Big girl :)

Everything going nicely so far not much stretch after the first week and bud sites popping up everywhere. Day 66 - they were really bushy so decided to give them a lil hair cut, cutting away all the big fan leaves leaving all the bud sites. Day 68 - I fed them until run of today as going on holiday next week and have a pal sorting them out from Monday So far so good :) Will wait till end of the 3rd week and give them a little defoliation to improve air flow and light spread untill then there fed either everyday or every other day depending on when they need it.

We love the testing of these American strains, i can just recommend the 2 FAST 4 BUD'S Genetics, the auto Strains haven't for the price and the quantity the other's seedbank in test behind and they stay on first place together with sweetseeds, but like i say , testing isn't finish jet

I can see the finish line. I started the flush this week 5/2/19 nothing but Harvested Rain Water 25 PPM filled both 5 gallon pots nice and slow to saturate the coco until I had runoff. I checked the drip pan PPM was 1986 I'm sure the residue from the other feedings were still in the pan from weeks past. I collect a clean sample of runoff today 5/5/19 with a 5 gallon flush on each pot and check that. 1100 ppm I used the Flawless Finish on the 5 gallons to clean out most of the salts let the plants slowly eat up the reserves in the fan leaves. I am seeing the yellow fade of autumn now. will let dry out for 2 more days and Flush again with the Flawless Finish on 5/7/19 PPM 390 I am seeing the fade to yellow on the shorter one the tall one is still green but the PPM on both are at 390. another 2 day dry out last flush 5 gallons of R/O WATER. on 5/9/19 The time-lapse files got corrupted 😥 but I shot a live video of some close ups. Cut of the SCROG and wow are they sticky. the smell is really strong now. Thanks for all the support and advice on this grow. I have to have patience for the chop, all most there.

10/15 This week saw a few snags. Both gorilla zkittlez girls are showing what looks like a Mg def i.e yellowing between veins and green veins themselves. This isn't the first time they've exhibited these symptoms. Currently the heaviest affected leaves are the lowest fan leaves farthest from the light. Aiming to keep it that way. I think it's pH swinging too low. I need to pay more attention to my feeds but sometimes I don't have the time to pH my water as properly as I should. The reason I say it's that and not a deficiency is because they are also showing signs of over feed (yellow leaf tips) only a one half-strength feed did this. There must be plenty of food left in the pot. I'm thinking the flip is gonna come at the end of the week. I'll clean up some lower foliage tomorrow or Sunday and let them grow the rest of the week. 10 weeks seems like a nice round number to me. I had some difficulties in the vegetative phase with this passarello strain so even if late I applied a series of techniques to maximize the harvest. I applied a late topping, I did LST on the lower branches and I elegantly widened them and topped x 8 in the center. By doing so the center came out a bit weakened because the power went to all the branches below (that's why the main lining is better), but by eliminating some branches that would not have reached the top I obtained an excellent result, there are really many buds and a result that will exceed 100 grams by a lot I think going closer to 150 grams. The flowers are very beautiful, nice mature pistils, large calyxes, this plant has really large calyxes that make it a bit difficult to clean or rather it is easy to cut some calyxes here and there. But the grass is so much you can easily make sense of it. The smell is wonderful I still have to go into more detail but it seems something strawberry, sweet, I'm still trying to understand what it reminds me of and I have to study the terpenes and terpene profiles better. The trichomes are mostly milky but we honestly have little amber still and a bit of transparency, it could have been another week probably but that's fine. Edit: I decided to harvest her tomorrow, i dont want any bud rot. Shes doing well, the buds are not fattening as much as i hoped for so i think she needs 2 more weeks here is the crux, next week itll rain nonstop, no sun and high humidity in this stage its safe to assume shell get bud rot. So i took a look through the microscope today cause im thinking about an early harvest. Its better than expected, 75% white 20% clear and 5% amber, almost all pistils are brown. If you have suggestions, leaving her to grow in real bad weather or an emergency harvest, what do you think would be better?

Welcome to Day 57 2/12/21 it's 35 days into flower and she is looking good. I have seen lots of growth and she looks healthy. I have just realized that I have been doing the rez wrong all along but I think I can fix the mistake without dumping the rez. I should have been mixing a new rez every week but instead I was just adding 18 L . I put 2 18L bottles in the rez when it should only be 1 that way I have less waste and keep the nutes fresh that's all for this week's update so as always Happy growing and keep your stick on the ice 🙏

Woche drei der Blüte und alles Bestens! Aufgrund der dichten Struktur habe ich die Pflanze an Blütetag 19 großzügig ausgedünnt. Bei photoperiodischen warte ich damit bis mind. Blütetag 21. Die kleine Auto Blueberry Banana scheint aber schon recht weit, daher habe ich hier keine Bedenken. Seit Mitte der Woche scheinen die Blattspitzen etwas Überdüngung anzuzeigen. Der Drain mit Osmosewasser bei ph 6,4 und 20 microSiemens hat ph6,7 und 800microSiemens. Setze die Stickstoffgabe etwas herab indem ich Hesi Blüte reduziere und pk13/14 ergänzend zuführe. Erhöhe somit gleichzeitig Phosphor und Kalium.

I apologize upfront for all the photos. It was hard to pick which ones to upload, so I picked a good variety. There is gonna be between 4-6 pounds once dried/cured. These were all super dense and very little larf. This was a higher temp/higher humidity run with lots of co2 and they blew up big. It’s been a minute since I’ve grown a cola or 2 that were bigger than my arm…this time there was dozens of them. Each plant was only topped one time. The temps were usually mid 80’s and humidity in the mid 60’s during flower. This might seem high to some, but learning to apply VPD to a grow should not be trial and error, in other words, this was intentional. It’s not risky either. During the first 6 to 7 weeks of flower it is very important to not let your night time temps to go below 75 degrees. POWDERY MILDEW=LOW TEMPS AND HIGH HUMIDITY. Take one of these away and there will not be any powdery mildew! Do not let your temps go below 75! The last 2 weeks I dropped the humidity to 40% and my night temps to mid 60’s for resin production. A couple of thing one should have to create large buds is a temperature gun(for leaf temp), a par meter and co2. Keep the stomata open and feed lots of co2=huge buds. Learn about VPD and not just a quick google search! When it’s dry and cured I’ll be back for an update on weight, taste and effects. Currently the plants are drying in the room at 60 degrees and 60% humidity until I can get in there to trim them. Might be 2-3 weeks. Thanks again for all the likes and comments!
