week 7 of flower,room is a bit to cold but they are very close to finishing. 👍🏾
