A slow start to the week after her defoliation but picked up at the end of the week and she is forming nice 'budlettes'. LST is keeping anything getting too tall and stealing the lime light. Will be introducing PK next week when I do water change.

🍌Germination went very well, here I am with 5 seedlings of Banana Krumble , I will continue the adventure with 4 of them. 🌴 I can't wait to see what they have to offer me. Big tasty buds I hope🍌😁 After a short week of growth I place my seedlings in their final 7Liters pot with a mixture that I made. I use unfertilized soil as a base.🌱 And I add organic nutrients from GreenHouseFeeding that I mix at the top of the pot (35Grams BioGrow 14Grams Biobloom). Then I water each pot with 1L of water.💧 I use tap water. been quite busy, due to my birthday and a new semester, which resulted in my Orange Apricot grew too close to the light and i mistakingly turned ny lights to 100% for a few days which ended up in light burn, so i had to re-adjust my setup and raised the lights.. also threw some netting on the orange apricot glue and some lst clips in an effort to hold them down abit.. still havent got the time to remove the burned leafs, but everything else looks perfect. ive also raised the Sweet cheese closer to the light.

I decided I needed another tent the four plants were extremely cramped in the small tent and it was occupied by some photoperiod blackberry kush plants. Its a good thing I have now moved the autos because my last run with photperiods was marred by my photoperiods hermyiing, these polinated the autos sadly. At least this is now a less likely scenario. I have also increased the light hours to speed my autos on . I think the zkittlez will probably be another month before its finished so its gonna be week13 I reckon before shes done

Week 4 Flower (11/24 - 11/30): Well, well, well... This was the week of thanksgiving and both of the kids parents were out of the state! We had to call in uncle Marcus to come and tend to them. We set him up with the second batch of tea on 11/18 (I'm sure I've given them like at least 4-7 batches of tea so far even though the feeding instructions said start during week 3...) but honestly, I feel like it was a good decision. The canopy isn't as leveled as I would like it to be, butttt there are ton's of bud sites coming up. I did a healthy defoliation (that honestly scared me).. but I think it was for the better removing any overlapping leaves, lower branches that were not receiving much light, and new branches below the top three nodes that were stretching to get light. The new branches were the hardest to remove, as it was hard to tell whether they could live on as new bud sites... but remembering that most of those were beneath the top of the canopy and that all energy is transferred energy.. guided our defoliation. We were home for exactly 24 hours between 11/17 and 12/1 and that is when we prepared another tea for the plants to get 11/27 from there they got one more watering of plain water before another tea to kick off week 5. The stretch is in full effect and they might get a little taller, but we can clearly see where the buds will be packing on weight soon.

New week, new growth. So we have done another defoliation to allow the lower shoots to be exposed to the lights which equal to a better yield come flower time, they always need a day or 2 recover after being put under any stress, especially if its an extreme amount of leaves being taken off. They were also lollipoped to clear up and messy under growth and to improve airflow under the canopy. I also took clones from each of these. Paying close attention to the EC and pH. Increasing and decreasing as and when I need to going off what the plants show me. Close to flower now. A few days to go! So she 'only' grew 3cm this week. That's not bad considering what she looked like a week ago!! 😭 She's pushed out a lot of new green growth this week. I hope she's also building a strong root system below ground. 💪

Fed once this week with a weak feed including top max. I use kombucha vinegar as pH down. Water from my tap is ph6.8-7.0 and 38-42ppm so I might start using calmag supliment as the ppm at my old house used to come out of the tap at ph7. 2 and 200-220ppm. I had 2 plants that didn't like the light at 30000 lux and started bleaching so I took them out. I've defoliated today day 35 as humidity was getting over 80% and also to let light to the lower bud sights. Pre flower pistils showed on some plants around day 33 (some still have none) so I'll consider this the end of veg start of flower. The kalimist indica pheno is still not showing pre flower pistils but is always hard to force flowering when it's not mature for some reason. It's always 7-14 days behind everything else 🤔

Wednesday Watered this morning both are doing well except for a heat/humidity stress visible on the edges of the leaves that are curling up . The shapes of the plants seems to be the final shapes so I guess that they will focus on the buds BUT I am starting to understand that the MarsHydro is promoting the stretch so they could continue to stretch a bit. I have made a video to show you my low stems cleaning so I hope you'll enjoy it 🙈🙉🙊 Thursday Same stems cleaning on the second grapefruit and a watering for both . The girls are drinking a lot and pretty often for a hand watering run.
