Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days. The girls had a great week!! Starting to smell already... incredible!! I watered them 3 times with .75 cup and the last watering was 1 cup. They have sprouted up amazingly!! The environment has been stable.. starting this next week I'll start to add a little bit of Fox Farms nutes. Otherwise, just trying to keep the plants happy!! Thanks for stopping by!!

Lookin good, no more herms so far as I’ve tightened things up hopefully that’s the last of them for good. I installed a 4Inch AC infinity fan and filter as an intake so I have been able to close all of the vents. At this point the leaf strip has proven to be a solid method, I have nothing to compare bud size at this point but just the extra space it opened up is a plus. I’m sure the lowers will be a little more firm and the plants obviously haven’t had to be fed as often as usual so its saving time, water and nutrients. The added microbes have also allowed me to keep my ppm around 1000 instead of 1080ish without any sign of deficiencies. The Mandarin cookies x Dionysus has a little cal-mag issue but that was a trait from the mother which out of 10+ grows all had a cal-mag deficency. Everything is starting to fill out. 2 are really starting to get nice colas. 2 are beginning to fill in nicely and the little midget has finally started to form buds. Probably end up moving her outside to finish up, being she's lagging behind. She's starting to show potential and may end up being a little bud bush...lol. They are all definitely going to have spaced out finish dates.

Wow these girls are looking great! Nice big naturally shaped canopies that are just bursting with buds. Speaking of which the buds are just beginning to swell up and produce trichomes this week, so they are for sure 1-2 weeks behind the other strains in the tent. But with the size the buds are already we could be looking at some chinky ladies in a few weeks. Have noticed that some areas of the root on the tray of the front plant are showing a bit of green. Looks like maybe algae, or something of the sorts. Will start mixing in some hydroclean to the res, helps flush roots and clean lines. Could just be to exposure to air as well, not that humidity between 53-55%. Back plant doesn't show any discolouration on the roots as far as I can tell, but it's pretty hard to get all the way back they so not 100% sure. Girls still getting 650-700 umol/s for 20 hours a day. Ran out of B52 and and the temp enhancer, so am supplementing with some nutrients I got in a bulk buy. Using Nutes Nutrients Microbooster. Seems to have many of the same benefits of B52 and Bud Candy, so far plants seem happy with it.

Runoff ph is a bit high this time. Don’t know why. Around 6.8. Average ph going in is 6.0. Also the big fan leaves on ice cream cakes are kind of strange shaped. Will see how they are going to look later.

I'm happy with the progress they have made, all have responded well to defoliation and LST. I'll be adding a few more light nutrients at some point this week. The gorilla zkittles is shorter than the rest but looks very sturdy and has plenty of bud showing already, I think this is because it started flowering maybe 7days before the rest and in them 7days the rest shot up rapidly! I'll update daily and try get some nice videos with lights out.

Alright alright… getting to that fun stage. Flowers are fattening and we are going to run them another week and a half for the effects I’m looking for. They have been de netted and trimmed up to expose all bud sites. There will be no larf or popcorn this run.
