Hallo 👋👋👋 ein weiterer vergangener grow meinerseit, den ich nun Stück für Stück hochladen werde. Dies ist auch mein erster Balkongrow. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine photoperiodische Blue Sunset Sherbet von Barney’s Farm und einer Royal Jack automatic von Royalqueenseeds. Beide sind direkt in einem 8l Topf auf dem Balkon gestartet und wurden mit florgsnics ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Jack hat sich absolut prächtig entwickelt, die Sherbet durfte einige wilde Entscheidungen meinerseits miterleben. Wünsche viel Freude beim Lesen :)

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. After a questionable start, she's up and going, so the grow off is official! I have plugged in some organic items into a Pro Mix HP base to get this lady out of the blocks organically and get that root system spread out through the nursery pot. I fed some wicking cord through the drainage holes to make a sip system, basically bottom watering to deepen the root system development. I layered the soil into the pot so the available nutrients increase as the roots descend. I added a little mycorrhizae in the soil where the seed was placed to get things cooking and used Recharge adjusted to 6.0 pH to buffer my amended starter mix. Now that she's showing a little more vigor, I'm adding a little Kelp, CalMag+, and MegaCrop for her to sip on... A little organo-salt treatment that will make sure she's got all she needs available to allowing her to really blow up!

Cruise control for the OG Kush. Heading into the final weeks, so I'll be removing odd fan leaves here and there and giving her one last light top dressing. She's drinking water daily now and trichome production is finally ramping up.

Mystery Made 2 got harvested 16/11 and I'm planning to let her dry for 14-21 days before trimming and put them in glass+boveda (58%) and grove bags for final cure. Drying conditions are as follows: 16-18°C 55-60% RH

Day 15 Lady Happiness was bent under the net for the last time. Lady Kush did not need any training. Each was pouerd with 1,5 L SF nematoden. The rest of the week the ladies have to manage on their own.
