20/01/2025 Seedlings have definitely grown in size! Bottom watered again today. Mixed 3L solution of Calmag, Growell Plus 8:8:8, Seaweed extract (2ml / 1ml / 1ml) and watered 1L per pot. Solution was sucked dry from tray relatively fast, guess the roots are growing. 21/01/2025 Measured PPFD / DLI today and found that my existing light had a relatively low ppfd value output. Reading 50 plus PPFD / 4.5 DLI at 24 inch height 75% power, generating insane amounts of heat if the grow tent is closed. Thing is the max ppfd is about 150 at 24 inches. Can't bring down the lights more without potentially causing light burn due to the high DLI low ppfd ratio. Fortunately I have the tent in a temperature controlled room so I had to leave the tent open to ensure there was good airflow cooling down the excess heat without causing too much of a temp shift. Managed to bring up the humidity by adding a larger humidifier maintaining 60 to 70 % range. Did myself a favour and ordered the vivosun aerolight a200se to go along with the rest of the vivosun kit. Hoping it arrives by week 3! Besides this, seedlings look healthy, did some foliar feeding with homemade wood vinegar (5ml to 1L) after lights out. 22/01/2025 I almost killed my plants with light lol. Turns out my existing light was putting up alright dishing out 1200 pfd from 24 inches at max. I noticed some skewed reading when I was tilting my phone screen so decided to take off the screen protector and damn.. ppfd was at 800 ppfd! It was the screen protector not the lights 😆 Since there were no signs of yellowing or wilting I decided to keep it at 400 ppfd. Bottom watered with 1L each of (2ml CalMag / 1ml Growell Plus 8:8:8 / 1ml Seaweed to 3L phed to 5.9) had about 100 ml excess after waiting for 10 mins so I drained out the excess. 23/01/2025 Fortunately my blunder with the lights didn't cost me too much. Plants still looking healthy, 3rd set of true leaves opening up.

Had a couple of the stems which were almost drooping on the ground due to the weight of the buds, so decided to harvest those two branches today. Also, this week I did a bit more research on when to harvest. I had been waiting for the trichomes to begin to turn amber, but after reading this article: https://www.growweedeasy.com/harvest, I decided to harvest when the trichomes were cloudy. Experts say that the amber trichomes give a more relaxing effect, but I was growing this plant for daytime use. Looked at it under my digital microscope and decided to pull the trigger on the whole plant. Plus, the neighbors were starting to notice the smell. Final height - 104" - 8 1/2 feet - 2.64 meters. Not good. Was concerned that someone would hop the fence and pilfer my plant. Harvested her at 35 weeks - 281 days. Grow diaries really needs to expand the weeks available for us outdoor growers. Started her indoors in Feb. Transplanted outside on April 7th.

This has been one of the easiest grows I had so far. The feeding was the key. Amending with a ‘Grow’ amendment(rich in Nitrogen) and supplement with Bloom liquid nutrients. Watering as often as possible and using RO water. Even though I had a pest invasion the girls did great.

Decided to take these down after a 10 day flush looked nice and ready didnt do a harvest yet because im waiting till its ready to give a harvest report on took her out of the net she was a bit floppy as the net was supporting her she stunk to high heavens and was really sticky got some nice finger hash and will be using the trim to make bubble hash .trichomes were id say 60%milky 40%amber just about right shes not a huge coala plant shes a more small high quality yielder has some nice colours coming through on edges purpley brownish tinges didn't take a wet weight as the whole thing is hung.put some pics up of the difference between fabric pots and plastic pots and the difference in the end with the fabric u can see there is no root circulation and with the plastic they are nearly root bound .Had a great time growing along with you guys here at growdiaries cant wait to taste and do a harvest report for you guys thanks for reading happy growing

My Strawberry Gorilla Automatic from Fast Buds is now in its third week of flowering, and I couldn’t be happier with how she’s progressing. She looks incredibly healthy, with vibrant green leaves and strong branches. The stretch phase is nearly over, and she has developed a solid structure with a well-defined main cola.🌱 One of the most exciting changes this week is the first appearance of trichomes on the main bud. Under the light, they’re starting to sparkle, hinting at the resin production that’s about to take off. The buds are forming nicely, and I can already smell a faint but promising aroma developing. So far, she’s responding well to the nutrients and environment, with no signs of deficiencies or stress. If she keeps going at this pace, she’s going to be a real beast by harvest time.😊

Jack Herer is growing really slow. The nutrition was initially too strong. I think she just grew into it. Hopefully she makes a lot of growing progress soon. I can't do much but wait at this point. Send help... the Pineapple Express has taken over the tent... she’s massive at 44-45” tall currently... stretch slowed down but she’s past the light at this point and even light angled doesn’t hit the very top of the main colas just yet. (Back left of tent) White widow looking great for the lollipopping method I used on her(front left of the tent) White widow 2 growing well, got a nice dose of ferts this week based on her light coloration(front middle) Berry white growing slowly still, tent is more suited for sativa dominant strains but this one gives the tent a bit more variety. (Middle back of tent) Purple trainwreck 2 growing like a beast this go round, she’s taking up half the tent almost by herself and filling in a 1.5x2 foot area in nicely. (Far right of tent) Purple trainwreck 1 bulking up extremely well, buds are nice and sticky, density is great so far on these buds. Hoping for another 14-20 days. Started her flush after giving her one more dose of nutes last week. Spotted first ambers on the trichomes... she’s only on day 45 of flower but the trichomes are already beginning to turn amber. I still suspect this strain to be semi-auto(has rudelaris genetics somewhere) and additional growing of this plant has simply increased this theory. The plant did have pistils when put into flower(18/6 lighting) but was a clone of a previous plant. She did reveg in 18/6 lighting and was cut from a flowering plant. I believe she had already transitioned into flowering since the plant had started opening pistils up again before being placed in 12/12. I believe she was a week or two into flower at the start of 12/12.

She’s taking forever and she’s so massive! I think her bud growth has slowed. I had to defoliate a couple weeks ago. She was outgrowing the tent again. I took a lot off of her. That’s probably why the slow growth now I’m thinking.
