Getting there... cant wait for Spring Walls are up and painted, floor is laid, electrical all done, exhaust outlets mounted. Ive started to install the trim - I decided to put a grey stain instead of boring paint on the floor trim boards. Looks really solid against the dark bamboo floors. I used two gallons and two coats of flat pure white paint for walls and ceiling. Should give me a reflectivity somewhere around 80%. Some may ask why not opt for mylar? I just dont like the look. I dont care too much for reflectivity, as I will be well above the required watts/sqft with the light setup I will be using. I mounted an electrical receptacle in the ceiling, I thought it may come in handy for cord management. Im going to mount the 3 x meanwell drivers outside of the grow room and run some extra long cables to them. This is to keep heat out of the room, any little bit helps. Will be running a 8inch fan with about 750 CFM in order to properly vent the room. Intake will be a door vent and the negative pressure the fan provides. Odor is not too much of a concern, but may as well add a carbon filter. Tables to be built this week after trim is installed Week 1 Spend - $2080 Week 2 Spend - $350 (mostly on hardware store visits) Total so far - $2430

Most aphids went away, seen just few here and there, give another pesticides spray today, that should kill rest of them. Feed the girls with compost tea + liquid sea weed + alga grow and sprinkle gypsum powder top dress.

So week 8 has gone by like the others nice and easy although I cant help but think that she is well behind where she should be, on the packet it says 11 weeks to harvest but I cant see her packing on enough bud in 3 weeks to be ready for the chop... im in no rush to chop her down but cant help feel a bit anxious that I have gone wrong somewhere... Start week 9 From the end of last week i feed Dolomite 9tbs per 1 gal of water to fix soil acidity(hope will help) and no fill any more nutrient. At this point seem to be all plant will ready for harvest in next 2 week. So additional nutrient should be not require on this period, just watering until harvest day. Over all bud of BCN looking good and Pineapple looking better from last week but still smaller than expect. I try to change light hrs. By 12/12(some local professional recommend i will try).

ok one more week, the ripper haze genetics plants have quintupled their size in the change to 12h, I had to tie them up since they don't stop growing, I can't wait for them to finish stretching and start to fatten the flowers. normal problems of having many different genetics in the same grow tent. otherwise everything is going well. that's all, regards.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week and staying safe. It was a nice week for the Glueberry OG as she grew to her 7th node on day 26 and I just popped off number 7 gently so she will end up with 10 main chutes from 5 nodes as i also removed the bottom node which typically is larfy popcorn buds. If she had not reached node number 7 by day 28ish I would have just topped her above the 5th node as I have had great yields that way as well. Dutch Passion says she takes 11-12 weeks but autos usually start preflowering/flowering between days 28-35 depending on strain so I try to complete all toppings by day 28 or so with autos because if you top them after they start to flower they will suffer. I have topped above the 3rd (for mainlines and mainifolds) as well as the 4th, 5th, and 6th with great results from each. As a general rule, the longer the autoflower is expected to take, the higher up I top her as she will have more time for more colas to develop. Some people think that topping stunts an autoflower, however as long as you allow her to grow a nice ball of roots and she is healthy, it only stunts mine for about 30-45 seconds. Glueberry OG Auto is absolutely loving this Medic Grow light so far, and I am super impressed with how tight she is keeping the nodes. I am running on 60% power in the V1 or vegetative blue stage. I will start working the UV/IR Spectrum into the mix as soon as my 2 seedlings go into coco coir and can handle some more light. The Glueberry OG Auto is currently 6 inches tall and was topped above her 6th node, and since the first node doesn't start until 2.5 inches from the coco, that is a tight group! I will start LST tomorrow on the two top mains, as it has only been 48 hours since topping and they are growing fast. I see alot of growers tie down their entire plant to the ground for LST and that is ok but not beneficial imo. My goal is to keep her nodes tight, and then just LST the mains from the uppermost nodes, as to allow the lower nodes to catch up., while I typically clip the bottom most node as she typically only produces larfy popcorn buds. These are certainly usable for bubble hash/edibles/cannasugar etc. but they do drain some energy from your top shelf colas. The goal of LST should be an even canopy as to minimize apical dominance. This will allow the plant to better utilize the existing light and limit wasted light that converts to heat. Tying a plant down restricts the airflow from the plant and impedes the growth of the lower mains. LST does not require pinning a plant down to the ground with staples, and although a cannabis plant will bounce back from this, it certainly will not reach its full potential. As far as nutrients go, I feed veg nutrients until my auto is almost done stretching then I transition to full flower nutes over about a 6 day period. The only exception is if my plant is growing out of control and I am unable to slow it down through topping, LST, super-cropping, etc. At this point I would make the switch to flower nutes slightly sooner. So she will be feeding on silica, cal mag, and veg nutes for at least a few more weeks here and just some LST. I put the clones into bigger Pots once their roots were fully established. Immediately started LST and put in the clones at an angle so that light is distributed more evenly. Autos also growing well but Panty Punch is lacking because of crippled leaves. I still let her live to see how she develops. I plan to bend the clones in a circular shape so they grow into an even canopy.

Phed to 5.6 10/12 Water added and Phed to 5.8 Trimming finished on chopped plant that's drying. 10/13 Adjusted Ph to 6.0 and topped of the reservoirs. Harvested plant will be drying for another day or two. 10/14 PH was really low on the Flushing plant. Adjusted it to 6.2. The other plant had its reservoir topped and PH set to 5.8. 10/15 Started the flush on the final plant. Will probably do a shorter flush this time and test the difference. I think a week in DWC feels long. 10/16 Reservoirs topped and PH adjusted to 5.6. Flush started on the Final plant 😎 Extremely excited for the smoke review of these badgirls. So far so good! Two of Three plants remain. One of them has less mature trichomes the other is coming down any day now. These plants are amazing to handle. You can Smell that these girls are not playing around one bit.

Day 10: The plants and the leafs grew a bit in size, they are still focusing on rooting. Added some veg nutrients today to the feeding schedule, because I saw some green spots, not to confuse with full green leafs, which is normal with new leafs and young plants or in later stage a (n)itrogen deficiency. No this indicates that they need just a little bit nutrients. Normaly this would not be the case with normal soil(it has nutrients in it for the first weeks), but again it can happen with cocos as a soil. The leafs on the pictures are like that because the lights are off + the humidifier makes the leafs wet which results in it getting heavy😝. Will update again this week, Enjoy for now 🙏
