Very progressive week in. I am not changing the journal itself yet to flower since the flowers are only just forming like today or yesterday ish. From next week, I will change journal to reflect that as well. Helps me with ranging the PK week accurately. As I mentioned before, Mammoth P was received with no seal however seller adamant that product is all good. To be honest, I immediately started seeing difference in girls (in a good way 😊). They are much more stacked (very short inter nodal distance on new growth) and this started to happen soon as I started giving Mammoth P. Still no way to tell for sure what exactly is working, therefore, I am sticking to "it IS genuine product in its genuine form". Just to be on safe side, I ordered some Recharge as well LOL 😅 This shit is Sealed as fuck so I have ZERO doubt. I will be adding that once a week from here on too... just in time. Important update is that after the cycle was changed to 12 hours light, I saw leaf tip burn on one of the girls (nothing major) beginning of the week, I narrowed it to Light stress so moved em back a bit and lowered the nutes too just in case (sativas do tend to be more moody or is it just me)...Anyway, She is spot on once again so all good. I found Canazym really helps with keeping girls happy, especially after a defoliation or a stress. Haven't yet defoliated heavily just one odd leave picked from down below as I plan to lollypop her bit later, (Lollypoping is way to go with these flat lights , COBs are another story). So they are being prepped for the hair cut, I expect week later. This week was just as usual as any other... The planta feel nice, ther wad no issue with them so far. I gave veg nutrtients for the last time. Next week I will start to give them flowering nutrients.

My favorite method to germinate seeds is the 'SERIOUS' method promoted by Serious Seeds. I have almost always a 100% success rate with. Check out the video above for the process. If you hang up the seeds inside a wet paper towel inside a plastic bag, the roots will grow out STRAIGHT instead of being curled when they lay on a plate. Make sure the tip of the seed (=pointy end) is facing downwards inside the bag, so they can open up and grow straight down towards the floor. This makes its easier to transplant the germinated seeds into soil. When you plant the seed make sure the top of the seedshell still peaks out of the soil..this make an easier start for your seedling. They will grow right out of the soil the next day.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Very beginning of week 10. She is gearing up for flower. She is stretching, but I keep pulling everything down. She has been 36 inches for a month. She is about 41 wide. 8/13 Her pot was on the dry side. Gave her 2 gallons of water. I'd say 10 percent run off. I use the ph strips. I bring water home from my job. Their water is the perfect PH according to the strips. I test her run off today. Looks like a low 6. 8/14 2 gallons of water with 8 tablespoons of fox farm Big Bloom and 1 teaspoon of recharge. I do like the foxfarm products. Some Big Bloom can make a sick plant healthy. Have to check, think she is ready to be fed. 8/16 per 2 gallons 4 ml Grow Big, 4 ml Tiger Bloom 1/2 teaspoon Open Sesame 8/18 4 Tablespoons Foxfarm Bigbloom and 1/2 teaspoon recharge. Per Gallon 1 day I will get a ph meter. First year spent enough. The plants look very healthy. Unless the strips are completely worthless, she looks to be in her happy place. She was fed very well the past week. I might do 1 more water then feed. She is forming her sites. 8/13. Makes it easy to space the sites out. Also to know what to remove. Have to force myself to cut off what's not making it. Think flower.

I want to start LST on Day 23. I will just bend her down and tie the leaves to the side. Every Strain is doing really good, im watering them all 3 days adding the nutritions above. But i also see some strains that didnt like the overwatering at the start. And i burned my strawberry gorilla a bit with waterdrops on the leaves. but she seems to be unimpressed by that. Today i also noticed a very little smell when i opened my tent. im curious which one is making this scent, it was really sweet. i raised the light intensity from 70% to 85%, leavin the rest for bloom. Day 24: i watered them yesterday with about half a litre of water. i included lacalva stress treatment before making the LST. i kind of feeling like im a bit too late, but we will see. Day 26: we had a blackout, because a constructionworker hitted the main cable. 2,5 hours less light, im so glad that these are automatics! Day 27: Damn guys, i think i did bad on this LST stuff. all of them are really bushy and very strong showing upward. in my first grow, i never had these issues. but all of the stems are so huge. they are close to be bigger than the final stem of my first grow. i think i need to defoliate them soon. i removed the wire and let them do what they want, until they get to know the net.

Week 7/4 - 13/4 Let the fun begin!

Pretty basic week. I transplanted the Green Tea plant from a Jiffy Pot to a 1 gallon fabric pot. The plant probably could have stayed in the Jiffy Pot for another week or so but some of my plants that were a little bigger when I transplanted them were packed with roots. I just figured I'd transplant a bit earlier to give my roots more space sooner.

Almost there,just some more 1 ou 2 days an i will harvest .

The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering.
