I changed the reservoir and set the pH to around 5.3 and reduced the nutrients by 5ml/g. I just realized I've been adding far far fewer nutrients than I thought. I've been using 30ml in a 5 gal bucket (probably 4.5g volume) but I should be using 30ml/g so 4x as much. I'm going to leave it for now but I should probably start adding more nutrients. I took the wires I was using for LST off the bucket so it isn't stressed during flower and so it's easier to change the water. I'm taking off fan leaves that are blocking bud sites if I can't tuck them away. It grew a crazy amount today, so many little pistils came out. It's an exciting time. July 10 she thirsty. I added half a gallon of water and a full 30ml of each nutrient. That should bring us close to half the recommended nutes. I'll probably change the full res out and give 3/4 nutes sometime this week and go up to full strength next weekend if everything looks OK. https://www.remonutrients.com/calculator/ I just looked at my chart again and I think I was right the first time. I just added more nutrients for no reason. I added another half gallon of water and checked ppm and pH. Ppm is 1050, pH is 5.8. Gonna keep an eye on it through the day and see what happens. 305pm pH 5.8 ppm 1200 July 11 pH 5.8 ppm 1300. I'll add some plain water after the res goes down a bit more. Looks like the plant isn't using all the available nutes and is probably leaching some. She looks good though. Loads of vertical growth over the past week, now really going hard making bud sites. I'm going to see how this nute situation goes before doing any major defoliation or pruning. Leaf temp was 29 on the central cola so I turned up the fans and raised the light a bit. July 12 ppm down to 1200, pH still 5.8. Looks like it's going to be ok. July 13 ppm 1300 pH 6.2. I dropped an entire oscillating fan on my plant today. I broke 4 stems almost clean off. 3 appear to be surviving through duct tape and wire. The biggest one appears to be a casualty. I'm pissed. But the cabinet is coming together. Once it's perfect this kind of thing won't happen. I salvaged a piece of plywood yesterday and hand sawed the whole thing to fit as a door.

This week was huge. They drank down like 40L of water this week. They have been upping PH all week, I am at the point where I need to check it daily to keep it in range. I also began significant LST training on these plants this week. I used an entire pack of LST clips, which work awesome, but i need more than 5 per plant (Pack of 30). I hurt a few of them when bending them this week, but they recovered so fast, I had a hard time tell the next day which branch i had broken. I upped the Silicate they were getting, and it made a difference. They were soft and bendy..to the point just bending a stem was enough to keep it in place, now they are firm enough to require clips. I removed about 30% of foliage per plant, it was more than I wanted to, but it was legit necessary. These guys are 💥💥boomin,💥💥 I can't believe they are only 5 weeks old. I had grown a batch of 4 seeds (of the same strain) in a soil configuration, and they grew for about 16 weeks and were about this size at week 10. Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Pics are from day 19, which is the day I topped all the plants. Topped them for a second time a little early - should have waited a couple of days for the new growth. No real damage done though and a lesson learned. Topped to the 3rd node, stripping everything below, and topped each "stork" at the next node creating 4 main branches per plant. Seen a little cal deficiency, but increasing the feed concentration to 2.5ml p/l of each will nutrient type sort that out in the coming week. Will be transplanting to 5 gallon pots in the coming week, once the plants have bounced back from the heavy mainlining techniques they've just been through.

Very easy strain to grow. I grew the White Critical Express previous to this grow, I really liked it and wanted to try growing an Autoflower so I went for the Critical 2.0 and it was worth the grow.

Added nutrients to top off reservoirs everything looks good …I am content so far with testing will be dropping light schedule to 11 on 13 off to accelerate bud development hopefully shortening flowering time

Been tying these girls down over the week. Trying to spread them out more. They are looking healthy at least. No issues. No fungus gnats or any critters at all. Happy with it right now

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our "Grandaddy Purple" from Blimburn Seeds! 8/24: I did some selective defoliation to help increase light penetration. Next watering will be a flush with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm's flush agent SledgeHammer. A flush is recommended after week 3 in the Fox Farm Feeding chart. I figure the recommended flush will do some good considering I have a lot of coco in the mix and there are small amounts of salt fertilizer in my schedule. She is really starting to do some stretching and she has an abundance of growing shoots. She has a few leaves that look textured or "crinkled". I tried doing some searches and not sure if this is due to a virus or some other factor. She is center in the tent and the only plant being grown in a fabric pot. She has also been vegging longer than any of the other plants in the garden. She was a survivor from previous run when I almost killed all my plants (did kill one) trying to kill so spider mites. This is the only plant presenting these abnormalities. I gave a lot of detail about the abnormal leaves because I am hoping someone may be able to help me troubleshoot. 8/28: Flushed the medium with tap H2O run through 2 KDF filters with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm Sledgehammer flushing agent and pH adjusted to 6.2. I started by giving 5 gallons. After checking the PPM of the runoff I ended up adding 5 more gallons mixed to same specifications. 10 gallons total was shared by 3 large flowering photoperiod cultivars and 1 smaller autoflower. She probably ended up with about 3 gallons give or take. I didn't measure how much each plant received. I just kept flushing each and checking runoff until it was under 1600 ppm. Make impressions of the smallest changes. I currently have Pk boosters or tea with her every third day, alternating. And in between only purified water with enzymes. Dark Devil and Big Devil I let slowly starve and then die of thirst. They consumed the last booster 4 days ago. She (Sour Jealousy) currently swallows 2.5 liters per day. That's really a lot. And in the morning she wants to have something again. I think the lamps tickle out their full potential. I meticulously defoliated her and now she stands happily and despite all the exertions, like a star in the sky. My star. 🌟 Sour Jealousy is really crazy, I can say that. And the coolest highlight will be: Lady Jealousy will soon be able to enjoy the whole place in the sun for the "grande finale". The smell of the two Sweet Seeds totally upsets me! Al 09/02/24 se pueden ver a las plantas bastante sanas, no han mostrado ningún síntoma de stress por el transplante. Esta semana he aumentado la dosis de agua a 3. Litros, El drenaje del riego me tiro un ph de 5.7 y una ec de 2000.

Some of the buds/ leafs were starting to turn brown. It seems like it was a bit past it's prime, I harvested on day 60 of flower. The strain was 56-63 days Jack Herer by pHenos Nursery. The trichoms looked ready, I did have some issues that I've noted in previous weeks but it smells amazing and I can't wait for it to finish drying and curing!

Wish the buds would have got a little bigger but feel like that’s particularly my fault for a short Veg but overall I am blow away by the outcome for all the seeds to just be random bag seeds! 2 of the plants are drying now 3rd one will be cut tomorrow & the other 2 got probably 2 more weeks! Will do a taste & smoke report and also give a weight as soon as they dry & cure a little bit but honestly couldn’t be happier with my first grow! Extremely happy with the out come this is honestly some of the best bud I have ever smoked! Amazing to me this came from a random bag seed, it has a very citrusy flavor, smells & smokes amazing! Honestly a 10/10 in my book, wish I could knew what strain this was so I could grow it again!😫❄️✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 3 Dry weight 34g, smells & look phenomenal, the buds are much smaller & had the smallest yield so far but this is by far the best smelling so far! Will have a smoke update on this one soon, stay tuned friends & happy growing!✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 5 dry weight was 52g it dried a little faster than plant 4 which I will probably jar tomorrow!
