Nervous and excited as it's my first grow. 1700hrs on the 1st I put them both in separate glasses and used bottled/spring water. PH was over 7.3 so I Ph'd it down to 6.4/5. Both have sunk to bottom of glasses by morning. All good so far. Still deciding whether to go paper towel next or wait and go straight into coco coir. Bit of a trial run about to go down 🤣. I feel like even with all the best equipment in the world, without some sound knowledge and some commitment and dedication youl still pull a shitty grow. Wish me luck..... Quick update! Once they dropped I decided to put them in their coco perlite mix, was advised by a gro shop dude to pop them in the mix now that they've dropped in a glass of water he said they'll be sweet 🤞🙏. Please dude 🤣🤣🤣🤣. He also said to get some canna A+B put through the mix beforehand as coco got no nutes and itl do the seedlings good. So I've gone on his advice but minimal amounts. Popped about 8ml of both in 2l of tap water, could have been 5,6, or 7ml aswell tbf only by eye. So got home and sorted that. Soil seems moist enough but not soaked. Now there potted I'm just hoping and praying for some good old smoke🤞🤞🤞🤟👊👊. Il keep the updates coming. Any feedback always welcome I'm not a dick. Don't be a dick either. Peace!..... My Purple Kush seedling is the smallest in the tent, and it's been a slow starter. It's finally showing some signs of life, but honestly, I'm not sure if it's going to catch up with the others. I might just cut my losses and focus on the stronger plants. It's a tough call, but sometimes you have to make those decisions. I’m going to keep the plant for sure just because I want to see what purple kush looks like The weather has been absolutely gorgeous this past week! We've been hitting that sweet spot of 70 degrees during the day, perfect for getting outside and soaking up some sun. Then, it cools down to a comfy 50 degrees at night, which is ideal for sleeping with the windows open. I've been loving all the fresh air! I finally got around to building that little wooden planter for my windowsill. It was a fun project, and now my regular plants have a nice new home. It really brightens up the room, and I'm thinking of adding some herbs to it soon. Maybe I'll even try growing some basil!

Looks like this will be her final week! She won't last long. Maybe 10.5 weeks of flowering in all. Smelling nice. And finally starting to get that beautiful lavender/chocolate color of her father (although, a little too late).

Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . Still doing really well this one, buds look amazing and the smell is really really pungent. Really pleased with the topping on this one, tops all over and all really good strong tops. Around 3 weeks left to go so last week for nutes and will be flushing at end of this week, getting ready for harvest now really really excited to see this once all done.

Found Budrot in the mainbud… Damn it! Cut the whole mainbud and let the dmaller ones which looked fine. Wish me luck…

Aug 24: starting the sixth week of flowering and this Blueberry Pie F1 Fast is amazing. The development of the flowers has been very fast and they are nice and big and thickening quickly. Thanks to Mrs.Larimar and I totally agree that these F1 hybrids are amazing. Did a watering round with potassium silicate, and likely the last one but we’ll see. Probably three weeks at most to go, so no more molasses and now mostly just pHed water to the finish line. Did a final light application of malted barley and Power Bloom and watered in. Removed fan leaves that were growing inward and shading buds. Aug 25: Flash pics are only okay when using a far red light after. Don’t take flash pics of plants unless you also have a red light. Having said that, I love taking flash pics of my plants. Aug 26: sunny again but not too hot and had the UV lights going. To spread the UV around I rotate the plant 90 degrees three times. This seems to be okay. This plant is the furthest along in flowering so I’m giving it most of the UV light and the slower ones can wait until they’re closer to harvest. Aug 27: she’s doing great. Up to 12 h of rain tonight with the potential for a pretty intense thunder or hail storm in middle of the night. All plants are in the garage tonight to ride it out. Aug 28: spent last night in the garage to stay out of the all night rain that was forecast. Turned out to just be light rain. Overcast all day and no UV light today. Aug 29: this plant is amazing, but I’ve said that before. The other day I noticed that some branches on the side are heavy enough that they are now slumping against the SCROG net. Fun to see that. The flowers are noticeably bigger each day and she still looks very happy. She is also becoming quite top heavy but the water bottle weights and five gallon pails of water hold it stable in the winds.

Ok so I'm a couple of days later with posting, though the images are of last Friday. They went full into flowering. At the same time, 3 of the 4 have some weird growth going on. Deeply ridged leaves, a bit springy plants. I raised the lights cause I also saw white points and other leaf burn. I have to get used to the nitro-fueled energy of these thoroughbreds and the 'on the edge' style of growing that autos deliver, as a mostly photoperiod grower, this is both exiting as well as a bit out of control in the style of a rollercoaster, once you get on - you have to do the ride. All in all amazed with the vigor, though clearly, the XLs outperformed the Forbiddens in growth. I have so many conditions going on, however, that all will be too close to call for now and in the long run my results will have been tainted by my experimenting and finding all optimal with these rocket-style plants. I'm amazed at this growth as Jack must have been when popping his magic beans. Still, they keep developing and power through with bud formation. I have to watch these lights, the SP 3000 by Mars Hydro is so powerful, that also getting this light optimal is a whole learning curve, but it does deliver a punch. I think I overdid the amendments at the start with the blood meal and that's why I see ridging so I'm careful with the Nitrogen and give them lots of fresh water with just some topmax in between. They seem to hold out but its on the edge. As far as bending, after the initial bend, I saw many branches develop that are nicely outward, tucked some leaves but I'm happy with the shape of the plant and will let the center bud develop. Cherry cola in the back right is catching up from starting off a mutant! The 2 lsd-25s up front are growing fast and great no problems at all with them. The back left is the big bud tied town with major lst and is also showing no problems. All 3 are going into flower the cherry cola I would say is about 2 weeks behind even though it was started the same time. (36days ago) cronk nutrients seems to be working well with the Bonnie and Clyde auto line! And got a greenhand genetics started in a 5 gallon pot in the middle

What can I say this was my largest single yield harvest to date - The BlackBerry OG from Emerald Triangle Seeds are worth growing and just be prepared to have a load of bud to trim, there are other strains that are east to trim than this one, it was laced with sugar leaves and took a while to trim up,, it was in the dry tent for 15 days, honestly I was worried and should have trusted my instinct and left it in longer, this may have made it easier to clean.. If you do not buy this stran and give it a try you are missing out!
