📆 Harvest Week, 19-25 August 2024 19-22 Aug - Observed and let the plant grow. 23-24 Aug - Flushed with RO water, turned lights down to 40% power. 25 Aug - Harvested the plant, began the curing process. 💚 Thank you Divine Seeds for this sponsored grow! 📑 The final week of flowering for Pablo Escobar! I gave her a good 71 days as recommended by the breeder. She grew using every one of them until the end. Another genetic hit by all means. A pleasure to grow. This is a sativa dominate variety so expect a longer flower time. You will be rewarded with thick dense buds, covered with resins and trichomes, with a sweet herb, earthy smell, nice and danky. Began the curing process in a climate controlled closet with a RH of 53% and temp of 71deg F. The main leaves are removed before the branches are hung upside down for 7-10 days for drying. From there the buds are removed from the branches, separated, and are trimmed to remove as much leaf as possible. Then placed in quart mason jars with a 62% Boveda TerpShield packet, burped daily for about a week or until 62% RH is maintained. Then labeled and placed in a cool, dark closet for long term storage for up to about 8 months or so. 🔥 Smoke Report: It took Pablo 10 days to slowly dry out. I cut all the buds off the branches and used my 19” Bud Trimmer for a quick finished product! I’m really impressed just how fast this trimmer works. It can take about 1/2oz or 14g at a time and with 4 or 5 turns of the handle it’s finished. Nice beautiful manicured buds in about 10 seconds. No more trim jail for me. As for the smoke. The taste definitely is the same as the smell. Lemony or citrus. The high is definitely that of a sativa. Comes on slow, then creeps up on you hard. Stays with you for a couple of hours, needing only a hit or two to recharge the high afterwards. No doubt this strain is very high in THC, and should be taken into account for the beginner. Day #31: As I was a little bit busy with other things the last few days, I didn't have the time to update my diarie on day #30. Tuesday I got a nice surprise delivered from Lientec LED lights, they sent me three led strips as addition for my growroom. Two led strips have 660nm red leds an one led strip has 385-405nm UVA leds on it. Which means in blooming phase I can add more red light, which is positive for bud development. But also the UVA light is positive for THC development. Research has found out that UVA led light, in the right wavelength, is capable if uplifting the THC development with max 5%. That is in very optimized conditions. If all goes well a little bit, I might be investing in two more led bars with red and UVA light in the future... In the meantime the little buds are growing nicely, all plants show signs of good growth, so this week I will be slowly adding some bloom nutrients towards the end of the week. In week 6 I want to start with only bloom nutrients beside the FloraMicro nutrients. Also I'm adding CalMag once a week... Day #33: I added some FloraBloom nutrients, but forgot to mention last update. I'm going to change slowly from only FloraGrow as second nutrient, to FloraBloom as second nutrient next to FloraMicro. This weekend, I'm going to change the Fan, because the fan I'm using right now isn't capable of keeping temperature as I like it. But further one, everything is going very good. Flowers are growing pretty nice, I think the extra red LED light is doing it's job perfectly. After this week, I still got about five weeks to go until harvest. UVA light will be added slowly around the end of week 7. I need to build that up slowly, because the plants are not used to the UV light and if I start with 18 hours UV light right away, they probably will get overstressed and my harvest will be killed... All electric has been reset, so I can use an extra timer within the 18 hours of light for the UVA led strip. Day #35: I decided to start using the UVA light tomorrow, at the start of week 6. Slowly building up the hours of usage. First days I will be adding 1 hour ov UVA light, and then I will start multiplying the hours, until I'm at 12 hours a day. The plants are flowering pretty well in the meantime, next week I will be adding more bloom nutrients and less grow nutrients, but I will still be adding some grow nutrients, to make sure some nutrients still will be available for the plants. Als I will be starting to add Silicium once a week, as the temperature is getting a bit high and the new fan is still not here... So to avoid heat stress, Silicium will be added onze a week until the new fan will get temperature as I want it to be...

A step back recently: Started a final flush (2 days in), and decided to start feeding her again - thanks to some great GD input! 250 ppm at re-start and will work my way to 500ppm? She's still rockin' along - like nothing happened. She topped out at 350 ppm without tanking PH, so she is stable here. PH is now swinging down fairly quickly last 12 hours. Drained off 1/3 of reservoir and get reservoir down to 250PPM. 5 days later, major PH swings down again. Mixed another fresh reservoir. I am using Zero Water 5 gallon system, and just realized the PPM coming out was 100, and PH at 3! If I am at 100 today, that means these filters have been shot for a while, maybe since start of my PH issue. There is also interesting information about when zero water filters reach their expectancy. They put out fishy smell and otherwise. I will be watching my filters more often and taking more notes since this ZeroWater 5 gal system is really the way to go if you are only growing a plant or two. Filters are a bit spendy but when you take time, gas, convenience etc. its a no brainer (if the water coming out is zero:) - I get about 15 gallons per filter (175ppm from tap). Day 70. It’s been about a day since new res change. Steady Eddie at 250 ppm and 6.2. I’ll let her drink the bucket down a good ways if things remain stable with a drift down. I doubt it though, 5 gallon is fine for 12” autos but at 2’ she really needed 8 gal. Time to up the R&D on the cabinet! Also checked Zero Water again and filter is now putting out 200ppm of 3.0 water. New filters installed! Hope she finishes soon, the top of her canopy slowly getting cooked over the last 10 days. 8" of light distance is too little. PPFD 2000+ at the top, but leaf temps are in the upper 70's. Gotta hit a decent DLI on these lower buds - without nuking the top nugs, right?! As the week concludes, she’s in a fresh bath, at 250ppm @ 6.0 and running stable again. New water filters installed so zero water variable removed. Last serving of half+ teaspoon of GH dry KB ripening, and will reduce ppm by 25/day until I reach 10-15%. 1-2 day flush, if at all.

NOTES: I've flowered my babies for 42 days at the beginning of this week. Keeping EC at 1,4-1,5 / pH at 6,0-6,2 and nutrients as before. I'm propably starting to flush after this week. Day92 (16.1.) Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 10:45 AM D 62 -Ooof! Not really sure what happened but a couple of my plants got rocked pretty hard. I must’ve overwatered them. I bought a soil meter so I can check what’s going on. I’ll put some pictures up. Hopefully it’s still going to be some fire. The strawberry crinkle is kicking ass one of the blood oranges is looking good and smelling great but the other blood orange and the forum Stomper got hit pretty hard. The blood oranges leaves have started to yellow and the smell It had disappeared. The forum Stomper still smells good but its leaves got hit the hardest. -this is my first indoor soil grow. Before this I grew everything hydroponically and if I dealt with soil, it was all outdoors. I’ve also grown using cocoa so I had that as a reference. That was a mistake. Growing in cocoa is really hard to drown your plants. Drenching a plant that’s growing in soil is not a good idea. -It might sound dumb to some of you growers out there, but having a digital meter for your soil is awesome. I stick that thing in there and I stop watering when it tells me that it’s good, highly recommended.

Entering third week...all of my plants have developed second pair of leaves and third one is growing already! Had an issue with watering as in first week I have overwatered, last week I have underwatered. One of the plants is significantly behind other two, however I hope that she will survive. 14.10. - Starting with 1ml/l of Bio Grow and Bud Candy to see how they'll respond. I'm now on vacation for 2 weeks so all photos will be from my security camera. From what I can tell my new clones are greening up and putting out some new growth. My blumats had a runaway on day 3... luckily my neighbor was around and was able to slow the drip rate down on my one plant which was starting to flood my box. It has now stopped dripping and my hope is there will be no more hiccups..I will be watching closely over my vacation. 😅🙏

Well I configured my tent to run two 750s in air cooled hoods I have some impressive airflow using air mover fans I bought off of a hard ware store as you seen in my other video the light set up.

420 Fastbuds FBT2303 Week 4 Weekly update for these two beautiful plants. Both seem about the same height though one is definitely more stacked. I did do a major deforliation on both taking off most bigger fan leafs, even though you can't tell. I'll probably do another mild one as they transition into flower as I'm starting to see pistols forming. I did up the water/feeding to 2000ml every other day alternating from nutes to just ph'd water. All in all Happy Growing

4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.
