Day 28 Flowering: Good afternoon growmies. I hope we are all well and sane while this world silliness plays out. Here we are at the fun side of growing again. The stretch is well finished and they are now beginning to stack the colas on their long stems. Six-shooter has remained fairly small and is not a very attractive looking girl at all. lol A bit like the spotty teen about to emerge the butterfly I am hoping !.. She is a really odd looking girl with a scruffy appearance even after a little defol. She looked underwatered in veg a few times too but was not the case. She has a really sticky build up of resin already and smells quite strong of urine.lol I think she will be a late bloomer but not dissapointing. Strawberry Pie is looking huge and lanky now her stretch has done. Her node lengths are a little wider than I had hoped but I get the impression she will still join them up for some very long colas. Her trich build up has started already and is very productive too. Sticky fingers that smell of sweet fruity candy at the moment. She is around a foot tall with lots of room to swell and get air around her frame too. Mexican Airline is the star of the bunch right now, she is huge already. Her bud stacking is really beginning to take form and with the size and amount of them, she will be a great yielder. She has filled her space nicely now and will benefit once I harvest some other the other plants i have running. The potential for the two bigger ladies to gain plenty of size is certainly there and without me doing the l.s.t early on in veg , I think they would be very tall plants . The attempt i made to try to tie the 5th node up while the others caught up was beaten by her determination to keep growing it and even after I totally bent and created a knuckle to again try to hold her down , she powered herself through and carried on with her plans for the flowering cycle.... It did help to create a nice crown of Buds though which should fill our rje whole structure of her. Feeding every 2 days and showing no issues to worry about besides a slight tip burn which is down to the pk warrior strength. A decrease in dilution will sort this quickly. The Fungus gnats are now under total control , by this I don't meant have started training them to do aerial displays like the "Red Arrows" or fly patrols of the grow room but that they are no longer an issue. Still the odd one of two to keep mindful of but the sticky traps are a help too. So there we have it for this update. All going well and the harvest date is not so far away now.. Be well and safe.

Week 18/3 - 24/3

Finally feel like she's headed into flower, thickening of bud sights, growth has slowed, she must of shot up 2' over the last month that flower stretch is real. This will push her to mid October unless I have a miracle, I'm really banking on nice weather. I did a heavy defoliation on the inside, clean it up for better airflow and to make it easier come harvest. I have to battle mold and mildew in the fall, I used to just use a foliar spray of apple cider vinegar, which works great for mildew, but I need something stronger for mold. As such I've started a Lactobacillus Serum, that with a few drops of organic food grade cinnamon oil in a foliar spray has said to reduce instances of botrytis by 90%, anyone have experience with Lactobacillus in battling mold /mildew?

I moved my fastbuds plants under my new ELUFAH UAP-1500… from the start this light seems like it’s way more than 50 watts brighter than my other light. This light is going to be amazing. I’m already loving it. Can’t wait for grow pros to release more products from ELUFAH… Papapayton is doing great it’s at that stage it’s about to explode in a week or so

Did a little outside action this week as I had to clean out the tent and make some ventilation adjustments I’m 9 weeks in on these plants and it kinda has me wondering why I’m not seeing much more vertical growth I’ve decided to pull the light up a bit and decrease the intensity let ‘‘em work for it a little bit.They are healthy tho and as usual the vegetation never fails to impress happy growing yall

Lookin good, no more herms so far as I’ve tightened things up hopefully that’s the last of them for good. I installed a 4Inch AC infinity fan and filter as an intake so I have been able to close all of the vents. At this point the leaf strip has proven to be a solid method, I have nothing to compare bud size at this point but just the extra space it opened up is a plus. I’m sure the lowers will be a little more firm and the plants obviously haven’t had to be fed as often as usual so its saving time, water and nutrients. The added microbes have also allowed me to keep my ppm around 1000 instead of 1080ish without any sign of deficiencies. The Mandarin cookies x Dionysus has a little cal-mag issue but that was a trait from the mother which out of 10+ grows all had a cal-mag deficency. had to do a long veg and clone a lot whole cos I couldn't flower. glad I had all photoperiod plants and gave me lots of time to work on environmen. flower commenced. let's get it. grrrr

Me sorprende como van engordando súper rápido y la formación de resina es sorprendente. Están demostrando unos tonos muy hermosos ,se puede apreciar que van a ser cogollos grandes y compactos .

One of the targets for that grow is to keep the height of the plant as low as possible, because i only have about 80 cm from the bottom of the box to the LED lights as available space for the plant, so i thought i will a give that LST a try. Additionally i slowly started incresing the power of the LED to 60%. By now (a few weeks later) I already know that i started the LST a little bit early, but the plant was reacting well and kept growing. Furthermore I added a cheap webcam to my setup to create some timelapse videos. It's not a high res camera, but I still find it very interesting to watch that plant grow in timelapse 😁

He tenido unos problemas esta semana. Una de las plantas no tiene orden jajaja. Al parecer sus ramas no están muy fuertes y se caen. Acá es donde me arrepiento de no haber usado scrog. Otras dos plantas están presentando un poco de amarillo en las puntas de las hojas y una que otra un poco quemado justo en la punta color amarilla. Por lo demás las veo bien, se hicieron un poco más gordas, pero no lo suficiente o lo que quisiera. Necesito incorporar co2 y scrog en el próximo cultivo. Espero resolver mis problemas y mejorarlas para la otra semana. Buenos humos

My pictures seem to have re organized themselves, just give me a few here and I'll get the full rundown . So this week ( day 21-23) was MAJOR defoliating. What my first step is to start taking the largest fan leaves . My next step is about halfway through the canopy I'll stop and then I'll start working on the very bottom of the plant now at this stage in the game anything that doesn't even have a nice Bud site so a nice white hair sticking bud at the very bottom like shoots I'll just cut them right off. This is the first steps of a main line but I don't complete the actual full main line I probably will try it sometime soon just not this time. So you take off anything that is a small shoot coming off the main stems and then your next step is . STOP. It might be a minute it might be 10 minutes, 20 min , it might be an hour or more ( my tip is don't wait a full day I try and do it within the first 12 hours of starting it) but I always stop just to look at what I've done sometimes if you get going too quickly you can end up doing way too much. Stand to talk to canopy and look what sites are getting hit by light what places are these families beneficial to use for photosynthesis. Anything that is not doing as much good will be taken off and at that point I'll probably do another you know 5-10 minutes of defoliation maybe take one or two more shoots at the bottom to ensure what's left there is a huge fat cola that's going to give you those huge buds . After this you're going to want to do your best to support those stems that are going to hold a lot more weight as if the plant would have been with all the shoots so you're going to want to just make sure that you have staking in place or some sort of support system to keep them from flopping over a breaking them in the future because that's one thing yeah it's great but then it'll get to a point where oh no stuff falling over and then it's just more hassle than it is helpful. Expecting a awesome top shelf smoke from this girl, smell is mid way, a lot less than other strains, so it make a good option to stealth, but not the best. Superb strain, will update on the effects after dry and fully cured, high is supposed to be mild and functional, this is my first medical strain with high CBD, super curious. ---WET WEIGHT--- 421G ---DRY WEIGHT--- 95G just flowers000 ---UPDATE 2 . After harvest--- -A -Jaring After drying till the stems almost snap, in a rack, I separed the flowers, weighted and jared for cure. -B-Vape report. Vaped with a Davinci IQ, about .5 from the uncurred buds, from 350f to 430f max temp. Since the begging of the session you feel this is a special strain, taste is 5/5 vapor production is insane 5/5, and the effect as discribed by RQS, a stress killer that allows you to funcione normally, think it as a mild relaxant, is what i was looking for so super satisfyed! As you increase the vaping temps you feel the effects stronger, basically is a good body sensation and head tranquility, no paranoia, no confusion, no psychoactive stone. The side effects i feel is the classic dry mouth, not too strong though. -C-Joint smoke. Nice and smooth it hits with a mild sensation, very relaxing, no couch lock, mental trip or anything, i’m certain is similar to canna-tonic some how, very enjoyable, sweet taste tones of citrus earthy and woody. -D-Bong hit. Not a fan of bongs, i feel vaping gives a better overall experience, though for the sake of the diary, i did a bong hit to check, filled a full bowl and hitted mutiple times, the smoke is smooth, no harshness, though is a bit more intense than smoking a joint. ---UPDATE 3 . Final— Well guys, this concludes my diary, with this final update. After two weeks cure, i feel is already cured for the most part, one more week and all the cruise part will be done, after that it continues but slowly. It was fun to grow, and top shelf smoke. Note that is not a recreative smoke, is functional and enjoyable, i feel that if you have a super strong strain you can dilute in to this one and have a more controlled high. Smoking, vaping in multiple temperatures and i could still function, work, speak on the phone and think clear. Looking for a Stress Killer, high in CBD, that will melt your stress and concerns so you can go on with your duties and enjoy a nice smoke, give this strain a go, and let me know so i can follow your diary and know your opinion. Increased light intensity to 85% Girls are drinking 1.5 l a day. Decided to go with multi feeding this time instead of crop steering. We will see the difference. At this point they are fed 3 times a day 600-450-450ml. 150ml shots every 10 minutes.
