Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

So much has happened. Friday 3/12/21 upon morning tent checks, I found my trio to be very lime Green almost yellow in color starting from the bottom and affecting new growth. With the TPS-one nutritional line I was constantly chasing the pH and it just didn’t seem to have N-P-K they needed even when increasing the TDS. So I picked up a new line and they are loving it!! Sensi Grow A/B pH perfect. This line is a set it forget line. Meaning I add the recommended amounts and it feeds and stabilizes my DWC for 1 week.

This is week 3 I only gave this plant just a tab of nutrient and it sent her into a growing frenzy. She has a slight scent and is already showing signs of flowering. Is this normal help!!

And the first week of flower is amongst us, I’m not sure if it’s the fast bud genetics, the living soil, or a mixture of both, but I think the videos say it all, the deep green throughout, day 41 and just look😍. Everything’s been sitting nicely 24/7 Humidity 49~56%, temps 23~26c This week they all received there last top feed, along with a slight bit of defoliation, some massive fan leaves! slightly over watered as you will notice in one of the videos, but I won’t be surprised if they’ve grew another few inches over night.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went great for the 5 mainlines. I got the final toppings completed for all the ladies, I got them done on the Sundae Driver and Red Hot Cookies on day 38, and the Durban Nights, Green Crack, and the Bubble Runtz topped on day 40 for the final time. At this point there is not much more training left to do, just some minor LST to try and keep all 8 tops per plant level, and some minor defoliation along the way. I am planning to Veg them for 1-2 weeks and flip to flower probably sometime in week 8 depending on how fast they grow. I do have them all on milk crates which are 10" each so I will place them on the floor and adjust the light power probably about the time I flip to flower to accommodate the stretch. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. What a journey this has been. This girl weighs(dry) 263grams plus 23 grams(untrimmed lower nugs) could have pulled out 350g if let her veg a bit longer. The taste is like sweet candy and soda a hint of citrus. The effects are as follows, creative, giggles and energetic but once its nearly gone out. You will feel really sleepy and when you wake up you will feel really hungry. Anyways, thank you guys who have been following my journey. Next grow will be seeds from Sunkentreasure seeds

Off to the start of week 6 !! These ladies are vegging just fine and they are gaining alot of side branching !! I'm very excited to be start giving the LST training but for now its time to let them recover from the topping ! I've increase the water per feeding to 1/2 L they don't seem to mind I've also invested into a watering can to make my life easier as well as softer water delivery for the root system :) preventing damages . I find Lagertha to be abit shorter but shes growing! Other then that stay tuned ladies and gents the shows just starting !
