First week of flower and the girls seem to be doing really well. I haven't been in the tent this much this grow as I've been extremely busy with work and the outdoor garden. I'm feeding flowering nutrients now and I'm starting to get heavier on the feedings. I wish I could trellis but I didn't have the time and the small plant would make it a little difficult. I will defoliate as much as possible for light penetration and hope for sole big buds. All in all this grow is going very well so far. Excited to see the difference in bud shape between the 3 plants of this strain.

Seems like she just needs maybe a week or max 2 weeks to finally be done. Unfortunately another whoopsie happend. Due to storm winds I put her inside for 2 days. On the day where I wanted to put her back outside, I was gone for 30 seconds and one of my rabbits did catch one of the two biggest branches. I trimmed it ready for drying.

Decent strain to grow. Finished mid October. Did pretty good against mold and pests. Earthy lemoney smell. Fed 6 part GH nutes through a drip feed system.

Didn't post much I'm week 6 as not too much difference.. Was feeding by recommended dose as per nutrient bottle.. Switched to measuring by ppm mid week and has really made a difference. Now starting week 7 and looking lovely with fattening buds and ripening trichomes.. Gonna maybe push her for week to 10 days n the flush.. The yield is looking quite promising..

Friday 1st December 2023 So today marks the start of week 2! Both plants are growing every day, everything seems to be going well so far! The TS600 *should* be arriving this weekend so that will be a nice upgrade. I've started with nutes today, introduced CalMag, Biobizz Grow and Canna Rhizotonic whilst following all feeding advice I can find online. Got my PH Pen calibrated properly today, after mixing my first batch of feed the PH was 8.7! I'm glad I took the time to review those readings as I'm sure this would've been very bad for the plants. Brought the PH down to 6.5 on the nose and gave both plants a good watering, won't give them anymore for a few days and see how they respond over the next few hours. Fingers crossed! Any advice on watering, feeding and nutrients would be greatly appreciated 🙂 Saturday 2nd December The post man must've hated me today! Lots of stuff delivered for the tent and I've installed it all, up and running! Gone for a 4 inch inlibe fan with carbon filter exhausting out the top of the tent, completely invisible from the outside, almost silent and feels like good airflow. My Mars Hydro TS600 also arrived, so hooray for no more purple photos! The light intensity is a huge increase over the amazon special in the tent prior to this, but it's done well so far so I'll stash it away as an emergency backup unit. The TS600 seems to be a perfect fit in the 80x80 tent, it's exceptionally light and wickedly bright. Here's to hoping the plants benefit from a few conscious upgrades 😊 No watering today as media still damp, plants looking healthy and pushing out more leaves every time I check them. Hopefully we are doing well so far! Sunday 3rd December Plants are continuing to grow well, I do think the new light has made a good difference to them! Have made a point of swapping the pots left to right and rotating the plants to make sure they get even light coverage. Using the extractor and carbon filter now as the plants have started to give off an aroma. Going well and nothing seems to be struggling, I'll keep doing what I'm doing and follow my feed schedules. See you tomorrow! Monday 4th December Plants looking great again. After doing research decided to go up to my 11L pots in plenty of time to prevent as much stress as possible. Surrounded the old fabric pots with coir, surgically removed the old 7L pot with a razor blade and lifted it out ever so carefully. Went super smoothly, the roots are nowhere near the outer edges of the 7L pots anyway so they just slid out with minimal disturbance to the plants or the substrate around them. I hope this was successful as I took extra care and followed some good guidance. Lightly watered to encourage the roots to their new home, fingers crossed they hardly noticed what happened and have minimal stress as a result, but I'm expecting growth to slow as a result and I'll take it nice and steady from here. Tuesday 5th December Checked the plants at 7am before work and they looked very sorry for themselves. Droopy and exhausted looking, I spent the whole day at work convinced I'd come home to two dead plants from transplant shock. Instead I've come home to two ladies that have stretched their legs and grown even more! Super relieved, let's see how they go this next few days with more space to root in to 😁 Wednesday 7th December Plants are doing great! Spreading out and growing really well, the soil was bone dry when I checked them at 7pm so I mixed a fresh batch of nutrients up and gave them a steady watering. Lots of new leaf development, I'm really happy so far 🙂 Thursday 8th December Came home from work to lots more growth, as a first time grower it's absolutely amazing just how fast these things grow! They don't seem to be struggling at all and I'm being really careful watering them. I have also introduced a cheap 2L humidifier for the tent, running it on low to see how it affects the overall humidity as it keeps dipping low. It's winter here so really dry with central heating. I guess we keep going as we have been and see what week 3 brings us!

She is taking shape nicely, but in the meantime I noticed some CalMag and N deficiencies too. On the next feed I will go with 2/3 strenght and the following one will be 3/4 if needed. At the moment I’m switching from tap water to rainwater, the problem is that Biobizz PH down doesn’t hold the ph for more than an hour. Hence the deficiencies. I ordered a PH- from Growth Technology, it solved the issue. The watering regime is as follows: •Clean water in the tray for 3 days, top up if needed •Turn off the air pump, drain the water •Wait 12 hours •Pour the feed in the tray (4 liters - 1/2 strenghth) •Leave the feed in the tray for 24 hours, air pump off •Drain the leftover of feed •Clean water in the tray, turn the air pump back on

A big week for defoliation and lollipop. It is evident that topping an asymmetrical plant does create more tops, slightly uneven. The 6 Strawberry plants are huge for 7 weeks. Originally, I was planning to wait until January to transplant, however, the roots were showing out of the bottom of the pots, and every plant is over a foot tall and half are over 2 feet. I believe the CO2 Exhale bag makes a difference in the speed of growth and development. These are heavy feeders. All showed some nitrogen deficiency earlier on and I’ve increased feeding. I planned to use grow dots extended for photo period plants when I transplanted them to 5 gal. I asked Santa in early November, and he kept sending notice that the order had been delayed. So, I decided to use TPS1 for this grow. I flipped to 12/12 on 12/28 and will water only this week. I hope to reduce the stretch during the first 2 weeks of flower. I must admit; I took on more than I can handle. I started these in November expecting them to be much smaller at 6 weeks. But no, these gals have grown with vigor. I had these 6 huge plants and 4 autos in the 4X4 tent. They grew faster and bigger than the autoflowers am used to growing. Christmas week was hectic with 5 harvests, 6 transplants and defoliation. I had to have my husband assist in the transplant to hold the plant as I held the fabric pot open. A side note: I’m taking applications for Spring & Summer cabana boy positions when I go to the beach. Starting these Sweet cheese F1, inside a home made SpaceBucket. It has a Chinese UFO LED (150W - 70 W real) and a strip of white LEDs. I plan on scrog and topping + LST. Im aiming to get 75 g dried from one plant. I will use TopCrop ferts along the proccess. Lets see whats up! I've been feeding it since day 5. Water PH: 6.0 Top Crop Deep Underground & Top Veg. One feed is water only, and another one is with those nutrients. I feed her 50 ml of water every 2-3 days.

crazy week found drain gnats which explains the green hue of some of my plants the larve are attacking the roots raising the p.h. and the diffecencies are showing in the leaves being lighter and or brown dots on the leaves. using mosquito dunks and spraying neem oil washing the roots to help these ladies out. also im doing things different with the soil vs dwc, i havent done much if any defoliating with potted plants just letting them grow only mainlined once and since in flower very light if any defoliating. any questions comments information feel free to ask or inform im open to critque

Week 5 flowering is over and also the stretch, just 1 cm in one week. Since I am a first time grower I don't know what to expect in the coming 4 weeks, it's really excitng my new hobby 😎

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our Grandaddy Purple from Blimburn Seeds! She is looking really good this week. She still have a few of the feformed leaves that look wrinkled. From some googling, I would guess either Tobacco Mosaic Virus or just a natural deformity. She a cutting from a previous run and she has it then too. It isn't wide spread and she still put out quality medicine. Even though she wasn't very Grandaddy Purplish, she was still gassy and frosty! Other than the funky leaves, she looks super healthy with her leaves "praying" to the canna-gods! Now, let me nerd out with the deets! LIGHTING: Increased lighting at dimmer last week with good results. Was about 70k LUX on average @ Canopy. SUNDAY 5/5: Rearranged the gardens..have 17 plants in the 4 x 5 now...yowsa! MONDAY: Plucked some dead leaves and did a trichrome check on them both...about half cloudy now..👌 TUESDAY: I observed some white spots(maybe powdery mildew) on a few leaves here and there, so I sprayed them today with Trifecta Crop Cure, a concoction of a bunch of natural plant oils. I already decreased the humidity in the room to 45% with my new 70L dehumidifier, so I think they'll be fine. I'll spray them again tomorrow and the next day, then I'll have to hope that did the trick, because they are entering the harvest window. WEDNESDAY: I watered them today and included a bunch of terpinator, bud candy, bembe, and cha ching. It was their last dose of any nutes...flushing with spring water from here on out. THURSDAY: Took a couple of photos and tried installing my new Solacure FlowerPower UVB light, but it was dead on arrival.😢..back to the 15.0 reptile UVB lights for now I guess... FRIDAY: The guy at Solacure is awesome! He immediately Fedex'd a replacement!👍 SATURDAY: I took a few photos and inspected trichromes...I guess that's it for them both! I'll start flushing tomorrow.
