Sorry I made a mistake on my dates these were started August 31 sprouted septs 3 and this pic was taken on sept 17th, these beauties are growing while I watch them.

~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/8- Here we go into Week Five and all is looking great with the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod from FastBuds! Our weather is beautiful now with daytime high temp's in the 80's F without a lot of rain so I am watering her daily at sundown with approximately 4-5g of well water. 6/10- I watered the Papaya Sherbet today and also did a little canopy maintenance, removing some leaves and some small shoots that would have taken energy better used elsewhere on the plant. 6/12- I gave the Papaya Sherbet photo a good watering today at sundown via the garden hose with straight well water. I am also planning on top dressing her in roughly 7-10 days from now with a blend of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and a little of their 2-8-4 along with some Wiggle Worm castings and a little Down to Earth Bio-Fish. 6/14- Another week gone and this little lady has really come along considering her late start and getting chewed on when she was young. All in all the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is shaping up to be one fine looking plant! Still just want to keep the defoliation to a minimum. I wanted to have a grow with the plants 'O Natural' with no topping or other techniques. I thinned out almost all but the top 2 sets of fan leaves

Week 7: Preparing for Flowering At the beginning of the week, we installed the net, marking the final stretch before flipping to flower. The plant is growing beautifully, and I’m genuinely impressed by its vitality. All the training seems to have had no negative impact—she’s handling everything like a champ! 💪🌿 By the end of the week, it’s finally time to switch to flower—wish me luck! 🍀 Challenges this week: Temperature: ~26°C Humidity: ~35% VPD: A whopping 2.4! Not exactly ideal, but thanks to the large fabric pot, she had enough water to keep going strong while I was on vacation. 🌱💦 We’re still seeing light-colored tips, and she’s putting on a final growth spurt before I flip the switch! 🌸🚀

So far this has just been a crazy grow. Soil issues. Had to leave town for almost two weeks in the middle of the grow so watering wasn’t perfect. Grew this outdoor for a while then inside once the days became too short. Always learning though.

Moved light to 3ft above plants. 400ppfd plants are reacting well. Day 17 moved lights back to 24 inches above and made sure DLI was 45. Huge growth increase.

Shes pretty but dont think it will fatten up much, smells very fruity tropical with a hint of sour, love the golden hue to the resin. Stretch ended at 51cm from the top of the pot, I had to backfill some coco so its probably more like 60cm. Started adding canna pk 13/14 at 1ml/l for now will upto 1.5ml/l after a few days and end the pk addition after 7 days from starting.

Week 12 for Moby Dick by fastbuds, She's seems to be running out of food in her pot from the yellow leafing going on. Been giving her FFJ to finish her off. From the way she looks you'd say she's close to finishing but her actual buds don't look anywhere finished... Thinking of adding a little compost to the top soil to try give her extra food😇 She didn't handle the heat greatly.. got a few leaf's burnt but seemed to only be the yellow leaves.

We were getting some yellowing on the tops so we dimmed the light to 60% (from 75%).. a light meter would go a long way here lol.. no new calcium def spots though so i think we're finally good there.. we recently bought a 5x5 tent to replace this 4x4 and hope to have it up by next week! What a week my buddy growers! What a week! The dogs literally ate my homework!😳 I understand that they are German shepards and got K-9 insitinct in their blood...but what the fuck!😱 Both my gelato & Nothern got dig out of the ground, leaving me with little hope...plus I had to build a shelter before this happend due to strong wind! But fast buds really has a kick ass genetic very resistent to all factors, and beside all she doing well!💪 As nutrients I added bio-tabs Pk-Bio and boom boom spray for all the stress she got. Love to all😘

Now it needs to dry and then i can test trim leawes and take weight before cure. hang dry in the middle of dark 60x60 tent w/semi good airflow. around 60% hum. After 4 days of hang drying nugs are feeling dry but stems are not yet snapping. Allmost ready for trim and cure. hum. has dropped to 55% Day 6 of drying desided to chop away the stems and branches to get the flowers sealed in bonnebag. timelapse of the trim added to gallery.

I received my Mars Hydro lights and they helped a lot. 2 TS-1000's. I supper cropped some of the 12/12 from seed and it looks like something trampled through the garden. Lol. The rest are really stretching now. I hope I the larger ones don't get rootbound. 🤞😁😁😁

This is exactly the 🇲🇦 morroccan 🇲🇦 way of sifting resin from kief. Traditionally, apart the hand rubbing method, dry sifting through a mesh is the most used way to obtain resin, from 🇦🇫 Afghanistan 🇦🇫 or 🇳🇵Nepalese 🇳🇵 Mountains to 🇲🇦 Morocc 🇲🇦 Rif passing through Bekaa valley in 🇱🇧Lebanon 🇱🇧. The average size of meshes used vary from 90 to 180 microns and are mostly made by silk and for this reason uneven. I think the most productive ways to sift are Dry Ice and  rotating pollinator + CO2, I've tried a DIY pollinator built by a friend and it can reach up to 20/25% of resin extracted at 120 microns and 15% at 90 microns. But smell and taste don't reach that traditionally extracted but this is another story. Morroccan way is good compromise between a stashbox or more evolute methods. It requires less than 10 dollar of expenses. You need: a basin or pot  without handles a heavy-duty plastic bag that contains the basin a pair of chopsticks a good 120 microns net an elastic band tape Kif or trim q.s. Plants are getting big enough to train through the fence. Im thinking a vertical scrog, but its gonna be a bitch to harvest . We will see, still dunno if they are even female.
