Harvest is imminent! I'm basically just waiting for her to drink her last watering. So 1-3 days I guess - my last few "finished" plants basically stopped drinking much at the end, and she seems to be the same. But my last post was about a week ago so one more flowering week report! A few days ago I took off some of the brittle taco-ified fan leafs. My guess is they don't do much for photosynthesis anymore and just prevent lower growth from getting light. Upper leafs by now have turned a pretty violet/plum color! I put a leaf from another plant in the picture for comparison.😊 Structurally there is little change since last week. Smell is still incredible too! She is significantly more heavy and the stems seem to be losing the battle against gravity but as she's coming down in a few I'm not gonna go wild with jojos or garden wire.

10/13: I fed her about 24 ounces of compost tea today. I had brewed 5 gallons of tea using 90% rainwater collected the day before, and 10% aquarium water. My tea contained about 2 cups of very rich compost a handful of biochar, a tablespoon of 7 diff species of endo-mycorrhizal fungi + 25 species of beneficial bacteria, 8 tablespoons of big bloom (mainly for the earthworm castings), 2 tablespoons of liquid molasses, and a tablespoon of kelp me kelp you. It had been brewing for 48 hours and was very frothy. I'm seeing signs of calcium deficiency on a few plants today, but the tea should correct that. I'll add cal/mag to the watering regimen anyway. 10/14: With so much light and airflow, she's drying out very quickly. I fed her about a half-gallon of water with grow big, big bloom, kelp me kelp you, boomerang, cal-mag+iron, armor si, and soluble humic acid. I also foliar fed her a few times with humic acid and big bloom. 10/15: I foliar fed with big bloom and a little kelp a few times today and peeled back the insulation in the attic above the closet now that it's getting colder outside. It brought my daytime temp down to 81f! 10/16: I fed her about a quarter-gallon containing all the good stuff, at full strength for the first time. I also misted her really well with Ph adjusted spring water a few times throughout the day, just to rinse off any built-up nutes. She never showed any signs of a calcium deficiency, but I dosed her heavy with cal-mag with this feeding anyway. I did some leaf-tucking today, but have decided not to FIM her. I really don't want to increase her individual footprint since she has so many neighbors. 10/17: I rearranged the garden a little bit and sprayed her down with ph adjusted tap water a few times today. She's looking great! 10/18: Today, I did a myco root drench, with a little added boomerang for all the aminos, vitamins, and earthworm castings, and some cal-mag. I soaked her thoroughly with about 3/4 gallon and let her sit in her tray to soak it all up. I'll let her go completely dry before I feed her again so that she really drinks it all in next time. I lowered the lights to 20 inches above her right at dark, so she'll wake up to an especially bright sunshiny day! 10/19: I was gonna rearrange this morning and had no space to work with, so I moved the 4 smallest plants in the garden into the "upper deck." Now she has a little more elbow room. It's the last day of week 3 and I'm really impressed with her progress. If I had more space to work with, I'd definitely be doing a little training to try and maximize my yield from her.

Day 47-54 (June 7th - June 14th) (Day 49) Pots are now drying out at a fast pace. I’m watering a solo cup or more everyday depending on the weight of the container. (Day 50) Jack Herer’s are really starting to show their sporadic structure. The buds are nearly all foxtail. The chunky BAOGC pheno is really fattening up now. It will definitely be the thickest main cola. (Day 51) My other tent is just about finished now. I will chop that down on the 21st along with whatever is ready in here. TWOG might be the only strain finished by day 60. (Day 52) All the plants are starting to get deficiencies except for twog and black garlic. TWOG is actually starting to fade out with a weird interveinal dark purple color. (Day 54) Solid week. All plants look happy and growth is on point. Can’t wait for harvest. One more week!!!

May 22nd - pH 6.1, PPM 1310, 2.6 EC, 85/75f, 47% humidity - late water change, around midnight, probably will add more CALiMAGic when I go to check the water later today (the 23rd), just very scared to have it turn cloudy af on me again and ruin the whole thing lol. May 23rd - pH 6.2, PPM 1650, 3.7 EC, 78/70f, 44% humidity - increased the amount of CALiMAGic, Micro, and Purpinator in the bucket, nutrients list updated to reflect, noticing some clawing, its either wind burn or nitrogen toxicity I'd guess. update: can't be wind burn, they're not going fast enough. don't really know what is up with those few clawing leaves just hope more don't happen. May 24th - Unable to get data this day. May 25th - pH 4.0(??) -> 6.2, PPM 2080, 4.2 EC, 82/69f, 47% humidity - Didn't get info yesterday, woke up before work to adjust plant and found it super low in pH? Pen stopped being calibrated so I pH'd to 6.0ish before I left and then recalibrated the pen when I got home and pH'd to 6.2. PPM is climbing, but the water level is going down too, will add more water tomorrow. May 26th - pH 6.0 -> 6.4, PPM 2100, 4.2 EC, 81/68f, 46% humidity - pH'd up to 6.2-6.5 range, noticed little rust spots. May 27th - Unable to get data this day. May 28th - pH 6.6 -> 6.1, PPM 2180, 4.4 EC, 81/72f, 38% humidity - pH'd down into range. Did some defoliation today, took a lot from the lower and middle 'cause 360° light. Added less than half a gallon of tap water.

Another good week!! I need to LST and defoliate... probably going to do that tomorrow. I fed them this week as well as watered. I will add the flowering nutrients going forward!! Otherwise, I hope this grow continues to go well!! Cheers!!

Curing time. Doing it in jars. I feel like only half the product is full and thick and other half loose and stringy buds. I had many issues getting it right for my first time which I believe led to this. One is watering which I didn’t fully grasp until too late, other is over doing nutes, then I had temp issues. Learning a lot and really happy that I was able to harvest anything.

Very straight forward week in terms of progress. All the secondary lines of the Dominican Republic strain were trimmed, and the plants were foliar fed for the first three days. As an additional note I switched to red and blue light to prepare them for flower.

This plant is in the far back corner so it's hard to get good pics of it. Its the most stretchy plant this run but it looks like its putting on some nice frosty buds. I spread the plants out a little this week so they get better light and air flow. Other than that I haven't done anything besides keep the reservoir full. Still pumping nutrients 1 minute on 20 minutes off. They are getting .5 tsp maxibloom per gallon. Not going to run any boosters this round. They dont look like they want or need it.

Hellow growers. Not quite sure whats going on but im now under the impression this isnt an auto as labelled. Lights have been on an 18/6 schedule but now i have set them to 12/12. I should be seeing pistils by now if it was an auto lol. I aint mad if it aint but i have veged a monster. Her stem has lots of girth her canopy is nice and even. Defoliated 22/11 Yay positive they are not automatic. So correcting info.

Start of week 5. Expecting to flower at the end of this week. Hopefully. Added advanced nutes Cal mag and PH perfect micro grow bloom. 2ml/L on day 29 08/29/20. And again on 09/02/20 Auto speed bud is pretty much an experimental strain since its so fast. 65 days from sprout to harvest. 3 are looking really good. The other 3 not so much. We'll see what happens

Transplant to 3g -----> LOVE TRANSPLANTING!! Gives you a chance to check the root ball, you don't want to your girls to be root bound. The right size pot for the plant is crucial for a plant to remain healthy its entire life cycle. Using a tote works great for mixing the Cocoa Coir bricks in. Transplant went well and root mass looked awesome! You don't want to see your roots wrapped around a million times as that is what is referred to as root bound. I could have transplanted sooner as there was some wrapping of roots. Hard time getting feeding under control. Each plant started to absorb its own different amount each feeding. Mid to end of the week clear signs of overwatering and again was battling the heat issue caused by the lights. Deficiencies were starting to show.

Mohawk Meds: Banana Flambe (BF): Day 42, 7 Weeks from seed. Healthy & green. Battled some High temps this week. Built a DIY water cooling system in the duck work along with lowering power to the lights but moving them closer to maintain PPFD & created an intake of cooler air to my closed loop system. All these things brought temps back to low-mid 70's from low 90's I was having. Through the week BF never wilted from the heat but didn't grow as much as it should have. Weekly Environment: 85-91F, 48-54% RH, 750-850 PPFD, & 550-875 CO2. Also topped BF #2 & #3 on the 5th Node. Decided to keep #1 as a Mother.

29.06. Cherry Poppers 1# 65# Cherry Poppers 2# 62# Both have endured a lot, 2# is still in critical condition, it is missing more than 50% of its leaf mass. 29.06. The plants have finally started growing again, some have almost completely recovered, some are still recovering, and some are in critical condition. The plants stopped growing for almost a week, maybe even that long, during those days they literally made no progress, the situation only worsened to the extent that I was sure that all but one plant would wither... There were storms yesterday and the day before yesterday, and that's why I'm late with the update because I couldn't take a picture of them, the gusts of wind were really strong. Watering is now more frequent and abundant, now I water them every 3rd or 4th day, everything depends on the temperature on those days, whether there is wind, how much moisture there is, etc. The last time they were watered was before the storm and they are already thirsty today as you can see in the pictures, it will be a day and I will water them in the morning. Today I removed their leaves again and now I can freely say that they have twice as few leaves as they should, so when it's time for defoliation, I probably won't do it at all, or at least not a lot. The day before yesterday it was the end of the ninth week for the plants, now they are already in the tenth, but in order not to miss the ninth week, I will write it in the ninth and I will write the next update 2 days earlier, more precisely, on time. The day before yesterday it also rained, there was a downpour for about 40 minutes, but the spray that I sprayed on the plants failed to absorb, it simply stuck to the leaf, it is greasy, you can see that in the pictures, the leaves are shining. I think the biggest problem was caused by the fact that it sticks to the leaf and when the sun is strong, the leaf simply burns. In general, do not use the product from the last picture, it can easily kill the plants. Most of the plants have almost recovered and are getting better, however, the rain can't stop that shit and I also tried to wash it, but it's not worth it, so there is a high probability that the problem will return when the temperatures rise again and the UV is almost extreme and that could be a problem... the temperatures have normalized again to 30 during the day, but in 4-5 days they are announcing again around 36-7.. I will copy the problem that befell the plants from the previous two diaries of other strains from a few days ago in order not to explain everything again, so whoever is interested should read it in more detail. 25.06. the condition is medium sad... the plants have not progressed at all, why? Well, because I'm a moron who doesn't think... Basically, what happened.. I sprayed the plants with an organic preparation against thrips and similar pests and if there was no need for it because this is growing outside and absolutely these little things can't do anything for them except something miserable to slow down their growth, but nothing terrible... and now, I didn't even want it to slow them down miserably, so I ordered a product called "SMC Spidermite Control" I sprayed the plants overnight, the next day when I came to the site, I had something to see... which is the worst I sprayed all the plants, instead of checking on one and only then spraying the others...autos I wanted to spray all the same, luckily I only sprayed 5 of them, as if God himself told me "wait until tomorrow to see how the plants will react" and continue...I come to the site and I have something to see...all the plants, but all, some more, some less, but the leaves were massacred blue, black, purple, there were all colors, everything was there, but the least healthy leaves, as if I had sprayed them with the biggest poison, I think that even in that case they would have passed better... was it the product itself or the sun that was strong during the day (I sprayed them at night and the nights were around 18 C in the coldest part of the night, so they had time to dry, it's not that they couldn't dry, but it all stuck to sheets, it was all shining, I think they could see how bright it was from the plane, but literally... I removed almost 50% of the leaf mass from some plants, from some smaller ones... the tips that were supposed to grow and be ready for a new topping just started, so they had stopped completely for a couple of days literally... the situation is now as you can see in the pictures, there are a few leaves that appeared after spraying with that product, and it is still appearing, but very little, just, just, and this there was no point in leaving the leaves that I plucked because they were completely destroyed, I have never seen them in my life... The site I bought it on said that the preparation was organic and completely safe, nowhere did it say that it can literally kill the plants, not even on the preparation itself... I am very sad about this, I have been spraying them with clean water every morning before sunrise since it appeared and the tops have slowly started to grow, this crap is appearing less and less, and I have no more leaves where should I remove it, I would just kill the plants... I hope they will recover (except for one plant that is in a critical condition and the automatics that were sprayed are also in a very critical condition, they are young and will hardly survive this) but if not, I have another white runtz that is not in the diary, it is a little more than 3 weeks old, so I will transplant it into 200 liters of soil, so at least something will come out... I feel very sorry for the plants, I already have enough money invested, and this is also my therapy, cultivation heals me… I'm very angry with the people who sold it to me, and they didn't warn me about such a thing, if it's not written on the bottle itself and on the website, and I've been buying from them for years and they know what I'm growing... the product is not cheap, I paid money for something that will kill my plants, fuck... I mean, fuck money, I feel sorry for the plants, but you understand what I'm saying... I'm also angry at those who put the product on the market in the first place, and I would say all kinds of things I did it, but it's better to keep quiet... and mostly I'm angry with myself because I believed what it says and didn't check the product, like the biggest amateur... But what's here is now, let's move on... Today is the 57th day of the plant's life, yesterday was the end of the eighth week. Watering is now more frequent, every 3-4 days, it depends, the heat is already high, today it was at least 40 C in the shade, the forecast says 35. Since the last update, the plants were fed once and for the first time after transplanting, this morning most of them were fed for the second time, the next watering or two will be with clean water.
