Last big shot of orgatrex+bactrex done, now first watering and spraying with PK Booster Compost Tea (15g/L) + Orgatrex (5mL/L) +Bactrex (1g/L). 2 retarded plants seem to finally flower, so I removed all stunted leaves and I'll keep them on vegetation feeding with boom boom spray for the moment (one of them is huge, will have to move it out of the tent or cut it a bit). The 4 others are fine : there are 2 phenos (2 plants are small with big short buds and 2 others are tall with long thin buds). More Flowering! The rest of the strains started to catch up, but nanners started showing in the hermies and TP started to overripen with orange hairs. I would've gone extra days if there were no nanners, but it wasn't worth it to risk seeding the nugs, I'll just have to settle with more larfy buds. Going to start flushing next week.

Esta semana fue la última para estas preciosas 🍇PURPLE PUNCH🍇 todas han estado aumentando el peso de las flores estas dos semanas atrás, engordando hasta tal punto de doblarse enteras, tuve que agarrar dos fenotipos bastante pesados al armario. en total estuvieron 9 semanas en floración. De los 6 fenotipos x3 han cogido tonalidades muy bonitas como podéis ver en las fotos. ⬆️90cm ☀️Interior ⏳64 días 🏺11L 😶 Indica: 90% / Sativa: 10% 🚀THC: 25%

Scored some solution grade organic fertilizers and blasted my plants. I fed solution grade langbeinite (0-0-21.5) and loaded with sulfur and magnesium. I found some liquid bone meal (0-12-0) and loaded with calcium. Another new nute is solution grade azomite, aka the a-z of minerals... it is the ash from an ancient volcano mixed with an ancient ocean water in Utah. I’ll feed those new nutes once per week as they’re kinda hot. Otherwise everything is the same as previous weeks.

She's super, she's just bursting with energy :) although it's a bit chilly in my grow tent right now, it doesn't cause her any problems :)!!!

Day 7 - Everything seems to be going ok they are all growing about the same pace! Day 8 - They are all growing pretty equal right now , extremely happy with how things are going!✌️🏼🌱 Day 11 - one plant has some twisted leaves hopefully it’s nothing serious😫 will be keeping a eye on her, other than that they all seem to be growing great! Thank you to RQS for creating and sending me this girl. She's fat, full of flavour and a pleasure to grow! Highly recommended even for a beginner. Thanks to all that follow, like and comment. Without you guys it'd be pretty boring so I appreciate all of your input! She was harvested on Day 58 and left to dry for at least a week. I then gave her a dry trim and thrown the buds in a jar for curing. I put a couple of boveda 62% humidity packs in there too, to keep the moisture level correct. I'll soon be switching to Integra boost packs as they seem to get a better review and are purposely made for cannabis. Because I have 4 seperate plants/strains in one tent, under one light, I've had to calculate these by dividing the conditions by 4 (4 plants in total sharing same conditions). This is the fairest and only way to work it out on average as a full tent. Happy growing! 🐺

Week 2.

The dolomite lime top dressing seems to have helped my PH and calcium lockout issue, no new brown spots...i moved both plants into the tent this week from the veg room, they're now under a Philips 315watt (3100k) CMH..i'll add a second Phillips bulb come flower.. I won't be feeding for the next few weeks, I suspect the roots are just now getting out of the Promix and into the good stuff :)

And the flowering begins! Changed the timer today to 12/12. The plant stems don't seem perfect to me but the clones didn't come as good as they should have been. They were the only ones i had though. The temperature is too high but i can't lower it anymore it's too hot were i live. Can't wait for the colder days! :/ Usually i opt for Scrog but this time i'm going with LST instead because since the grow space is small, its easier for me in case i want to flush or move the plants around. Gonna start the bloom boosters next week. Yay!

Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.
