Mexican Joker Cannabiogen seeds Purple Mexican 21st August 2020 This is a seed that took ages to germinate , but looks quite healthy now 😎 I'll be growing it 12/12 from Seed and with my 100% Organic soil mix I'm not expecting to get lots of weed, for me it's pretty much just a quick run to sample the genetics before deciding what to grow this summer. Also I'll be extremely busy moving Houses halfway across the state and all of my grows may get neglected for a few days here and there whilst that happens. Basically If I really like the strain after Ive finished growing it and the smoke is great then I will Run it again in higher numbers to maybe find a keeper plant 👊 I named the Diary after the Hilarious South Park episode "Mexican Joker" And I absolutely mean no offence to anybody from or living in mexico I just couldnt resist after getting this strain and then I saw that episode 😆 Old Randy Marsh is the best Lol As for the Purple Mexican Variety it's from an awesome mob called Cannabiogen & Ive heard quite a few good reports regarding them and this variey in particular as it is created from a cross with an oaxaca Strain 👌 Anyway That's enough talk.. Starting week 2 of flower on this super stinky and bushy Bruce Banner Auto from FastBuds! She has been doing a lot better the past few days but still showing some slight yellowing and burnt tips. We are gonna have to keep a close eye on her and make sure these problems don't progress. Other than that she looks perky and happy today so no adjustments yet. More updates soon! Day 55 she is still chugging along nicely! She has been pretty perky this week and been stretching out a lot better! Its about time to defoliate a little as well. We will probably clean her up in next couple of days and remove some lower bud sites in the process. She still has some slight yellowing but it appears to mostly halted and not affecting any new growth so we let her ride it out on rain water only!

I think I'm off to a good start. This is the roughest part of a grow for me so far. One thing that I learned from my past killings was to not get obsessive and that's the approach. I've got a way better understanding of feeding now. I was confused about feeding charts, thinking that it was mix and feed. Even though I checked the PH and PPM (incorrectly a few times) I'd consistently fry my plants to near death, bring them back with plain, proper ph'd water and then re-fry the next feeding. It hadn't dawned on me that the nutrient mix while being in the optimal PH range, mixed in right order and correct measurements, my PPM/EC was way too high for the stage of the plant. Yikes, I was feeding a toddler 3 double Whoppers with extra everything. And XL fries. You burn and learn I guess. The little girl was starting to look hungry so I took a shot and fed light nutrients with some hydrogen peroxide (will update the chart soon getting sleepy). I also punched a lot more holes in the bottom of the solo cup. Few hours later her leaves perked up like she was giving me a high five. Leaves are looking good too with a PPM of about 211. It's going to be a warmer weekend so I figure I'll crack another seed and put my 5 gallon pot to use. Possibly a photoperiod?

Day 86 - Major training session on both ladies today. Things were getting too crowded with 4 photos (80+ days veg) and 2 autoflowers that both seem to have around a month left in them. Topped all upper branches and stripped most of the undergrowth, leaving only 2-3 nodes on every branch. Took me over an hour to do all four plants but in the end tings look much better in the tent. Now onto a hopefully short recovery on all plants. Day 89 - Both ladies are recovering from last training session. New growth is all lush and green. Very happy with both phenos of the Strawberry Chemdawg OG that I got. Remembering that I still got another bean makes me even happier!

Day 77 - June 18 June 18 - 06.00AM One Amber trichome found. Will water with 5L of water at 6.3PH this morning. Wilted leaves are still springy. I'd like to defoliate but will wait until they're completely wilted. June 18 - 06.45AM Soil is still cold, a little moist. I'll water at approximately 9AM June 18 - 10.45AM Removed dead leaves to avoid pests (as sharing tent with outdoor plants at night). June 18 - 10.45AM Watered 4.5L to runoff at 6.3PH. Time taken approximately 1 hour to saturate soil. June 19 - 09.00AM Trichomes are starting to morph from clear to cloudy. Each clear head is now about 50% cloudy. There are slightly more light amber trichomes appearing. I suspect just under a week remaining. June 20 - 07.00PM Found another amber trichome on a more developed cola. With more half-clear trichomes becoming cloudy. I suspect I'll chop in 5 days or so. Leaf necrosis is developing further with some fan leaves (with trichomes) are decaying. I'd really like to see more purple by this stage, but I'll settle for a pineapple fade. June 22 - 08.20AM Temperature ate 78F at ground level. TOO HIGH! Had to turn the AC off due to partner being cold overnight. Possibly lost terpines+potency - frustrated. Trichomes still seem too clear for my liking. June 22 - 10.40AM Watered 4-5L to runoff at 6.3PH. Should have watered yesterday, though pot was still relatively heavy. Removed one dead leaf resting on budsite. June 23 - 06.00AM Removed a few dead leaves. Trichomes are still cloudy. Some milky, it's close - though little to no ambers. June 24 - 07.00PM Removed more dead leaves + 1 healthy accidentally. Trichomes are about the same. Removed all LST ties.

This lady has been Transplanted on day 39 since she was planted (may 10th) and I've prepared the 15L pot with the complete line of biotabs using 2 spoons of startrex for every 5L, sprinkled a couple of grams of mycotrex on the transplant hole before putting the plant and then I added 3 slow release tabs one biotab for every 5L of soil, so that's why in this case I added 3, after the Transplant was done I immediately watered the plant with 1ml/L of orgatrex and 1g/L of bactrex, I hope you guys enjoy my work this season!!

I've been pulling the top small fan leaves to allow the side's to catch up. One plant is really tall and stretchy , One plant is very short and compact . The other 4 plants all look very similar to each other at this stage .
