I started picking for forbidden fruits the day after last week’s post, checking the colas with the scope and only picking tops that were approx 10-20% amber. As I snipped colas I also removed a lot of upper fan leaves, this is to allow light to reach lower buds for a final ripening. Once picked, I placed approx 100g in each brown paper bag, folded the top and sat on a rack. I slowly rolled the bags around once or twice a day just so the buds didn’t stick together. Seems to have worked well, no dreaded hay smell to note and nicely dried. I think I’ll be taking some more colas tops off in a few days time and I’ll keep the plants alive for another week or two, depending on how fast they come along. I have 4 Mimosa EVO (no diary) about 7 weeks into veg at the moment and I think it would be nice to give them another 2 weeks as I need big plants to make clones from them, ready for the next diary coming soon... hopefully with successfully taken clones 😊

I was not expecting to harvest that much as she was a tiny and quite slow girl, but the final yeld was very good! It was exciting to grow and finally harvest this amazing strain :)

Realy pleased with how healthy it's looking .Still not seen much happening getting a bit wider an a few branches but still super short .will give it some food next time I water it ,the soil is meant to feed it for 3 weeks but it's not doing much so I'm going to start early can't stop checking it then Google images to see if I'm at the right size .

Starting week 4 flower now. Theses ladies are doing great. No signs of any deficiency thus far. Decided to hold off on potash at this point. Noticed ladies fighting for light hard and middle lady trying to take it all. I removed the exhaust fan and opened the tent on the sides. Then I added another king led 4000w light. Both 24 in with bloom only turned on at a par of 850. That was done on Saturday, and by Sunday could already see a big difference in bud production. Added recharge with last watering. Hoping the ladies continue on happy and building!

Day 44-4/12/21 everything is looking a lot better now!!! Day 47-7/12/21 plants are doing well a lot better now two of them are showing signs of purple!!! Day 49-9/12/21 everything is going better got some burnt leafs on a few but hopefully okay!!! Gave them a liter each today with food!!! Day 50-10/12/21 some are behind others but there’s this one plant that’s going purple I think it’s gonna be great!!!!

Han empezado a tomar ritmo en general esta cepa la he visto y cultivado y siempre se demora en mostrar flores contundentes , va lento pero seguro , lo mejor que tiene es el efecto que verdaderamente se parece al lsd , no se que habrá hecho Barney’s farms con esta cepa pero es un efecto muy fuerte , adjunte unas flores de otro cultivo , esta semana defoliamos otra vez las hojas más nuevas , dándole pelea al frío que ya afuera alcanza temperaturas de 2º C , de noche la temperatura fructua demasiado las plantas están tomando tonos violáceos y se ven muy pero muy parejos todos los cogollos que se vienen.

Always dry trim. The leaves come off more easily when dry and it preserves more THC with the longer drying time. Will weigh up in 7-10 days. Smoke report. Tastes like strong grape juice when you hit it. Very smooth and easy on the throat. Pretty much gave me instant relaxation and relief from my depression. Seems like a good morning smoke which I love. Thanks fastbuds! Weighed up to 2.5 Oz. Could've claimed 3+ but didn't count ANY larf.

Shes fattening up nicely nodes all tightened up lowered lights slightly took a and b back down to 3ml per litre not much else to report thanks for reading happy growing guys

G'day, Things are going well, she's really growing now, having to adjust LST every couple of days to keep her down to fill the area. Bought all the bits to make a scrog net out of pipes and netting which will be installed in next few days. I replaced piping from transparent to black, the transparent ones were starting to grow algae, probs wouldn't cause an issue but didn't wanna take any chances. Changed the reservoir back to black with a spare lid that I had, as the white lid was solar paint I kept being blinded, was getting close to leaving the grow room with a white stick lol Upped the nutrients up to 797 at TDS 0.5. P.s I am really surprised the small plant hasn't had nutrient burn, TDS is like triple what it should be for a plant of that size! Thanks guys... 😊

Ginger Nut cookies & Aussie music Videos Grow Diary update 27th Feb 2020 The preflowering Stretch has well and truly begun with every branch that wasn't tied down , shooting upwards a few inches. The plant itself looks very healthy and content. Once flowering starts I'll begin to add P+K to the feeding regime. We have had bugger all sunlight here for over a week and also we have had lots of rain and wind. Daily max temps have been around the 24-25 celcius range and the minimums around 15 c. RH has been high 67% on average. That is about it for this weeks plant update . Now for the weekly Music videos. ** Last week I posted the links to three different artists who were picked by fellow growers thru the Grow question that I posted asking for requests. ** This week is back to just the one featured Artist from Australia. This week's artist is Mr Paul Kelly who is an Australian rock music singer-songwriter and guitarist. He has performed solo, and has led numerous groups, including the Dots, the Coloured Girls, and the Messengers. He has worked with many other artists and groups and is considered one of the finest singer songwriters to have come from Australia. Once again I couldn't narrow it down to just one song as he's had many great tunes but I have chosen the two with the best Music video as that is the main criteria for my Diaries Theme.
