Kweekverslag Week 3: Oreo van Seeds Genetics datum: 18 maart 2025 Week 3 van mijn kweek met de Oreo-plant van Seeds Genetics is nu een feit, en het wordt steeds spannender! De ontwikkeling van deze cultivar laat me echt achterover leunen in bewondering. Hier is een overzicht van de hoogt en dieptepunten van de afgelopen week.Groei en Ontwikkeling: Vanaf het begin heeft Oreo zijn naam eer aangedaan met een heerlijke combinatie van stevige groei en een schitterend blad. Dit week kreeg ik een flinke dosis energie van de plant, omdat deze nu echt aan het uitbreiden is! De bladstructuur is gezond en geweven, met glanzende, donkergroene bladeren die vol leven zitten. De internodes zijn aan het verlengen, wat belooft voor heerlijke zijtakken in de toekomst. Voeding: Wat betreft voeding heb ik de dosis organische meststoffen iets verhoogd. Oreo reageert daar uitstekend op, met een zichtbaar gezondere uitstraling – de bladeren zijn breder en de kleur is levendig. Om ervoor te zorgen dat de groei soepel blijft verlopen, zorg ik ervoor dat de pH-waarde van de bodem op het juiste niveau blijft. Licht en Temperatuur: De plant blijft genieten van de huidige lichtcyclus van 18 uur licht en 6 uur duisternis. De temperatuur blijft een constante 22-26°C, wat perfect lijkt te zijn voor deze soort. De luchtvochtigheid heb ik op 55% gehouden, om de bladeren vochtig genoeg te houden maar ook schimmelvorming te voorkomen. Training: In deze week heb ik ook een lichte low-stress training (LST) toegepast. Het is een genot om te zien hoe Oreo zich aanpast aan de gebogen takken. De lagere takken krijgen eindelijk de kans om te groeien en mogen nu meer licht absorberen. Het lijkt ervoor te zorgen dat de plant prachtig in balans blijft! Gezondheidscheck: Bij een inspectie zag ik geen tekenen van plagen of ziekten, wat altijd een goede indicatie is van een gezonde kweek. De bladeren zijn vrij van vlekken en de plant staat er stevig bij. Ik blijf alert op eventuele symptomen en zorg ervoor dat ze met veel liefde en aandacht verzorgd wordt. Conclusie: loopt lekker!!! 🧡🧡🧡🧡

Harvest report for New York Turbo Diesel. Breaking ground to harvest was 84 days. Wet weight was 186 grams Dry weight =37g Power used for 12 weeks. 246.3Kw used on lighting. £73.89 at £0.30 a Kw Average 2.932 Kw a day =146 Watts power an hour during lights on. Dry weight from this grow. #1 49g #2 37g #3 46g #4 39g #5 51g #6 52g Total 273g True g/W = 273÷146=1.87g/W This was one great grow and there are a few strains I'm really considering running again straight away. This strain is one that I want to grow again but give her more space to flourish. She has grown decent solid buds absolutely coated in trichomes. One thing I have learnt during this grow is that the idea of cramming 9 autos into my tent was a stupid idea and trialling it with 6 plants was wise.

She seems to be behind by a couple of weeks she still growing in height by 2 inches

Just another growth week. Random topping, FIMMING, light stress training. I will not be changing reservoir, just adding water with calcium nitrate, jacks and magnesium sulphate with pH corrections.

Our journey is slowly coming to an end. Both Gelatos have developed well, and I'm looking forward to testing them soon. The smell in the box is mind blowing 💚💚💚.

After 50 days I could finally transplant them. I'll veg them for about 1 or 2 weeks more depending on how fast they'll grow because I want to do 1 more topping to create 8 main cola's each.

Miami Mami by Solfire (clones, two phenotypes) Vega (18/6), days: 19 Flowering (12/12), days: 61 Total, days: 80 Ec 0.2-0.45 (FloraKleen, reverse osmosis water) Ph 6.4 Red 100% Blue 50% UV 0% DLI ~36 T. Day: ~27C T. Night: ~22C Humidity: ~55% T.leaf: 28C 🔥 VPD: 1.78kPa 4 days before harvesting I watered with FloraKleen, 2 days before harvesting I watered with reverse osmosis water, the last day I gave not darkness but 24 hours of light :) Everything seems ok. Harvested, I don't know the weight, how it dries, I'll thaw and weigh it. The smell is sweet, with the taste of either berries or roses with a light mint note, without a hint of the classic skunk smell. The buds are not large but very dense and trichomycete, the leaves are purple-pink, If you take off the leaves with your fingers, it leaves not a green color on your hands, but purple-pink (as from mulberry), I have never seen such a thing. I dry at vpd 0.7-0.8kPa, temperature 19C, humidity 65%. It will dry in 7-10 days. The cycle ended almost a month early due to the use of clones.

Welcome to my Slurircane Diary sponsored by MSNL & Spider-Farmer Week 7, early flip and attempt at reveg into early week 8 but decided I liked the look of her cola potential and decided to throw her into flowering. From the reveg attempt I thought a ratio on/off would be best if it leaned more on the off, so a 13-11 off / on was set for early week 8 and till fattening (when the stretch is over, 'pre flower) This is a bit of a weird one for me, well more a 1st. I'm not 100% sure. But I do remember this getting 3 13.5hr days as did my whole tent. As my cheap timer ran for an extra hrs off when it was meant to be on. So, put it into a flip. And I tried for over a week to reveg, I'm sure if I pushed on. I would of gotten to reveg. (I'm not sure how long it takes, am very pleased though with this spectrum even without the IR that the flip time is quick. So, after a week 7 was finished. I decided to push on to a 13-11 off/on to induce her. I'll increase it to 13-11 on/off in fattening. Sadly has the pre flip and then attempt at reveg make all her nodes very stiff. And near to LST. After pre flower I'll hard defol and attemp to distance the colas. Surprisingly with her been a dom indica her leafs are very Stavia style. Very thin. Would make an ideal candidate for scrog. She is very healthy and been the most responsive with co2/heat. Although growth was stalled from my reveg attempt, I'm sure i cut a good few CM from her Height by reversing it again. I should of looked up how long it takes to reveg 1st. Lessons learnt. I still have an amazing pheno. (I'm a few weeks ahead in Real Time) Defoliation So, this was done lots on this girl. As my plans for her were changed due to poor attention. So, start of wk 7, what I thought was still a few weeks out from me flipping. But, after my abandoned attempt of reveggin. She was in limbo and I decided to risk it with a hard defoliation. (Looks like it was done in pre flower, it wasn't, It was just coming back into veg, but would of taken weeks to get it growing fully again, and at looking I'm happy with it so I pushed again with my Defol to get colas. You can find this on grow weed easy "full tutorial for flowering") am gonna leave her now until she's out of pre flower, she's 35cm or so tall. I don't see putting on much height. As my reveg attempt will for sure hanmer her stretch. Diet Was planning on taking Alga Grow off for the last 10 days r so off grow. So, I only had a few days off it, and its on Alga Bloom now. This week has been great! Germination on all 4 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes was a success!! We planted them in there pots an through out the week we gave em each a very light spray down of pure water phd at 6.5 and by Friday they all popped out the soil Let’s go!!!!! Next week we will start light feed on nutrients , so y’all keep them eyes peeled for next updates an I appreciate y’all for following my grow !!😶‍🌫️💨💨💨🙏🏻💚💯🤙🏻
