4/27 Fed half strength nutes with epsom salt and molasses to Amnesia. Trainwreck got plain PH'd water.

6/28 I had to water deeply despite watering thoroughly yesterday. This heat wave is supposed to pass today. We have had temps in the 90's. Ihate it but the girls seem to love it. RH is super high and controlling pm is a pain in the balls. When my connection is better I'll add my vid and photos. Still need a follow up preventative spray. BT is really awesome but super narrow and I've found random stink bugs, earwigs, crickets and grasshoppers as well as easily identifiable leaf damage. I'm thinking Spinosid. Save my PM stuff for PM. Tried checking my PH with a soil meter. The bags are basically just roots. The only two plants it read came to 6.5 which is strange because I usually run around 7.3. I'll certainly take it. If it's correct that is. RH 64 TEMP 84 6/29 Didn't water this morning due to a torrential downpour last night. Nothing broken after first glance. The thunder and wind woke me last night. This storm was horrific yet my plants still seem unaffected. Need to rearrange the cage. It will be a pain to have to move that ice cream cake. Maybe I could find a way to modify the cage outwards. I also need to move the plant in the tote in the back. Luckily I got back and watered before plants dried out. Noticed a FEW dead or yellow leaves on the middle interior of some plants. I upped dosage of growbig last feed and fed a little earlier. I'll go back to my normal feeding schedule and see what happens. Thing is the plants are getting huge so I would think increased nutes would help. Couldn't he lockout. Too much water. Maybe nutes in the soil are leaving? I'll figure it out. I temporarily pulled the stalk on the ice cream cake back and tied it to the posts to get it off the fence. 6/30. 90s again today. I deeply watered and noticed a couple more yellow leaves (bottom middlish). Only thing that was changed was feeding. I may go back to original schedule. Funeral today so I'll have to check things out later. UPDATE: Went back maybe sux hours after watering to find the grow bags dry. I reached my hand in the side and it's pretty much all roots. These high temperatures and wind are drying my plants out. No droop but the soil WAS dry. I watered again and plan to check again tonight. When temps go down I'll probably do a preventative Spinosid spray. 7/1 Watered and fed two gallons. Grow big at 1 1/2 tbsp. Still some yellow leaves on the interior. I'm talking like maybe five. Accidentally destroyed lace wing eggs. I knew it was something to keep an eye out for but I mistakenly thought it was BAD. Oh well it was just two eggs. I'm sure there are more. Tried measuring PH with soil meter but the only two plants that registered were 6.5 and 6.6. I believe the PH to be a bit higher. The bags are so full of roots it's hard to get a measurement. I know my soil and water WAS on point before my gauge broke. However I leave the 7.3 as that was about what the big ones tested at last time measured. 7/2 These are some resilient strains. Currently 54 degrees at 9am. It had been 80 or 90 in the last few days. Perfect rain today. A light shower all day. Obviously didn't water. Found a few yellow leaves but the plants look so good. The also seem to be stretching but it's far to early for the preflower stretch. I'll keep an eye out. Things are looking pretty good. Still need to move that plant in the back. 7/3 Watered today. Looks like it might rain but top soil was a little dry. Also noticed this site measures teaspoons not tablespoons which is how I measure. I'll need to adjust that. There's tell tale damage from a variety of pests (leaf hoppers, pillars, grasshoppers ECT.) So I think I'm going to do a spray within the next couple days. Im leaning towards Spinosid but Dr. Zymes supposably helps the PM as well. I'll do more research and update. 7/4 54 degrees and raining. Haven't checked the girls out yet today.

Topped the plant in day 29 from seed. Nutrients concentration is dropping 10-20 PPM every 1-2 days. PH is drifting up every day, I have to drop the PH every 1 to 2 days. Light intensity for this week is at 46% ( Fluence Spydr 2i) . After toppling I dropped the light intensity to 36% for a day.

This week went well I am continuing to harvest buds as they become ready. The leaves are yellowing more and more letting me know that she is almost complete. I think the lower bids have about one more week until they are ready and that will complete the harvest for Big Girl. Little girl is now declining, she has not branches out or grown new tops.

This was a very rough year for growers. I tackled spider mites, thrips, pm and leaf septoria. Unfortunately these needed to be taken a little early due to a number of factors. The smoke came out amazing. Closest I've come to a lb a plant. Smokes great and had that citrus taste that comes with blueberry. I am very proud of myself. I'll finish this review later. For my first trial run with Grand Cru Genetics, I’m definitely impressed. This strain shows great potential for flavor lovers and will be interesting to run again in the future. With a little more care and training, she could have achieved more, but she stood in the far corner of the tent and was difficult to reach. Drying takes place in our Dryomat; delivery of the Dryrocket has been delayed. According to my information, it will not arrive until October...perfect for winter growing. Photos are wet buds. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #1 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying'.... a VERY happy girl she is and the #2 is just an enormous plant with tons of bud sites and flowers that are starting to get a coating of white trichomes giving them that frosty appearance! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic, both are amazing cultivars with a generous coating of trichomes beginning to cover their flowers. D56/F8 - 11.14 - Doing great! Loving the new Blumat Tropf system I installed for both of my tents. Starting to show sex and the very beginning of preflowers D59/F11 - 11.17 - 👍 covered some vertical distance this week for sure. Back to having big ole leaves! :) D60/F12 - 11.18 - <3

Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

I love this pheno compared to the other hard diesel pheno #2 this one has a beautiful structure, and the buds are very dense hard and sticky as hell, the aroma it's really strong and stinky, I would definitely run her again, gea seeds always provides high quality strains and seeds to the growers! Overall very happy with this plant grow. She was by far the hungriest of the four plants in this grow, but she still developed nicely, loads of sticky sweet smelling buds. Will update in 2 weeks, after the first smoke. Update! Smoked the first buds from this harvest, the smoke was smooth, light berry/fruit taste, it will get stronger as they cure in their jars. Overall, I am happy with the plant, the bud product and quality. She's not a super heavy indica, but she can still pack a punch!

Solitamente uso questa tecnica perché trattandosi di una varietà autofiorente è meno stressante per la pianta e abbinata ad una “regolare” defogliazione permette di ottenere dei risultati interessanti in termini di raccolto. Oltre a questo, la parola d’ordine di questa settimana (fortunatamente conclusa) è solo una: FREDDO! infatti, dopo un inizio settimana di temperature piuttosto miti, la temperature sono diventate più fredde. Ah…che sia chiaro, quando dico "freddo" mi riferisco a temperature più basse dei valori ottimali che comunque che rendono più stentato lo sviluppo e la crescita della mia piccola bimba (dovrei cercare un nome da darle😅). Ancora niente prodotti. 01/08/2022. 1l di soluzione nutritiva: Ph: 6.20 T: 21,6º Ppm: 679 Temp. Max (lampada accesa): 27,4° Temp. Min (lampada spenta): 18,1° Hum. Max: 71% Hum. Min:49% Oggi si iniziano a dare un po’ di nutrienti, io utilizzo la linea dell’advanced nutrients ph perfect Grow/Micro/Bloom come Base (1ml x 1L di acqua demineralizzata per ciascun prodotto) più B-52 e Voodoo Juice (2ml x 1L d’acqua demineralizzata). La piccola non presenta problemi, ha un’altezza di 10 cm e sta sviluppando il 3° internodo, se continua così tra qualche giorno si inizia con LST. 01/10/2022. Oh oh…😲 le foglie più giovani mostrano una leggera clorosi ai bordi con venature leggermente più scure, potrebbe essere dovuto a un Ph sbilanciato oppure a una carenza di calcio e magnesio. Forse conviene darle una leggera fertilizzazione tramite spray fogliare. 01/11/2022. Bene, la clorosi fogliare 🍁 perdura quindi proviamo a risolvere il problema con uno spray fogliare : Advanced Nutrients Sensi Cal Mag Xtra: 2ml x 1L d’acqua. Una bella spruzzata generale sia sulla pagina superiore delle foglie che sulla pagina inferiore in modo da permettere agli stomi di assimilare la soluzione. Iniziato LST piegando la cima apicale fino a farle quasi toccare il bordo del vaso.
