Got a 2nd alaskan purp thas goin weird in mr. Other then thst all lookin good. Buds comin in everywhere. Bringing out the tent fabric and ladybugs to make sure ee finish strong and disease/mold free 😁. Been waitin on the rain before i bring out the clear plastic but not sure if ill need it this year. Again the super soil seems to save them and provide for exponential growth. I could try to up my humidity, which is somewhat low. But the phenotypes are looking awesomely similar for a no-name brand. This could be a hidden little gem and can't wait to see how they mature. Meanwhile been fighting gnats, tried to get rid of them with a solution of citric acid and water. It seems to help as a contact poison on the soil, while only being a tiny film, so I just don't have to add any citric coming waterings. We like them organic solutions with stuff already lying around the house. Next week I'm going to FIM them and hope this works out better than with my Orange Hill Special grow. Sorry it took so long for an update. I got married in the meantime and went on a honeymoon. Before I went though I took the plants down and had a friend take care of the drying and curing. It looks like I got 2 pheno's. One is has more red hairs and is a bit more skunky and peppery. The other has bit more sativa like bud forming and smells a bitt gassy in addition to the tangieness. The yield is also definitely not disappointing. Plant 1: 76gr Plant 2: 68gr Plant 3: 65gr Total:209gr I am happy with that. Especially since it's my first LED grow.

I have not been at home too much this week so theres not too many photos but im flushing right now just counting down the days to chop this plant down! I have a problem with foxtails due to my tent not being high enough to raise the lights but thats fine.... ill get a new tent pretty soon ( This is my first Indoor grow! thats why im still learning about lights and all that.. I used to grow outdoors so my indoor and autoflower techniques still in baby steps

About day 38 i am just realizing that i am stupid and been feeding the biogrow for cocoa coir 🤦‍♂️ way iver nuting with soil it says never to go over 1ml/L So i will be flushing for at least 1 or two waterings. Looking for the tip burn to stop spreading and the tips to not look like there clawing

There have been no trips for 2 weeks, but prevention is better 😀. Because of the neem oil, the plants look very dark and shiny, which I really like when they shimmer like that 😝. I didn't do any training these days, that will be done again the next few days 👌. it was watered twice this week with around 0.6 l per plant. The Ph / Ec measuring device was also recalibrated. Plants started to show signs of overfeeding, so i decided to flush with ph neutral water with only alg-a-mic and a bit of calmag. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the plant to bounce back and recover from overfeeding?

It's been a beautiful strain to work with, the flowrs are definitely worth it after all this time, the quality is definitely high. However this pheno of ak420 smells very different from the other 2 phenos I've grown along with her. The flowrs are beautiful, very solid and frosty nuggets, I smoked a few little nuggets when trimming but I'm excited to taste the big buds, hope you guys enjoyed the process. I want to say that this pheno #1 has a different smell compared to the other 2 phenotypes of ak420 that you can see here on my page as well, so stay tuned guys! Overall result is very nice, good quality, strong weed, sticky, stinky. This week I inoculated the room leaves and plants with Neoseiulus cucumeris, I have had minor thrip problems all summer, Usually I use lady bugs to combat them but none have been available this year. I inoculated the plants by shaking the bottle full of Cucumeris and bran over the leaves. I will do this a few times before pre flowers show. Cucmeris are predatory mites that eat the thrip larvae. And are supposed to work for spider mites as well. I added the scrog nets to the room and began training the plants through them. I then flipped the lights over to 12 and Initiated pre flower. All vegetative growth was very vigorous. The goal of this grow is to do a preliminary test to begin to determine if Mycelium provides any additional benefits to Cannabis when allowed to colonize in super soil before being added to bottom layer of the pot. The Process: 1) 8 weeks Prior to Germination Super Soil is mixed (see super Sub cools super soil recipe further down the page) and added to spinning two part composter, water is added and the super soil mix is allowed to break down for a week. 2) 7 weeks Prior To germination 1L of colonized mycelium is added to each side of composter. Mycelium is now allowed to colonize the super soil. 3) After 8 weeks total the Mycelium has had enough time to colonize throughout the super soil mix and is ready to be added to the bottom 1/3rd of the pots.
