Hey everyone 😀. On flowering day 59 both came into the darkroom and on flowering day 61 both were harvested :-). Both were very easy to trim 👍. Both of them already smell very tasty but more on the last update because this is only the short intermediate update :-). The trimmed buds were laid out on nets so that they can now dry at 62% humidity for 8-14 days before fermenting with 62% boveda packs in the jars :-). So far it seems to be fine even if the high humidity worries me even if the temperatures are still high then they have stopped growing and will finally focus on the flowers and slowly we recover these small deficiencies

Beginning of week 10 I disinfected Do-Si-Dos and Quick One with a 1:4 ratio of Purolyt (HOCL) and Cookies Gelato with a 1:50 ratio. The two plants got sprayed with a 3 bar pressure sprayer and cookies gelato with a normal handsprayer. Also gave them 1.5L of water with nutrients on Wednesday. Cookies gelato gets watered with a watering bag with 3L and 20ml each hour. Humidity in the tent is about 64% and temperature 25°. The humidity in the drying tent is about 60% and temperature 24.5°.

She’s still stretching! This week I removed Voodoo Juice, Tarantula and Piranha, and added B-52 and Bud Factor X (never tried this one before). Since the princess loves this 2ml/L dosage for NPK nutes, I’ll not be touching that for the moment. That seems to be the optimal dosage for a sativa like this. Very nice!

I also upgraded to an oscillating fan which I hung to free up grow space. We’re running just under 1000ppm with no issues. I bumped my VPD up to account for leaf temp. The autopots are working. They just increased their (self feeding) appetite - up from .3 gallon a day to .8 gallons a day. This weeks accomplishments: Dehumidifier venting tuning Filled each scrog grid with at least one cola Stabilize temp, humidity and VPD. Stretched trellis with pvc frame Better oscillating fans for top and bottom airflow This week to-do By Monday evening, I have to install two more autopots - I’m still hand feeding the gelatos. I’m going on vaca, so we’ll see how this turns out. Day 57 (2020-07-05): Feeding @ 5.8 PH. Removed a few leaves. Day 58 (2020-07-06): Noticing a few amber trichromes on the CBD Crack. Wondering if it might be time to start thinking about pre-harvest flushing. Day 59 (2020-07-07): Fed today @ 5.75 PH. Day 60 (2020-07-08): No news today. Plants are kind of on autopilot at this point. Day 61 (2020-07-09): Waiting to feed until tomorrow. Day 62 (2020-07-10): Fed today @ 5.6 PH Day 63 (2020-07-11): Leaves on both plants look pretty rough at this stage, but buds are looking nice all around! Guessing 1-2 weeks left on the CBD. Will probably start flushing sometime next week. G14 seems to be running behind at least a week.

Each plant has been watered/fed, with a glug or two, from a 1 gallon mixture of 1tsp/gal floranova-grow (ph7). Mother plants are definitely ready for a pruning/cloning!

What a joy this grow has been. She was a real beauty. Absolute joy to grow...strong branches but she likes to stretch a lot. I knew wat to expect. I have grown Lemon Kush outdoors 3 times. The scrog this year was the perfect solution. I will not grow her again outdoors. This was my first time to see her finish. Seeing her flower this year, she just needs the warmth in the end. The climate here rarely offers that. I must say the dense flowers are amazing also size and yield is incredible. Update about that later. Trichomes were underdeveloped. I had to harvest early because of mould. The last 3 weeks of flower the temperatures were very low 10-15 C daytime and very very wet. I believe this stunted the plants. They made a full stop in development and exploded again in the last week. 3 days of sun did more than the 2 weeks before. Weather forecast were bad so big buds were harvested 25 september. We eventually had more sun than expected and bottom half was left until 2 october. That week made sooo much difference!! Those bottom buds finally developed some nice trichomes and turned purple. Of course I wish the big buds could have enjoyed the sunshine during that last week as well. Most of you will know, being an outdoor grower...Every year is about compromises. This year was so hot during growth and cold and wet in bloom that mould was unstoppable. After all I am very pleased with this grow and cant wait to taste some of this. Probably needs al long cure though to bring back that lemon scent. Almost seems like all that the rain washed the scent right off her😪 Keep growing y'all!

Gestern wurde ein letztes Mal entlaubt, ich denke so in 10 Tagen fange ich dann mit Terra Aquatica Flash Clean und Final Part an (dauert dann auch nochmal insgesamt 12 Tage die Prozedur). Die Buds duften sehr gut und die Pflanze ist mehr als gesund. Sie wird jeden Tag fetter und fetter. Also 3 Wochen dann wandert sie in den Cannatrol Cool Cure. Ich denke so 100 g dürften es trocken sein, wir werden sehen.
