This week was good , didn’t noticed too much growth until I look at pictures and the buds have def gotten fatter and filling in. Still unsure why the leaves are curling slightly. Mayb too strong of a light , I can’t raise it too much more. Contemplating changing to 18&6 instead of 20&4 but i think it could shock them any suggestions?

Close to the end of week 5 of for the two on the left. Starting to fatten up and fill the top 10 inches of most stalks. Pretty happy so far. The girl on the far right is just starting to form resin glands, hopefully she packs em in because she's on track to have some nice nugs. Looks like she's a little darker green this week. I should just cut her out of the rdwc and fix her. Day 77 moved the three girls to a bigger tent with a couple other autos. Decided to keep them all in rdwc vs dwc because i'm lazy. I did clean everything pretty good though

Wow a long week, experiment definitely started showing differences but also mistakes were made. First I missed a watering a let them get too dry soil starting to stay a dark color and threw me off... But watered and fed anyway but I think because I was using pH drops to test water (didn't know how easy it is to break the meters) I may have made concentration too acidic or soil turning acidic. I don't think there is any nutrient burn just deficiencies (calcium and phosphorus) but I could be wrong. Ordered cal-mag just in case. One thing I've noticed not sure if it is only because 5 gal pots but plants 1 nd 2 looking massive. I may only use 5 gal pots next time but still early to tell. If anyone wants more info on what I'm trying to test or see something I'm doing wrong plz comment. PS soil is waaaay different than hydro lol

Will be back to update diary with dry weight amounts. Simply so I put only weight of buds and separately a dry trim weight. The smell is absolutely stinking and she looks stunning I cannot wait til she is dry enough to be cured in jars and smoked... I finally got to the end of my 1st photoperiod run. Yay lol man it's stressed me out at times wondering am I doing things right etc but thank grace we at the end of the tunnel . Peace and love growmies

Week 2 transplanted from solo cups to 5 gal pots an 1 into 7 gal grow bag. Plants had good healthy roots in solo cups..plants keep growing vigorously from the start!!!

It's been a beautiful strain to work with, the flowrs are definitely worth it after all this time, the quality is definitely high. However this pheno of ak420 smells very different from the other 2 phenos I've grown along with her. The flowrs are beautiful, very solid and frosty nuggets, I smoked a few little nuggets when trimming but I'm excited to taste the big buds, hope you guys enjoyed the process. I want to say that this pheno #1 has a different smell compared to the other 2 phenotypes of ak420 that you can see here on my page as well, so stay tuned guys! Overall result is very nice, good quality, strong weed, sticky, stinky. Well not a whole lot to say this week she fading and the smells are more rotten in this bud a bit the over ripe fruit smell is good .. she had lots of resin and the buds are getting dense now.. The strain is very nice and easy to grow with a big for giveness when it comes to overfeeding and she loves training ...

Day 22: Hey everyone! Update on the second grow: the plants are looking very healthy and seem to be growing much faster than the first batch. 🌿 I feel like we've already done a lot better with these plants compared to the first grow. What do you all think? Any thoughts or suggestions? Day 26 (Second Grow): Hey everyone! Exciting news: the plants in our second grow have names now too! 🌿 This will make it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. We've built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants in both grows. For those who don’t know, a SCROG net helps to train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it to ensure all plants get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. Additionally, we've placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. We're considering whether we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or if a dehumidifier would be a better option. We're leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to watch both grows progress!
