This is a strain a costom breeder and friend of mine has asked me to try. I know little about the genetics other than the name: "Gorilla Glue Pineapple Cheese" Popped the seed as a back up just in case one of my Silver Haze cuttings didn't make it but they all did. This means along with the Gelato there will be 5 plants in this run in the 4x4 tent. I usually only grow 4, so might transfer this into a 3 gallon pot instead of a 5 gallon like the others, as in the past 5 plants in a 4x4 is pushing it for space. We'll see.

She looks well with her leaves fading the Double Kush Cake is still holding up in the latter stage. Her trichrome bracts are swelling up nicely and her stigmas are beginning to dull off. The lady received no nutrients for the last two weeks to prepare for her final flush. She stands at approximately 60cm from the soil!

⬇️⬇️⬇️Very Eventful Week⬇️⬇️⬇️ -7/26: Started new batch of nutes for this week. Mixed nutes in gallon jug of water. Poured half in half gallon jug and topped off rez a little over second line. Hopefully she is able to take everything in after what happened yesterday. She is showing good signs of hope. Had to pluck part of a leaf that shriveled up and died. That’s the only shock that I’ve seen her take as of yet. Fingers crossed. -7/27: She is still thriving! Day 2 from accident and only 1 fan leaf died off. She is starting to give off that funk! 😝 -7/28: She is still thriving! Did some more “very light” LST today. Wanted to bush her out more after her boom last night! She took off. Seems like she had a blast off moment listening to Kid Cudi with me last night!!😁😁. Fed her the remaining nutes from this weeks feeding on Monday. Filled rez back to a little over 2nd line. Roots showing peaking out bottom of bag today. I seen a couple actually! Next week will start filling reservoir to 3rd line which is 6 gallons.😈. My girl said she smelt them today when I opened the tent for my 4:20 maintenance lol

Strange week for the plants as I switch in Hygrozyme Enzyme to help with the roots. A lot of dead tissue being consumed by beneficial microbes and fungi. PH rise more than 10 fold every 24 hours while EC levels rise by a point or two. The old roots are dying and being consumed new while bright, crisp, white roots are appearing. New growth is vigorous and the plants seem to enjoy the transition as hard as it is. Switched to flower, changed nutes to GT coco flower, Ppms 550. Light schedule is 12/12 with increase in co2 to 1500ppms during lights on. Took out plants and did some super cropping and a general cleanup 2 days before switching over. The GSC are getting pretty big and a little worried about the stretch, whereas the WW are pretty stocky little things, hard to LST as the stems are so thick but really fragile, broke a few stems that is was trying to train and spread out. I think this might be to do with the co2 as I have another one from the same batch in another tent with no co2 and comparable lighting, it has a less compact structure. Anyhow going ok at the moment temps are pretty high with the dehumidifier and light. Light bumped up to 70% will slowly ramp it up over the next 2 weeks to see how they fair and see if the increase temps is not too large.

Banana kush auto is growing pretty good under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 in the Athena blended line nutrition. She should start bulking very soon. She is due for a solution change soon. For this week 3 for me as a beginner was hard, I got some fungus on 3 of the 8, I was able to win the battle thanks to Hydrogen Peroxide. I did some defoliation and changed the intensity of the light from 3 to 5 at 16 inches. I was also baby sitting 2 clones of a friend lol

Ended up flushing Mumma for about 10 days - got her ppm down real low. Night before harvest I set the timer so the light would not come back on in the morning before I harvested (I've seen people who swear by this and other who say it doesn't do anything but figured it couldn't hurt). At this point the other plants are pretty disappointing compared to Mumma so they aren't getting as much "love" lol.

20cm vertical growth this week!! Things going well. Probably entering flowering in the next week.
