flushing... i am almost done...

Day 63 flowering:: Hi grow buddies. All is well and ripening in the fast buds frenzy right now. The Strawberry Pie is close to finishing now I thought but the new flush of pistils on all of the lowers has changed that a little. The main tops could be harvested 1st and possibly the lowers later in the week but I haven't decided which way to go with that yet. The lowers are really substantial in comparison to the tops so i think they need to rule the timing more. Mexican Airline also looks ready to rock now with only a few pistils to start browning off up top but her lowers are also gaining sone serious size ( on video) . They burst into action a couple of weeks ago and I never expected them to get the size they have so low down. A very pleasant surprise. They are in process of maturing like the tops did with spiky white pistils among the darkening orange ones A very unique looking flower. She smells very sweet with a citrus tang too now. Six shooter is a different matter , she looks happy to continue on and is only really putting out fresh pistils still. not many browning has are visible yet and her trichs are now starting to appear more. her density is good if not a little leafy but generally she looks like a good yield to come. her sides are very dense too so should all add to the finished totals well. another Week i think. catch you soon growmies

Hi guys So end of week 7 entering week 8. Blue cheese stinks buds are solid the dark phoenix scrog is frosty asf!!! They still have a way to go yet tho. I reckon by day 70 all will be well and done There under a 600watt hps light now to finish them off as using the led lights in my pot noodle grow off with wifey. I just started a YouTube channel I will be doing daily videos on my current run, like subscribe and comment on there for shout outs. Happy growing guys! 😁

What up dudes, This is my first grow so bare with me! haha 👻 Here we go! Decided to go with my 2 favorites the Tangerine Dream Auto & Girl Scout Cookies by Growers choice seeds. So far these girls are loving their environment and growing rapidly. Any advice you guys have is greatly appreciated. I didn't want to over do the feed schedule so I am going with the Feed Schedule from Fox Farm. From what I read the best time to start the LST training would be week 4 but that all depends how healthy the plant is correct? Looking forward to week 2! 👌😎

Flower Week 6

Day 42 first day of the week I turned the Growers Choice ROI-720 up to 30% its using 216w at 240v. Day 44 pictures were after some simple hand bending lst. This week we've seen alot of growth in all the plants. They need water about ever 4 days and between all 4 they take a gallon and a half untill the get a little run off out of the bottom. Roots are starting to come out of the bottom of the pots. Day 44 I noticed some spots on plant bs leaf I think it was from a nat or something I saw in the tent. And same day plant d has very slight yellowing on the tips of the newest growth. Think it's a deficiency of some sort, I'll look into it. Day 45 Transplanted into 5 gallon fabric pots with fox farms ocean forest soil. Didn't water today because the root balls where still pretty moist. Raised light to maintain 24" about the canopy. Day 46 Watered all 4 plants took about 4.25g of water. PH 6.3 @ 73° F. Day 47 Think I shouldn't have watered yesterday plants A, B, and D are drooping. Plant B has some light brown/yellow spots on the middle growth and very slight yellowing on the tips of the newer growth. Plant D has different spots dark red/brown almost burnt orange on middle growth and yellowing on the tips of the leaves. Weird how plant C just doesn't care what I do to it it just keeps getting bushier and wider leaves, never yellowing or drooping. Day 48 None of the plants were dropping the evening, and the spots and yellowing havnt gotten any worse. They grew alot since I measured yesterday.

The two Red Hot cookies were by far the fastest strains in this run. And also simply beautiful. Bag appeal: 10/10 Yield: 8/10 Pheno #1 47 gram dry Taste:? High: ? Once I did a smoke test. I will add the missing information! Pheno number #2 has significantly more yield than Pheno #1. Pheno #2 smells like bubble gum, I've never had that smell with a strain before. If I had room for a mother tent, pheno#2 would have gotten a spot there. I'm looking forward to the next harvests !:)

11cm vertical growth this week. Loads of new growth coming out!!!!! Thinking she will enter flowering during the coming week..

Harvested the Purple Lemonade. Smell of the flower is extreme! Most of the rosin is coming from the cuttings of the Tropicana Cookies. However, I have not been able to “cure” the cuttings of the other plants at a controlled 62% humidity, so this may not be a meaningful result. Thought a little more Anthocyan would surive, but i may have to press @ 160 Mikron next time, will try :)

Update week 2 of Bloom

Hello growmies! Welcome to week three of An Epsilon Adventure! Week three already! These six ladies were each planted into their final 30l pots, fertigated for the first time, and put under the light two weeks ago. As you know if you have been following, last week I switch to full nutes earlier than planned as I was seeing deficiencies. Those deficiencies progressed quicker than the plants could respond to the new nutrition. To combat this I fertigated them more frequently and with more volume, as you have the option to do in a coco/perlite substrate mix. I have just given them their third full range fertigation after taking todays photos. All in all so far I am blown away by their progress, they are by far and away the most advanced 15 day old plants I've ever grown. I just wish I had started fertigating with everything earlier. I will certainly report back to Shogun that the coco schedule is too slow for the fastest autos. I do not know if there is a record for fastest start to finish result, but if there is this strain needs to compete because it is really, really, REALLY fast. Daily Updates: ### Week 3 Day 1 21:00 9/7 2m/l Start + 2.5ml/l Katana Roots & Zenzym + 1.5ml/l Coco A & Coco B + 1ml/l Zilicon & CalMag + 1m/l PH down - fertigated ~1.5l each In case you are wondering why I am adding start into this mix, it's because my other grows need it still, but I am also starting them on full nutes at 7-8 days to try to avoid the issues you have seen here last week. I decided therefore to just mix one batch up for them all and see how it goes. I really do not think a bit of extra start and roots will bother these girls, but it will make the difference for the others. With a 10l watering can as my only watering tool, part-mixes are highly error prone as I found out last grow series with Queen Citronella and the poisoning incident, and if I mixed up two batches I have to throw most of one away with a + b nutes such as this they don't store for very long once mixed. Anyway the colour is looking better in the new growth and they haven't missed a beat in terms of piling on greenery and height, I think these six girls are going to really put this "50-70cm" claim to the test. ### Week 3 Day 3 20:30 11/7 Photographed. ### Week 3 Day 5 11:00 13/7 2m/l Start + 2.5ml/l Katana Roots & Zenzym + 2ml/l Coco A & Coco B + 1ml/l Zilicon & CalMag + 1m/l PH down - fertigated ~3l each Today for the first time since I planted them up I moved everything out of the tent, and while I did so I inspected and photographed each girl. I found one aphid on one of the plants, which I tried to kill but it evaded my sausage fingers. So I sprayed all 6 plants with Neudorff BugFree. I made the stupid mistake of bringing in a sad little pepper plant for a bit of a boost, I obviously didn't check it. I will keep an eye on it but if the spray doesn't kill them then I will go and find some ladybird larvae. These are all pretty close to each other but I am starting to see two phenos. One is taller the other is thicker. See for yourself! Plants 1-4 are the slimmer/taller plants 5 and 6 are chonkier. I also labelled each plant and will note which plant is which in future photographs as you can follow an individual plant if you like. Anyway these girls are insane . Look at the size and development; 19 days!!!! Tallest is 40cm (plant 1) Shortest is 27cm (plant 6) Lastly, I have been keeping a decent handle on the temps it is now extremely rare for them to exceed 30 degrees unless there is a heatwave, which I sincerely hope there is not. I'll see you in a couple of days to round off this incredible week. ### Week 3 Day 6 23:00 14/7 Photographed wide shot. Really inspected each plant again and I am confident the only deficiency is magnesium. I checked the runoff PH it is sitting somewhere around 6.3. I am going to further increase the CalMag to 1.5ml/l ### Week 3 Day 7 23:00 15/7 Photographed individually. Flushed through with 3l of fertigate with increased CalMag dosage to 1.5ml/l which is now 50% above the recommended amount. I have gone off-piste with the nute schedule... be it on my own head I suppose. Fingers crossed. So the symptoms of the Mg def are on all plants but some worse than others, which has made me think perhaps there was some inequality in the distribution of the reused coco vs new amongst the pots. I suspect that maybe I should have rinsed the old coco first. I have had success with flushes in the past, and considering this issue is relatively minor I am not prepared to take them all out and individually flush through with 30l+. Instead I have overwatered them by about double when they were already fairly saturated so about 70% of the fertigate came through as runoff. Below is my current assessment of the different plants: Plant 1 -------- Previously the tallest plant, now only 2nd she current stands at 57cm tall having put on 17cm in the last TWO DAYS. She is one of the least affected by the Mg def. Her stem is about the 4th thickest. Plant 2 -------- The 2nd tallest plant on day 19 is now only third the tallest plant at 52cm, she also has the second thinnest stem. Plant 3 -------- Around the same height as 3 other sisters on day 19, in the last two days this plant has grown to 58cm tall and is now the tallest plant in the series, as well as having by far the thinnest stem. This girl has put on at least 20cm in the last two days. This plant was the 2nd worst Mg def symptoms. Plant 4 -------- The 3rd shortest plant at 47cm, she has the third thickest stem, and seems to be somewhere between the two phenos. This plant is the most affected by the Mg def. Plant 5 -------- Standing at only 40cm but with a really chunky stem and the 2nd thickest this girl is clearly a different pheno to plants 1-3 and 4. Her leaves are much fatter and bigger and her stem is much much thicker than plants 1-4. Plant 6 -------- Last but by no means least is plant 6, this girl is my favourite, though she is the shortest plant standing at only 39cm tall, she has tight internodes, massive fat leaves, and by far and away the thickest stem I have ever seen on a 3 week old plant. Seriously, seriously chonky. Her stem is approximately double the girth of the 2nd thickest (plant 5). I think this girl is going to be the star of the grow and the highest yield. What do you think? Im a few days behind on an update, but heres week 10. Things are okay.. Ive had some PH balance issues, which I believe has effectedy nutrient intake.. Its a long story, but lesson now learned, and will help me for the next grow. I also believe, that Ive outgrown these containers, and thats effecting my bud growth. Next grow Im going to 3gal fabric pots. So what did I learn this grow? 1) 1.8 gal containers too small now that my plants are growing better w/ LEDs 2) Calibrate your electronic PH meter, and measure PH including nutrients.

Day 65 Day 15 Flower 06/07/24 Saturday Water de-chlorinated tap pH 6.2 today. I have had to do a deep defoliation, and light LST, she just climbed last week 🤦‍♂️😅 and air flow was becoming a problem finding wet spots under leaves is no go at this stage in flower . So here is her update, she is absolutely huge 🤩 thank you SSSC for allowing me this run, I'm going to dedicate my whole space to a full auto run for her next. She has un tapped potential 👌. Updated pictures and a video today. Day 66 Day 16 Flower 07/07/24 Sunday no water/feed today letting her dry off a little more. U kno the vibes well u see the vibes lol.....extra light is going to be my best friend soon... #1 she is growing good being that she is in normal condition(is long day after all) 2 of her branches started putting on size like they want to be main stem. Trained those to promote upward grow for the lower nods and did lollipop'n. #2 grow has been amazing all branches are roughly the same lenght did lollipop'n and add some manure will do some more training in the week to come

This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned
