Had a lot of fun growing these girls. They went through a lot off the bat due to my inexperience. Learned a lot during this run and it was extremely rewarding to nurse them back to health. I am very pleased with this grow for it being my first run. I had no expectations as I am just starting to learn and want nothing more than to acquire knowledge. The quality and yields will come once I get more dialed in. Once these girls got healthy they had no problems for the whole grow. I am already planning improvements for future systems and am extremely excited to continue on my grow journey. Thanks to all who helped me out.

Moved them inside last week and then chopped one down. Rot was taking over quickly. Buds hadn’t fully formed underneath but the main colas and tops were ok. Bit disappointing but the weather has just been terrible where I am this autumn 😂 what can you do.

Hi guy its the beginning of week 6 💚 Fed them just ph water today. Usually water every 48h once with nutrients twice ph water with 3ml/lt acti vera.

Last Sunday I increased the nutes so that the ppm was on the higher level (600-625) as the feeding schedule showed. Dec 9th I started to see some lime green (video) leaves on new growth. The ppm would go up mostly & down slightly, but the lime green spread & eventually turned yellow (last pic from today). I did a water change the other day & lowered the ppm/nutes to around 575-580 range. I've been reading around that this might be a sulfur deficiency? Some suggested adding Cal-mag. Today I added 2 ml more of Cal-mag & snipped some of the darker fan leaves that had some damage. I ordered epsom salt, waiting for it to arrive (tomorrow). Any other suggestions/diagnoses are welcomed! 😊

Me encontre con un par de cogollos afectados de Botytris en las Psicodelicias, y opte por cortarlas. De todos modos ya estaban casi listas, asi que no ha sido mayor problema. Pero hago notar que las Psicodelicias son propensas al moho (mis otras cinco plantas, cultivadas en identicas condiciones, no mostraron ningun sintoma). El rinde seguro va a ser muy bueno, ya les cuento cuando lo pese en seco. El olor de la Psicoldelcia en verde es muy caracteristico. No “huele rico” para nada, ni huele a nada conocido. Pero si es un olor muy propio que se recurda siempre. Yo la habia cultivado hace cuatro años y olia igual. Es una variedad super estabilizada, da plantas muy similares entre si, lo cual habla bien de Sweet Seeds. Saludos!

Day 35 is here. We are a week into flower and most the plants are just starting to hit that flowering stretch. I have been bending them down a little every couple days, but I need to focus on cleaning up some of the bottom branches so we can keep good air flow through the plants. Will work on that through this next week. I haven't done a water change, just been topping off the reservoir with fresh nutrients as they drink it up. Feeding half and half maxigro and maxibloom. Will cut out the maxigro in a couple weeks when I notice their stretch slowing down. I had a plant overflow this week because the drain line is getting full of roots. I noticed a couple roots have made their way into the reservoir already. I set a pump timer to 1 minute on and 20 minutes off so they can drain properly. I would like to make it through the grow without having to mess with the drains, but we will see what happens. I will make some modifications if needed. Other than that everything is running smooth and I hope we have some little pistils to show by next week. Thanks for stopping by ✌️

Been pretty busy lately but these girls just keep at it. I did go several days with out topping them off this last week, probably only had a gallon left of water in thier buckets when I switched to transition. Only problems is a little bit of light burn and maybe a little bit of pest damage on one of them.

Skunk apple runtz I'm probably only going to keep 1 of these guys seeing the 2nd just has really bad growth so far. I'm sad about this I made this cross out my last grow and was hoping for the better end of things. The other plants is decent but we will see I hope it has the growth pattern of the lit farms Rick bobby and the bud structure of the obama runtz I grew It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. I got the 3 starting seeds from an exchange with a redditor who accidentally pollinated his batch with a male, meaning I didn't start with the best genetic which in the end, probably induced the hermie. It turned out good overall but it did fuck up a lot of things. I never thought 4 weeks of veg would be too much. They got tall in no time and almost tripled in height during the flowering stretch. Light burn had a significant impact on the trichome production of certain buds. The mold is on me. I should have controlled the conditions better. I had to throw away 10-15g because of it. And really nothing guarantees I removed it all. Plant B produced, in the books, a lot less than her sisters and that can be explained by 3 factors: -Mold attacked it more than the others; -I probably switched 1 or maybe 5 (who knows...) whole branches when they fell from the rope during the drying; -I left a lot of tiny popcorn buds that got separated in the ''to be extracted'' jar. The 3 plants were pretty similar in looks but gave rather different seeds. A, the hermie, gave a lot of seeds in general but almost half of them were immature or wonky and got discarded; B, a female, gave a lot of good ones but also quite a few bad ones. The have nice stripes giving them a tiger look; C, another female, still hasn't been plucked of all it's seeds but the ones I already collected are really big, round and mat. Plant A pollinated itself. Plant B got helped by me but C didn't received help from me nor the wind and still got hit, a lot less, but still. I'll never underestimate the propagation power of pollen again. FINAL HARVEST: PLANT A: - 91g - 281 viable seeds PLANT B: - 28g - 297 viable seeds PLANT C: - 89g - 149 viable seeds 167 mixed seeds from ABC EXTRACT MATERIAL: - 9g TOTAL: 217g / 894 seeds Height by weeks: 1 - 7 cm 2 - 20 cm 3 - 32 cm 4 - 49 cm Switch 5 - 81 cm 6 - 107 cm 7 - 120 cm 8 - 124 cm 9 - 125 cm 10 - 126 cm 11 - 126 cm 12 - 128 cm 13 - 128 cm Nice experience overall. A lot of thing could have gone better but the fact is I got a bunch of seeds for future pheno hunting and God knows I'll need to do some to straighten the genetic. See you all then!

Transplanted these 5 Banana chem freak plants into 5 liters of homemade medium, thursday 5 days ago. 1/3 Coco coir, 1/3 Perlite, 1/3 Wormcast. With Plagron Supermix, Bat guano, Root explosion, Mycotrex, watered with 5ml/Liter Orgatrex. (forgot to add Mineral magic) No more PH down, soil should be large enough of a deposit now for the bacteria to do their job (i hope). This is just my second try at an all organic flowering, first time was with Seedsman regular White widow, this Banana chem freak strain should be a little more difficult, but i trust the Bio tabs products and hope they will support my grow, with knowledge and wisdom words as the grow progresses.

Day 74 and there getting chopped today! I thought the harvest was going to be broken into two separate weeks considering the times on the Choco was listed about 7-10 days sooner then the DD (wich was listed at 70 days for flowering) However looking at the tricombs on the Chocolate Marshmallow most pheno didnt start getting amber untill the DDs did as well! A couple DD pheno could have maybe gone a couple more days but we will see! Going for reveg on all the pheno, since i didnt get to take any clones. We will see how it goes!

Sep 14: another nice day and she is doing fine. Using far red 730 nm light for a few seconds at dusk as a bloom booster. Added benefit is I can take flash pics without causing the plant to hermie. Just use the red light right after the flash pic. Sep 16: this plant is covered in flowers and is really quite awesome. It is way ahead of the others but still needs another couple weeks at least. Sep 19: this plant is getting noticeably heavier, and I can tell when I move it to sunny spots in the yard.
