Day 39 of flowering. Started raining a lot here, so is a little difficult to put fertilizer on them because the soil is always wet. Gave them ascophyllum nodosum 0,75ml/l.

Weirdly enough her side branches have the fullest buds and most white pistils (gonna post better pictures soon)

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

The final week! 12 weeks since germination, 11 since first sprout. These Apollo F1's vastly outgrew their advertised size and bud density. I will be cutting them down tomorrow and updating with the harvest page and photos soon. Great second grow!

Well pretty good week I would say, the only issue is we dint really see the total amount of our stuff but it was still great.

Auto cinderella jack - Amazing week of growth. There are new nodes exploding from everywhere and its not showing signs of slowing down. They are currently loving the organic nutes and have started showing signs of flowering. Auto critical cheese - this plant has shot up recently. It was planted a week later that the ACJ but is growing some seriously fat fan leaves. Should be a nice yeilder. Peanut butter cookies - this girl is looking pretty sorry for herself. I am intentionally trying to keep her as small as possible so that I can get the autos out before flipping into flower but she is gonna be a beast. Will transplant into a final pot in the next day or so.

Started off by setting up the growing environment and dialling everything in such as; RO Water for the RDWC hydroponic system. Water Heater being set at 20 degrees C. Water chiller being set at 21 degrees C. pH being set at 5.7/5.8 Room Temp and humidity 20/23 Degrees C / 60%/80%RH. Instead of using rockwool cubes to place my seeds, I put them directly into the clay pebbles. I then used a DIY humidity dome to place over the seeds until they make an appearance. I have been top feeding RO water every 6 hours. Foil was used to cover the net pot to ensure no light leaks were going into the system. Highly important in DWC. Will add some light nutrients once seeds are more established. Until the next one!

Here we are at Day 2 of Week 6 of flowering. Temps and humidity are practically unchanged from last week. I’ve made peace with the fact that I won’t get intense aromas due to the high nighttime temperatures, and I’ll definitely lose some yield and potency. But I don’t care—I knew what I was getting into and the risks involved. Last watering, I reduced the dose of Bioflores and Bioboost, cut out Bud Factor X and Bloombastic, and introduced Rokzbastic at low doses (trying not to repeat the Bloombastic mistake—I’ll keep doses low and alternate applications). The three waterings before this were plain water with Cannazym and a minimal dose of Bioflores, slightly heavier, to flush the medium a bit (given the burnt tips). The plants aren’t stretching anymore (maybe except one Californian Gold). I adjusted the ties to maximize light penetration. The buds aren’t huge or super dense, but they’re well-coated in resin—good enough for my expectations. Hoping to see them bulk up over the next 2 weeks. The Californian Golds give off the strongest scent—super sweet—followed by the Sensi Stars. The "dwarf" Mendocino Skunk has the most foliage and the least smell, but it’s looking nice and chunky. Fingers crossed it delivers too. The biggest plant is a Californian Gold: wide, tall, and packed with flowers. Really beautiful. By the end of Week 7, I’ll check trichomes closely to monitor ripeness. In theory, the Sensi Stars should finish sooner, but given their "irregular" development, I’ve read they might need an extra week. The largest Californian Gold is also the least mature and will probably be the last one chopped (unless it pulls off an unexpected sprint these next two weeks). Catch you later, folks. Stay tuned. For my first trial run with Grand Cru Genetics, I’m definitely impressed. This strain shows great potential for flavor lovers and will be interesting to run again in the future. With a little more care and training, she could have achieved more, but she stood in the far corner of the tent and was difficult to reach. Drying takes place in our Dryomat; delivery of the Dryrocket has been delayed. According to my information, it will not arrive until October...perfect for winter growing. Photos are wet buds. Flower day 17 - All the ladies are looking great, starting to see a lot of bud sights & the smell is definitely getting stronger everyday I open the tent! Thanks for following & happy growing friends!🌱✌️🏼 Flower day 19- Got a bigger dehumidifier because I was having problems on days I would water the humidity would go through the roof at night so to prevent mold I bought a bigger dehumidifier but now it is throwing off so much heat the tent is pushing 90 degrees F at some points throughout the day so I’m not exactly sure how to fix the issue! Will definitely not be running so many plants in the next run for the 5x5! Hopefully things get better!😅😅

The girls are starting to wrap up their cycle. I have been watching the trichomes closely, and we are getting very close..Trying to pick the best day for both of the strains I have going at the moment, the Apple Betty are a little closer than the cookies, but they are very similar in readiness… I’ll be checking daily, I did get a wireless microscope for Christmas so it has become much easier to tell👨‍🔬 I’ve got mostly cloudy, with a few clear, but I am waiting for a bit more amber to give them the couch lock that I like when I smoke.
