Mainlining was too stressful on these plants. Changed my mind to just lst and small topping. Size and color of each plant are varying making it difficult to choose what to feed. Just started adding gro nutrients. Some look like they need more and others are getting too much N. Not particularly impressed with this veg at day 43, but i knew it wouldn't be the easiest grow considering the strain. Still excited for flower and to smoke it at the end of this summer.

Im still a newbie when it comes to growing auto's. I popped 4seeds; I'm gonna use Aptus nutes; I'm not gonna do to much training or scrogging on this run. Hey yall! Thanks for tuning in this week. Had a great look under the microscope of my soil, I just ordered a camera for my scope so next week look forward to seeing and identifying some beneficial microbiology! Another round of compost tea, I added Kiwi 🥝 😋 Fermented Juice, to this round of tea. Also adding food for the bacteria (simple sugars) and for the fungi (complex carbs). I suggest using diverse food for increased biodiversity. The mycelium network is really established at this point. Which is why I highly recommend to keep reusing your soil, and the larger the pot size the better. I am in 10 gallons for now. Once I move into our house will be into living beds, 100 gallon + If you can't be in a bed, use 25 gallon. You will benefit in time. So at this point only using inputs I have made from organically grown plants, mostly grown in house. Anything else was wildcrafted, sustainably, so if I take something from nature I am replacing it with something else. Balance in all things. Added the fruit for pushing the flowers. Pistol hairs are growing. This strain is a sativa dominant, and thus my flowers are not as compact and "looser" than indica dominant strains I have always grown. Review on this sativa dominant cultivar is: harder to grow than most strains, longer flowering time is also a pain while increasing my costs with more days with the lights on. Getting COAs on the finished flowers and I will post on here, I am hoping for higher levels of THCv, let's get into the rare cannabinoids and higher terpenes!

Here we are at the harvest of one of the masterpieces of the season, Ghost Train Haze Automatic by Zamnesia. ** We remind everyone that we have grown two plants per strain, one without the aid of any technique and the other instead worked with the techniques described below. Technique used // The plant was worked with the MAINLINING technique, particularly successful in this case because the plant with a wide internodal distance put a lot of body until it swelled like a pig. Better with the techniques or normal? It is a plant with a high distance between internodes, the Mainling was truly perfect. This time I am strong for the main lined plant. You can watch plant and I believe it will think the same This is another confirmation that MAINLINING on AUTOFLOWERING in my opinion is only indicated in plants with medium-high internodal distance. This is a real monster not usual for soil in 11 lt pot. Flower quality // The flowers are impressive, the classic haze shape is very long, some are really hard and heavy, I'm not crazy about the taste but by definition the pure haze taste is not among my super favorites but I love it anyway. First time grower - Day 3 - Seedling Stage Unknown strain, hopefully its a female Light meter currently reads 101 lux x100 Should I give it more lighting or put it closer to the plant? Using roots organic soil, should I prepare for nutrient feeding after week 1? And if yes, what nutrients should I feed them?

Smooth grow all round - poor weather at the start, centipedes near the end... otherwise okay.

I don't have anything to say for this week. Time seems to be moving slowly as harvest approach. Im hopping they do fatten up a little more, but who knows...

6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. I hope you enjoy the pics. 6/15/2023 Week 10- Day 3 of Flower (Day 133 overall) Auto Pilot Day 8.. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

Interesting to see how different the phenotypes of the same strain can look. Pretty much doing the same as always. Quite a lot of light. Some height issues. but whatever. Will likely take 2-3 more weeks due to the slow flower development early.

Slight trimming then hanging to dry. Will weigh up and comment once died and edit this diary once I have the numbers.
