Die sechste Woche ist angebrochen. Heute keine Einsicht unternommen.
19. November
Die Begleiter kommt so langsam aus der Erde. Sind noch wenige. Spätestens in einer Woche neu nachlegen, falls nicht ausreichend wachsen.
Die drei Damen entwickeln sich prächtig. Stresssymptome durch das schneiden sind kaum noch bemerkbar.
Cookies gelato kommt mit den neuen Hauptrieben sehr gut zurecht. Wachstumstempo hat deutlich zugenommen.
Tropimango sieht deutlich gesünder aus. Auch bei ihr ist endlich mal etwas Tempo im Wachstum spürbar.
Die Runtz fühlt sich aktuell so an als würde sie den Rahmen des Zeltes sprengen wollen, sobald es in den blütestretch geht. Die Triebe haben sehr dicke Stämme, die Blätter sind verhältnismäßig zu den anderen Pflanzen sehr groß. Selbst neu entwickelte Triebe und Blätter starten deutlich größer als ich es bisher gewohnt bin. Aber schaun wa mal was wird… was wird.
Der Fimmingschnitt hat mir einen schrägen Trieb hervorgebracht. Ka was ich damit machen soll. Nächstes Mal halt gerade schneiden 🤝
20. November
Runtz hat ein unglaubliches Wachstumsbedürfnis. Ihre Blätter sind riesig und tiefgrün. Sie verdeckt innerhalb von Stunden erneut ihre anderen Triebe Sie trinkt auch deutlich mehr als die Cookie & Tropi. Hab ihr heute nochmal 3l Wasser mit dem vollem Düngerprogramm zugemutet.
Die anderen beiden kommen gut voran, haben allerdings noch kein Wasser bekommen. Die Töpfe sind noch zu schwer.

Cookies Gelato darf weiterhin an Höhe gewinnen. Ich spiele mit dem Gedanken sie kurz vor dem Wechsel in die Blüte erneut zu toppen. 😅
21. November
Die Cookies gelato wurde mit 3l Wasser versorgt. Zusätzlich gabs noch 1ml power buds von plagron. Kleine Vorbereitung auf die Blüte.
Tropimango hat 2l Wasser mit den normalen düngeschema erhalten.
Runtz wurde gestern mit 3l versorgt, ebenfalls normale düngeschema. Zusätzlich hab ich ihr die großen Blätter genommen, sowie die seitentriebe neu ausgerichtet
22. November
Habe bei der Runtz den schiefen Trieb abgeschnitten. Er ist leider viel zu verstümmelt. Die Idee war dass dieser Trieb dementsprechend der Pflanze Zuviel Energie zieht, die sie an einer anderen Stelle besser investieren könnte. Daher im heute der Schnitt
Cookies Gelato gewinnt an Höhe. Im Verhältnis zur Runtz ist sie unglaublich gut ausgeprägt, ist allerdings auch 14 Tage älter.
Die Tropimango sieht weiterhin merkwürdig aus. Ich kann leider nicht sagen ob ich beim Erde mischen irgendwas falsch gemacht habe. Weiß auch nicht wie ich drauf Einfluss nehmen könnte. Aber sie wächst. Von daher geht’s einfach weiter.
23. November
Die Woche neigt sich so langsam dem Ende zu. Nach ewigem umentwcheiden kam ich jetzt dennoch zu dem Entschluss, die Pflanzen zu Beginn der neuen Woche in die Blüte zu schicken.
Die Cookies gelato hat daher noch ihr letztes topping bekommen. Nachdem sie einen ordentlichen Wachstumsschub bekommen hat, gehe ich von aus dass sie es gut wegsteckt.
Die tropimango gefällt mir immer besser :)
Ich hoffe sie geht in der Blüte nicht unter, da sie eine babygenetik ist.
Runtz (irgendwie hört sich der Name eklig an. Muss da an einen alten Mann denken, der seine Nase hochzieht und dann auf den Boden spuckt) wird so wie sie wird. Der Stamm ist super stabil aber sie ist verhältnismäßig klein für ihr Alter. Dafür produziert sie immer noch riesige Blätter.
Cookies gelato ist nun 39 Tage alt.
Tropimango ist nun 36 Tage alt.
Runtz ist nun 25 Tage alt.

- i'm back already! i decited to harvest today on day 93, there was about 5-10% amber so i din't want to wait any longer!
- all pics are from right before/during/after harvest
- the 2 lowest branches are trimmed up and drying in a brown paper bag, the rest is drying in my carboard box
- i will be back with a harvest report and smoke report in about 10 days when everything is nice and dry.

plant is finally showing signs of recovery from the PH issue, and as a result is showing some signs of deficiency and new growth is showing signs of recovery. Soil is showing good signs of microbe activity. However this plant is not acting like the other one at all. The thunderfuck seemed to not like the intense light either also seems to be a delicate when in a heavy feed situation. Oh well, the reason why we do experiments.

Das Wetter wird endlich sommerlich / heiß und die Ladys danken dafür. Der Stretch ist trotz toppen gewaltig :)
Eine kleine Portion Nährstoffe wird es die kommenden Tage nochmal geben und dann schauen wir in 4-6 Wochen wieder vorbei.

Weekly update on these beautiful ladies. Did another defoliating this week as well as lollipopped them up another node. I feel it helps mature the lower flower sites and allows plenty of airflow though the leafs. I introduced bloom nutes as well as P&K.

Buenos dias a todos. Es la primera vez que cultivo, en este caso es una Sour Compassion CBD. Esta planta fue un esqueje que me regaló un amigo. Cuando me lo dio estaba espigado en un vaso de plástico con 1 mes de vida. La pase a una maceta "Mad Rocket" de 16L. La hice vegetar 2 meses y luego la pase a florar el 8 de Marzo. Tuvo 111 días de vida y 71 días de floración. Con respecto a la fertilización que aparece, hace referencia a toda la vida de la planta. Saludos cannabicos

Very happy so far. Been growing nicely. Topped mid week and will be adding in some tie down spots in the coming week for some LST. Daily checks for PH keeping it just about at 5.7 the entire week.

Oct. 29 - start of week 5 and after a couple of days she’s starting to come around. Since the pinch it was like she started to crumple in on herself so hopefully she’s ready to blow up. Might’ve been too rough on er. Thanks for checking er out!👍
Oct 31 update - busy day, she needed a lot of attention, some LST and oh yeah, water. Let er dry out an extra day and hit her with another 2L. Think I’ll up the Volume this week. Fim paid off and we should run out 4 big colas on this pinch alone. Staked er down to get more light to the stem. Now were talkn😉👍.
Nov. 2 update - snipped a fan leaf to try and get the tip underneath some good light. She should make one helluva cola eventually. Plant got a full 1gal. flush with phd & calmag water only.
Nov. 3 update - so a busy but important week. The leaf I snipped yesterday has provided all kinds of light to 3 lower growth tips so she’s startn to get er bush on real well. We bent er down and away to the side of the pot a little more😉. This parts lot so of fun, She’s lookn goood👍
Nov. 4 update - she’s really picked up her growth and recovered fully now. The girls loved the rinse. Had to snip her two largest fan leaves cause I found a light deprived family of potential colas underneath👍. HATE to do it but has to happen. Week 6 come’n up and she’s lookn good.
Background
This one is gonna be fimmed out and defo’d as a comparative to its manifolded kush sister. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft). With the coco medium we’re hoping for that 20% bump in yield as well. THANKS for check'n er out

3/14:
Came back from a 4 day vacation to a lot of dry, wilted, dead leaves on Amnesia. Trainwreck is super starved as well. My automatic watering system didn't kick on, and the humidifier ran out of water within 24 hours, so there's that. It may be for the better though, as the PH of the nutrients had risen to 7.5. I tossed that mix, and made another 2 gallons of half strength nutes, molasses and epsom salt. I watered them both to runoff, and now I'll wait for Amnesia to prioritize which leaves she thinks are worth saving, and then I'll defoliate the dead ones. Hopefully trainwreck will just bounce back to green. She needed to be defoliated anyway, so this situation makes it easier for me to find the dead leaves.
Edit: Came back to feed the last of the nutes and decided to pluck the crispy goners. I found that pulling the leaf stem downward will make the most dead leaves fall right off, allowing me to test a majority of the leaves and give Amnesia a major haircut. Luckily I left a lot of leaves from prior defoliation, as Amnesia REALLY sucked them dry.
3/15:
Amnesia looks no worse for wear than last night. Trainwreck as well. Went ahead and pulled as many dead leaves off Trainwreck as I could. Some leaves were a mix of crispy brown and healthy green, which I think is pretty goofy, so I avoided taking any green fans but removed the crispy ones. The colors of the leaves around the buds are really fun to look at.
3/16:
Amnesia is starting to SHED her dead leaves, allowing me to pick the leaves with almost no effort. I tested as many leaves as I could, giving another haircut. I would say this isn't a good thing, but since it's my first grow, I'm rolling with it. As long as Amnesia keeps the buds and its nearest leaves alive, it will slowly grow, albeit stunted. I'm not sure if this condition will cause it to finish sooner, but I'm going to need to watch the trichomes under a microscope every couple of days just in case she's ready for harvest. Trainwreck looks about the same as it did before. No new leaves are ready to be removed there yet.
3/19:
Amnesia is still shedding leaves, but also bulking up. Trainwreck is slowly bulking up, and turning purple as well! Going to keep an eye on Amnesia's trichomes.
Edit: because amnesia is yellowing so much, and because it's been 5 days, I'm going to feed both plants a quarter strength nutrient mix just in case I've been overfeeding them somehow.

Day 22- She stopped putting on height due to one night of a dramatic temperature drop. It's a cooler fall this year plus a freeze came through the night before. That night, I was up doing some studying when I noticed the reading on the remote display. N o telling how long it had been in the very low 60's. The problem was fixed simply by adding a heater to the room. Now, the temp is only in the 68 degree range for the final 2 1/2 hrs. before the lights are cut back on.
Day 26- Her bud branches hav grown at least 2 -5 innches in length and have at least 2-4 bud sites already. Instead of Defoliation, I decided to actual two different types of LST. The first is simply bending to fan leaf branches under to expose the bud branches to more light. The main benefit is that you still keep the ability to absorb more of the light energy with them. I look at the fan leaves as your plant's " Personal Sun Panels". Since they store energy in the day and use that reserve to grow at night, why would you take something away for her that is meant to help her? Also, the second method I used is something I like to call" wind thickening". The technique is using wind resistance to train your plant's stem and branches to become more rigid by growing thicker to stablize itself. So, instead of a gentle breeze, I use a three speed box fan at varies distance. I started doing this on Day 22 and the results are definitely showing. The main stem went from 1/16 in. to a nice 3/8 in.

Week 4 of veg was the most problem free so far. Lots of growth and things really starting to take shape. Started some lite LST on Gorilla Cookie and a few ties on the other strains. Removed some of the lower leaves that were lagging and damaged from the earlier pests invasion.
By the end of the week all strains were pre-flowering with Purple Punch leading the way (all bud and few leaves) and Gorilla Glue in last place. Not surprisingly these two strains were the least and most effected by the pests.
Purple Lemonade is a shorty but looking good I think, maybe stunted growth due to the pest/heat issues in the first couple of weeks?
Gorilla Cookie is nice and bushy with plenty of bud sites.
Although for the time being I'm pest free I'm keeping the Ladybugs in the tent. As there is hopefully no food for them on the plants so I keep them happy with a few raisins soaked in water with a couple of drops of raw honey mixed in. This seems to keep them happy and they stay mostly in the semi open tent.
I let the pots dry out for 2 days for the first time since I started the grow. They were thirsty when they woke up on the last day of this week and this is when they received their first dose of flowering nutes. Again 50% of the recommended dose consisting of 50/50 veg/flowering nutes.
So pretty much up to date with the diaries now.
This is my first grow so I would really appreciate any advice, tips and pointers from the experts here :)

The plant's buds are showing more pistils, and the aroma has become quite fragrant, a creamy scent. Trichomes are now visible on the leaves. There hasn't been any significant increase in fertilizer this week; I've only doubled the amount of fermented banana peel liquid. I also did some foliar feeding with a light spray of fermented banana peel liquid. The daytime temperatures are very hot, and the humidity is low. I've noticed a few whiteflies, but the plant's strength is good, so it's not a major issue. Airflow is also good, being outdoors. The UV index has been between 7 and 8 this week.

Shes booming through the stretch! Got branches rowing up great as she fills right out. Did a big defoliating of most the leaves under the first net. Allow some air flow through the under skirt. Did a preventative treatment using dr zhymes. Than gave her a good shower to wash off any residual build up.
I'm just starting to see pre flowers coming in at the nodes. So she will still have some stretching period to go. I'd say atleast another week of stretching out and filling up my net. Before I start seeing those white stigma pom poms coming in at the bud sites. Lets see what this lady can do.

Went ahead and supercropped as they were getting a little tall. It seemed to have gone mostly well as they have recovered quickly and there are many more bud sites than before. It’s still early in flower but the Pineapple Express 1 is already full of crystals. The rest are behind but looking good.
They all seem to love their nutrients. This week I will try topping off with a nutrient mix just to keep the TDS from dropping like it did last week. The LUX is around 70K on the top of the canopy!
The growth seems to have slowed. There are many bud-sites but I wonder how much this will yield if there isn’t much more vertical growth. Overall feels to be going in the right direction. Learning how to maximize in this space can be challenging!
