A microbe product, PH going into the medium is around 6.5-6.8 and coming out is between 5.5-5.8, so something is acidifying it up. Also noticed the runoff last week was a bit higher at times. So lowered the feed down quite a bit, going in at 1.4EC vs 1.8 will bump it up to 1.5 and 1.6 in the next few weeks. I also added in a bit of a PK booster. nothing to crazy only 60ppm worth on a total allowance of 700PPM Lights now running at 100% with V1 spectrum, decided to go with 100% now vs after stretch, will see how it works out. Dont know why but while i was defoliating the Chemdog smelled a little bit like soap haha. Turned on the reservoir for a couple of minutes. (Till the AutoPots are full and the valve closes) Rised the pots aswell, so the canopy is very even. I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)

Well that was a special day, it always make me sad in a way, but this time, I enjoyed the moment a lot. As I wrote in a reply to a comment, things can always be better, and they are with good decisions at the right time. These are the smallest and the biggesr plant, one seed didn't germenated and that's why I had to put a Red Gorilla. Not sure I will try a main mlinning on auto flowering strains any more.... but I think I did it wrong, first I took the one that seemed less strong for the experiment, and having 2 other plants to compete for lights. FIM is definetly a technique I will reuse if needed. It's so nice to have these genetic contrasts, colors, aromas, shapes. Many thanks for all the help you gave, precious. 19/04/2024 lower popcorn buds seems dried already! But still branches don't crack on bends. Will check again on Monday. I finally have received, lately a portable microscope, will be more ususeful next year! But this confirms that lower buds might have need more maturity but did the choice to not over complicate by harvesting in 2 times, my indoor tent is also my drying tent, and I wouldn't have any other place to dry the upper buds separetly while allowing the remaining to harvvest with more maturity. In general I think I might have began the Final part too early. BTW, we smoked the popcorn bud, and it's very promissing, we liked it.

Here in TegridyCal we love all our daughters but we must admit that the beautiful ones make our hearts beat faster. The Girl Scout Cookies of Zamnesia is increasingly confirmed as the queen of this round, the numerous bruches topped with perfect timing and recovered with truly effective speed and power are giving us hope. The first smells arrived, here too the first weeks of flowering we had a phenomenon of fading of the leaves probably due to too close to the light but we resolved by defoliating and distancing the queen. As you can see, the inflorescences are swelling properly and the topping with that fantastic timing / reaction ratio that I mentioned gave us bruches that will become very full in our opinion, we hope.

Transplant day!!!! Transplanted my 5 Purple lemonade ladies from solo cups, to 5 gallon grow bags! Today is day 14 and they had a fantastic root system. (Attached a photo). I am running FFOF this run, with 20% perlite added to the mix. I will not be running any nutes until probably week 5, as fox farms comes ready to go. This will be my first run with Ocean forest. My normal medium is Cocoloco by bushdoctor. I top dressed these girls with around 2 inches of cocoloco from a previous grow, to keep the gnats and bugs down. They dont mess with the cocoloco, I'm in Hope's that the couple inches of that on top will help with this also. They will veg under a 4ft, 8 bulb T5 Light.

week 3 of the flowering stage of MD XXL 🙌 1 of the 3 is realy not doing good and is yellowing alot, i dont know why this is, i think its heat stress combined with nutrient deficiency but im not 100% sure. I think shes doing better since i went from 3ml/l alga bloom to 4ml/l and adding 1ml/l green sensation to it. Other 2 MD XXLs are doing just fine, 😉 its still very hot where i live, around 30 degrees celcius every day, global warming all the way... i wonder what my harvest amount will be! For the people in the Grow Questions, i dont check PH/TDS simply because my budget couldnt sustain the equipment, ill get it next grow. Also the alga grow/bloom line from plagron states that you dont need to check PH levels because the algae in the nutrients will regulate it apparently, I also choose NOT to defoliate since i read alot of different stuff about it. I think i just let nature do its way and only remove those bad fans blocking my beautiful buds 👹

Sweet Bourbon Kush auto has exploded in growth in the last week. She got her second heavy dose of lst today. She is looking pretty strong, and healthy. Hopefully it continues. Flushed one for a week and now into darkness. The last two that started flower under the cheap LEDs need a bit longer. They will need another three weeks. The one plant looks really pretty and smells great. The upside is I don't have to trim them all up at the same time. Looking forward the the cure. Cheers

Day 31 of flower Basically the girls are on autopilot, with the autopots and Gaia green there really isn't much to do, both methods are super user friendly and the basic needs that need to be meet are just ph water in the reservoir every couple days and then watch them stack buds on top of buds...Occasionally I move a branch over to another square in the net to make room but Basically after the last top feeding it's just watch and weight, pun intended....

One more week up wee go , and dude are they going hehehe , i had some life to my room and im giving the stretch times but asap i will apply deep and hard defoliation with should be enough until almost the end of cycle. And defoliation day came and with it a second net to help support future buds, i was gona go harder on them but lol im happy with the new haircut lol Gave them a strong full feeding with it and had some conditioner to my soil to help braking death mater and also gave them nome nematodes to fight fungus nets larvas and help control the life on my soil. For now thats all im doing , i will keep monitoring this fungus net and springtails etc that came with the time of the year and with the fact that im growing fully mineral organic . I apologize upfront for all the photos. It was hard to pick which ones to upload, so I picked a good variety. There is gonna be between 4-6 pounds once dried/cured. These were all super dense and very little larf. This was a higher temp/higher humidity run with lots of co2 and they blew up big. It’s been a minute since I’ve grown a cola or 2 that were bigger than my arm…this time there was dozens of them. Each plant was only topped one time. The temps were usually mid 80’s and humidity in the mid 60’s during flower. This might seem high to some, but learning to apply VPD to a grow should not be trial and error, in other words, this was intentional. It’s not risky either. During the first 6 to 7 weeks of flower it is very important to not let your night time temps to go below 75 degrees. POWDERY MILDEW=LOW TEMPS AND HIGH HUMIDITY. Take one of these away and there will not be any powdery mildew! Do not let your temps go below 75! The last 2 weeks I dropped the humidity to 40% and my night temps to mid 60’s for resin production. A couple of thing one should have to create large buds is a temperature gun(for leaf temp), a par meter and co2. Keep the stomata open and feed lots of co2=huge buds. Learn about VPD and not just a quick google search! When it’s dry and cured I’ll be back for an update on weight, taste and effects. Currently the plants are drying in the room at 60 degrees and 60% humidity until I can get in there to trim them. Might be 2-3 weeks. Thanks again for all the likes and comments!
