Harvest day 69 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Lots of work this week on keeping up on training this week, buts it’s going well! I split a fork when tying her down but the duct tape fix worked great and she didn’t exhibit any stress from it surprisingly :) Each day I tighten the bindings and then defoliate about every other or 3rd day. I keep doing 2 feeds to 1 yucca flush. She now uses 3 gallons to get my saturation and 20% runoff, about every 3 days. When I yucca flush I also foliar feed her to keep things flowing, roughly 1/8-1/4 strength of my food dosage. Foliar feed mix is yucca, kelp, fulvic acid, 1-0-0 Calmag+, and a 14-0-0 ominA. And I fed that every day for 3 days until I watered her again :) Interestingly, 3 days in a row just barely began to give her N toxicity by causing a slight clawing of the mature fan leaves, but no burn in the tip, and day 4 she was flat out again :) so it was right at the edge of useable nutrients IMO. The netting is coming along nicely, lots of weaving going on, refilling the center and spreading the mains out to the corners of the tent. Tried 2 different cloning techniques, one placing them into the peat pellets from Walmart with rooting powder, and the other is a Tupperware container filled with a PH’d weak nutrient solution, and sticking the stalks through the lid into the water. Both techniques have produced roots, peat took longer but are stronger specimens. Tupperware seemed to shock them less but roots are tiny little nodules. 3 der 5 wurden gespült um die Ernte vorzubereiten. Die Trichome sind größtenteils milchig und wenige bernsteinfarben. Ende der Woche werden diese 3 geerntet. Ich denke die Ernte wird massiv ausfallen. Die Blüten sind kompakter als erwartet. Übrig bleiben der kleine Phänotyp und der ganz große, wobei der große bei weitem noch nicht fertig ist. Der kleine braucht nicht mehr viel länger, evtl noch eine oder zwei Wochen. Die nächsten Pflanzen warten schon auf den Einzug 🏻

I sliced my thumb open so this weeks report will be short. We had budlets show up and have come in strong. All 7 colas are firm and strong. I was able to apply some tie downs to allow more light in to the bottom canopy. No issues to report other than some small colored tips that I’ll keep my eye on. The environment is pretty solid. No issues there to report. In case you didn’t know, we are approaching the most crucial weeks of flowering, weeks 4-6. From my research, this is a very crucial time for cannabis plants. Hopefully my thumb will have healed up next week. This is what I get for planting a tree on Earth day while stoned!

Week 12

I do a lot of daytime use, so I do not want to over-mature the plants, oxidize the THC and make them relaxing. Even the best sativa matured on the palate becomes more indica. I have to monitor the effect of daytime use a lot. So the final week was week ten, and onyl just a few days in. I will be interested to see how this dries and cures out. I will be back in six weeks with a proper smoke report.

Meine ersten Versuche.

OMG, so much has happened since my last post, this is way overdue. My soil went totally hydrophobic, my PH pen was outta calibration so my soil ph was way of, combined with another gnat infestation. Things are much better know. the gnats are gone, transplanted into larger pots with newly bought soil, changed lighting to 18/6, vegged for a couple more weeks . One plant showed full male pollen sacs and one had suspicious looking male pre-flowers so I culled both. The last 2 showed what I think look like female pre-flowers. I just flipped lights to 12/12 on 4/4 so hopefully I have 2 females, started weaving thru scrog net, canopy looks fairly even, plants due look super healthy aside from couple tips have a bit of yellow But thats from early veg when I had the lights a tad too close. Wish me luck ;).
