Some mild defoliation this week. Budding up nicely and starting to frost. This girl was having a foliar feed of algae last week but this week she's getting light foliar sprays of the Lacalva stress treatment from madame grow on top of her other feed. I'll do this every 2/3 mornings and I'll only lightly mist the top. I'll concentrate most of my foliar feed on the lower growth and undersides, away from the buds. This is the main reason I kept so many lower fan leaves this time.

The stems are not that stable anymore, so buds are a little bit collapsing and i had to take care to bring her out i have put a few fishing pole pieces into the pot to keep her stable. After putting her back in the tent again, i had to support her a bit with a jojo last week and buds are now all collapsing on the weight. i don't mind 😂. i was allready began to flush , started this before the salt buildup ec runoff levels where rising so had to take care of that. Buds growing fast (fastbuds) lol, so far so good, no major problems as of yet, counting the days now roughly about half way there! Getting a nice smell from both plants now😬👊🏻.

Disculpen las fotos, es que las saque para consultar. Bueno primero que nada fue una semana de mucha tormanta, lluvias y humedad. lo peor que nos puede pasar en floracion. Segundo intente hacer supercroping ya que las ramas seguian superando el tejido y les llegaba luz en la noche. Y me salio desastrozo, mi primera vez. Pero los otros punteros que superaban la altura, los hizo mi compañero que sabia hacerlo (No tengo foto, luego actualizo). Y Tercero que debido a la humedad se ven en las fotos como aparecio hongos, por lo que pude observar era solo ese poco, lo cual ya fue removido vamos a ver como continuamos.

The time has come! Flowering has been initiated and is off to a good start, The Photoperiod is now running at 11/13 on/off and the intensity of the light has been bumped up to 60% giving me a DLI of aorund 37.5 at 30" hang height in my 2x4. As the plants where topped a bunch I have found in previous grows the stretch will not be as crazy as if I left them on their own, however the increased pot size may negate that effect, only time will tell :D I also gave them a 2nd watering as the last one was leaving the pots a bit to light. This could be their new normal 1gal one week, 2 gal the next separated by a few days. They have all been amended with a 50/50 mix of grow and bloom from Gaia, Also added in some extra Insect Frass, Yeast and Bokashi grains, mixed this all with worm castings and compost for the top dress. added the compost after mixing it into the top layer so it gives it a bit of a blanket. made a little video of it and me watering the plants on a speed run. One thing I need to find is a sprayer head that has a 70-90 degree bend on it. I'm tired of watering from overhead as my wand is straight and does not have a bend. Its made of hard plastic and was thinking I would toss the tip in the oven to soften it up and place a coat hanger though it, then bend it ever so slightly and wait for it to cool, can snip off the wire and pull it out once its all done and have a bent tip. or I can get a 2nd wand attachment for it. Just been so busy have not had time to search for it, the peppers are doing much better as well, after the defoliation from last week they where getting a bit more light but that is all gone now, the plants have taken it back. and they are in shade, the plants seem to like it more. only the one strain likes the intense light of the led's, Fatalii peppers, It might be the hottest ones I'm growing if the goronong don't measure up. The JigSaw peppers are also starting to show some of their variegation in the leaves that make them pretty to grow now they are in the shade more. and its bound to be better then pure purple leaves from the LED"s Butterwort is eating all the gnats as well. so no problem there. Will apply the nematodes later next week to kill em off in the medium. Don't want them getting trapped in the flowers. stupid little fuckers. I left out some of the extras in the water this week as it was its first topdressing, didn't want to stress it out to much, I will be topdressing every week and diving the total ammount of amendments in 4 parts. vs one big feeding at beginning of the month like its been suggested on the label, I find this helps avoid the N burn I normally see and gives them a bit better of a breakdown for flowering period. It worked really well with my G13 Labs Blue Cindy grow so I am repeating the process and will likely make this my new standard. I will also be adding in some Mg into every other water till stretch is done same with a very light feeding of molasses, I know it has been negative in past grows but going to try it out again with much smaller amounts. 1tea/pot, the extra sugars should work wonders on the Bokashi added into the soil and allow it to thrive. Plants are starting to get more of a funk to them as well, So i feel that's what was happening with the gifted plant to my parents smelling up the place, it was just entering flowering as it was not in a tent n the lighting must have been to low. And the little cuttings I did last week are fine, no roots but will soon have a bunch of little clones to go. Just in time for spring. I think that's it. Honey Melon Haze and O.G. Kush have been transfered into final pot (26l). Pots supports have been installed. The two Mandarin Punch (Auto) grow well but since their germination has been done a few days later, they are still too small to be transfered into their final pots. It should be for next week :) I put a pH meter in both 26l pots and the pH is 7.0. It's not perfect but it's ok for soil.

English: I decided to switch to 12/12 after week 6. The risk of the plants becoming too big for the tent was too great for me. Since switching to 12/12, I have also reduced the amount of water and am trying to push the EC in the substrate further in the 3.5-5 direction. I am still giving the full dose of Grow A & B and will continue to do so until week 3 or 4, depending on how they develop. I will also increase the PPFD from 500 to 900 within the first 3 weeks of flowering. Everything seems to be working well so far, the ladies are growing and also got their next defoliation at the end of the 1st week of flowering, as it was getting very dense. New updates coming next week :) Deutsch: Ich habe mich doch dazu entschieden nach Woche 6 auf 12/12 zu switchen. Das Risiko, dass die Pflanzen zu groß für das Zelt werden, war mir zu groß. Seit dem Switch auf 12/12 habe ich auch die Wassermenge reduziert und versuche dadurch den EC im Substrat weiter in die 3.5-5 Richtung zu pushen. Ich gebe weiterhin die volle Dosis Grow A & B und werde das auch weiter bis Woche 3 oder 4 tun, je nachdem wie sie sich entwickeln. Außerdem werde ich auch den PPFD Wert innerhalb der ersten 3 Blütewochen von 500 auf 900 hochfahren. Scheint so weit auch alles gut zu funktionieren, die Ladys wachsen und haben am Ende der 1. Blütewoche auch ihre nächste Defoliation bekommen, da es doch langsam sehr dicht wurde. Nächste Woche kommen neue Updates :)

Week 8 of flowering was rough did not look in the tent for 2 days as my perimeter were all good and I watered every plant so I thought but did not water the gg4 as she felt heavy (her pot) and as I opened the tent on the second day i was shocked and very upset as she looked dead with the ph problems I already had a lot of her leaves were already damaged. Lost a lot of leaves and could probably pull off every fan leaf as all of them have damage now but were in the final week now so she should make it. The bud is not so frosty, nice size buds but with all my mess ups there was no time to create triclones. That my theory as I have gg4 clones at 4 weeks that are twice as frosty fingers crossed last week goes Smooth. Well hope it's last week blimburn seeds says 9-10 weeks so ill go 10. I'll try my jewlers loop but it's only 40× and does not work well if it don't look ready it will go to week 11

This plant has been growing at a steady constant rate since they sprouted..I have topped them a week ago and they both appear to recovering well. I still feed basic GHE nutrients with the addition of Orca and Terpinator alll at 1/2 per gallon unless the plants ask for more and trust me you’ll know :) anyway they’re gonna be flipped next week was just letting them build up as much as possible.

The remaining girls are doing great. They stink so badly tho... Like a mix of feet and citrus 🤣🤣 I've sense turned on my exhaust system. 5/2/2023: So I've added more pics... the girls are still doing great so not much to report. I just can't wait til this grow is done and I can cut them down. I love saving $$ by growing my own shit... 😄
