Why use cotton pads? You should use cotton pads because it is one of the fastest way to germinate seeds, it is also one of the more reliable way. This is a NOOB-FRIENDLY tenchnique, you have to respect some little and easy steps: -take one cotton pad, spray it 5 times with water; -dispose seeds in the sprayed cotton pad, remember to leave minimum 1cm of space between seeds, -take a new cotton pad, spray it 3 times with water, face it down and put it on the seeds of the first cotton pad; -now, spray the dry side 3 times. -put this/these "sandwich/es" in a sealed container of a sufficient size to store them, I use like a plastic tupperware (glass or plastic are equal) with about this size: 15x30.It contains about 8 "sandwitches". -store the container in a dark place with a temperature from 17°C and more. More light they see and colder is the place,slower will be the germination and lower will be the germination ratio. *(-If your seeds are old, not good stored and with a low germination ratio, I suggest you to use Seed Booster by Plagron. Old seeds and maybe stored in a very hot place for a long time may will be death may will not never germinate). Generally a normal cotton pad is good for 3 seeds. If you follow these steps, you will hardly have problem of non-germinating seeds. I tried all methods (except rockwool cube) and in the last two years (and I germinated a lot of seeds) I can tell that this is the faster and reliable way. I loved to use paper towel but with this metod is very easy to put too much water and it will be slow down the germination step. La planta aun está en pleno estirón del inicio de la floración, por lo que tengo que ir cropeandola casi a diario para mantener una altura homogénea en las ramas y que no se estire demasiado. Están comenzando a formarse los primeros brotes, aun no tiene un olor intenso pero ya huele a haze y eso es maravilloso... aun le quedan meses de floración pero ya tengo ganas de fumarmela.

Let’s go Day 46 from seed!! What a great week it’s been, girls structured up real nice veg has been huge for us, looking super healthy an catching a nice smell ! This will be the last week of feeding them the veg schedule, next we will be dipping right into bloom, starting Monday yall We will be in full bloom !! I completely changed the water and nutrients this week and added some Canna PK13/14. I have also added another MARS Hydro TW2000 light to the tent to try and get more light to the lower buds. Gave both plants a trim also for the same reason. I was concerned they were still not ready to harvest, but expert advice from FastBuds420 told me they probably needed a further 4 weeks. And I will give them an update and the information they requested. I think it's probably because I had the lights turned down to 25% during the veg stage and only at 50% for the early flowering stage; it was not till recently, about 3 weeks, I think the lights got turned up to 100%.

Things ok.......😳. Nah as soon as I think I gotta hold of something it plays around with me. The grow is going well and the plants are mostly showing a great fast rate of growth. Flower site formation is rapid and covers the whole canopy and below. But alas the temperature she rises😩😩. Last night caught the temp at 32 C. Gorilla growin ain’t always bananas😳 I can vent it quicker and keep the temp a little lower but the noise level is just too high. Here comes more expense😩😂. Update- last day week 2 of flower..... everything looking great one plant a little slow in developing but rest good. LED are still outstripping HPS in the race for mature buds. I can’t wait to try the herb that comes from the plants that have exposure to both kinds of light. I’ve added a pure CO2 spray dispenser in the tent also. It’s from Airbomz. Gives them a quick blast hourly to supplement the exhale bag. This is just a temporary fix for rise in temp I’m floating on and just above 30C during lights on, hopefully the CO2 level in the room should aliw the plants to carry on growing well in s slightly higher temperature.

Since joining growdiaries I’ve seen that 420 Fastbuds are one of the (if not) the most notorious genetics on here.. so I’ve got my hands on some Fastberry seeds (which with the promotion I got one free!!) I’ve been very bored with the kind of weed I have been smoking recently the taste of the buds aren’t too great so I’m very excited to give this strain a try with the promise of berry flavoured weed!!! Happy growing! Mon 8th March - after a few days of being in a damp paper towel stored in a dark warm place she’s popped a little tap root. I will leave until tomorrow then I’ll plant her directly into her final 3 gallon pot. 🍁 Tue 9th March - Placed into her final pot gave her a little water and placed dome over her until she pops.

So I had a few issue. I over watered early on, took them out the seed tray early, started feeding them a week or two late, no humidifier yet but they recovered well.

Day 33-40 (May 24th-May 31st) (Day 34) I just found a herm branch on the tight blueberry pheno. It looks like a random pollen sack opened right above a lower branch. I removed the sack but I saw a small amount of dust fall onto one of the lower branches. I’m going to leave it to see if it will pollinate that small branch at all. I spent a good 5 minutes looking closely for bananas or claws but couldn’t find anymore. The main bud is clearly unaffected so I will just leave it unless it is visibly seeding itself. Too bad because I’m really excited for this plant. (Day 36) Not a lot has happened since I flushed them. Growth actually looks healthy and I don’t see any deficiencies on anything yet. (Day 37) Both of these badazz cheese phenos are picture perfect and easily hold up against Canadian and California quad grade. I might try to reveg them at the end and take some clones. They have this unique pungent, grassy, sour milk smell that is just wonderful. The density and bud structure is looking great too. This whole plant will probably take 3 minutes to trim if that. (Day 38) Just found a banana on the shitty blueberry pheno. This pheno is trash and I would honestly throw it away if it didn’t mess up the 3 perfect rows. It has almost no frost, no smell, is airy and has bad structure. I’ve actually never seen a plant with such little frost. Even outdoors. (Day 39) I think most of this tent will be done by day 60 but I will probably ride it out until day 70+. I don’t think the blueberries or the jacks will fill out very much either way but taking it too day 70 will ensure maximum production from each plant.

Crecen bien las plantas, están comiendo mucho y debo regar día por medio, estoy aplicando un riego de agua con enzimas y un riego con fertilizantes (esta semana abone 2 veces), aumente la EC de la solución con abonos a 1.6 esta semana. Les quedan un par de semanas aún antes de comenzar a lavar las raíces. Tienen muy buen aroma, la California tiene un olor entre cítrico y agrio que me encanta.

I've started this week with a heavier defoliation. Not sure it's worth it but I want to try it anyway, might as well make experience. I want to take a break from defoliation though, she's still my first plant so I really don't want to overstress or damage her. Pistils are getting bigger and I can't wait to see the bud! Watching carefully the flowers development as I've never seen that before. Hoping in some final stretch. End of the week: she stretched almost 10 cm in four days. I love this plant. I also rised the EC to 1.7. Still waiting before switching to Canna Flora nutrients. She's beautiful and bushy, I definitely need to slow down with those little frequent defoliations tho. Don't want to stunt her growth, especially now.
