Just been playing about with a DIY co2 generator with sugar water and yeast considering paying out for a better system and meter but at least I can still monitor to a degree but I don't think this co2 meter is up to much cop...... I've made a co2 bucket with an air pump still using sugar yeast 2x tomatoes and a potatoe puree'd 1x teaspoon active brewers yeast and 2.5 liters of water in a 5l bucket with sealed lid ratchet strapped shut sat on a 20cm square heat mat set on a thermostat at 24c to 27c temps sits about 26c for a prolonged co2 release levels have defo increased spiked quite high then settled approx 1200 to 1500ppm or the meter is wank but either way its adding co2 just for how long though ? I've read up on the fungus method which last 6months so I'll be sorting that soon

Into week 4 and they have blew up on me again. #2 still lagging behind but showing new growth at a decent pace. I think she will be the black sheep of this grow. So far I have performed another round of topping and very lite defoliation. (Can i get more aggressive anything under the main canopy? Watered them in with dechlorinated 6.8pH tap water. I think I may have to think about when to start top dressing them. Maybe 2 more weeks? Lol Also noted that I they are starting to suck up allot of water! May have to start wetting out the whole pot now and see how they respond. So far its a garentee to water them ever 3-4 days. Now getting much closer to 3. Welcome back all, following a week that has been a fairly straight forward seven days or so in Fat Yappa's Garden, as the older Bruce Banners reach day 51, day 44 for the runt of the sisters, planted on the same day but that took a week longer to germinate, and day 42 for the two Wedding Cheesecake's, one growing in Coco Coir, the other in the same living soil as her Bruce Banner Fastbuds cousins. The week began with last weeks humidity issues brought well and truly into hand with the addition of the new 20L dehumidifier from Meaco, specifically designed for the UK weather. However a shift in the aforementioned from the falls dawn of an early spring, to a return to more usual climate conditions for this time of year through things off kilter once again. Despite pulling around 6L of water out the air a day, she was struggling to keep the RH down to around 50% with my central heating returned to its usual position of 18c, but an increase to 20c has taken things back in line, and the humidity has returned to the mid 40's I was aiming for. Humidity concerns during this off period however, and a subsequent inspection below the top layer of the canopy, which resulted in the discovery of quite a lot of whitish, moist growth, prompted a mass defoliation, mostly of the Bruce Banners. I had been performing very light defoliation up until this point, only removing dead/almost dead leaves, and very select leaves from the top of the canopy that were blocking what looked like bud sites, but the lack of light and air getting through past the top layer, together with the fact that now bud sites are far clearer to a novice such as I, lead me to the conclusion that the time was right. Besides the runt, all these plants have not even skipped a beat. The runt has been a bit droopier in her leaves than the others all in all, but I have looked in on them and seen her with leaves pointing up and praying a few times since so I trust all is well. Following the defoliaton on day 47, the plants stuck to their two day watering schedule, but di threatened to need an increase to daily, as day 50 saw waterings a mere 24hrs after the previous day, but feeling the weight of the pots yesterday I elected to wait til 48 hours to water again. The water amounts per plant has also become more erratic than previously, so I have been watering more carefully. Other than that the week has been pretty much plain sailing, and what look like to be some big looking flowers coming up all over the canopy, as all bar the Wedding Cheesecake in living soil are now fully in flower, but she will be there by next week. The Bruce banner I accidentally snapped the top off from the second node down doing LST a few weeks ago seems to be about half a week ahead of the other two of the same age, and trichomes have began to appear on the leaves around the buds. The biggest plant in the tent is still the wedding Cheesecake in Coco coir, as she now stand a metre tall and her top is the same level as the light now. Her size is a concern because it has caused me to neglect her in favour of the other plants, certainly in terms of light, but she doesn't seem to have any more bud sites than the other plants, and for the time being at least, her older cousins are leaving her to shame in this department, but she still has a week to catch up. Lastly, day 39 saw another compost tea feeding, the same recipe as last time. Happy growing everyone, and I will catch you all again next week.

22-01 Already in week 5 and the topping is taking off its results. *I ended the grow of nr: 3, just bad genes. but more light for the other 3 plants. 24-01: Applied another round of LST today. This time to create 4 main coala's and a wide and full deck of leafs. When the plants start to get more busy i will add an scrogg technique and do a little defoliation at the bottom of them to take even more profit of the LST. 26-01 I added Mega worm from plagron to the soil to give the plants a big boost so that they are ready for a strong flowering phase.

LSD has gone crazy over the last week, insane bulk-up in her buds, from top to bottom, in by the stock and out to the tips, she's just bulky, dense, sticky, frosty and incredible! By far, the best looking results from any of my LSD grows. Green Crack also looks incredible and the rest of the ladies, while doing awesome, will be their final grow in my garden. Both plants have almost stopped growing in heigth now and are in full flowering mode now. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) Plant #1 is 15 cm shorter than plant #2, but a little bushier. Both have grown very well and are strong and healthy. They get more and more flower clusters now and start to fill up all branches. Trichomes start to appear all over...the plants start to get sticky and develop a weak sweet aroma now. Its time to take off the biggest fan leaves now for defoliation, I took a round of pics before and after.

Poor babies! They've definitely had a rough start. I'm fairly certain now the issue has been too much moisture in the soil. I believe there are a few factors that have had an impact: 1) Obviously, giving them too much water. In the first week I gave 90ml into their 1 litre pots over two waterings. I thought this was okay because the top soil was completely dry between waterings. Someone suggested that seedlings don't need additional water for the first 10 days so I'll try that next time 2) Feedback I've had is that my soil mix is quite heavy @ 63% soil, 25% Coco, 6 % perlite + 6% vermiculite. In future I'll increase the perlite portion to about 40% 3) Also, I just noticed that the plastic pots I'm using have very small drainage holes. I think this has caused moisture to accumulate at the bottom of the pot. Yesterday I pushed my finger all the way to the bottom of the pot and it is much wetter at the bottom than at the top. So yeah, tough start. But they're still growing, albeit very slowly. I trust they'll survive.

Пришлось повозится с капельным поливом,из-за того,что не менял предфильтр - забились капельницы,пришлось исправлять в неудобном положении тела,но всё сделал,полив снова в рабочем состоянии. Всё так-же подвязываю проволокой шишки,начинают падать под своим весом,по листу свитч раз в 10 дней,патока+триходерма+аминокислоты раз в неделю под корень. К слову,указал удобрения канна,на самом деле это мои удобрения из обычных солей,как кальциевая селитра,магниевая селитра и тд. замес делаю сам себе,нужно будет,покажу фото пофасованных сухих удобрений + ко всему магнитная мешалка,которой замешиваю.
