Happy with it 12/2 Seeing the first signs of flower so beginning the intro of bloom nuets. dropped the CT A&B Grow to 9ml/gal adding 1 ml/gal Bloom A&B. Will increase the bloom over the next week to full. 12/5 Into the flowering tent still on half grow half bloom nuets 800ppm for a while. Changed feeding to once per day 1 qt(liter) with @ one cup runoff each (25%) New camera learning how to use it

Week 1 flowering is just over for our melonade Runtz from Dutch Passion The stretching is amazing, they really doubled the size or even tripled the size. We are adding some bloom nutrients now and lets see the buds starting to appear the next weeks.

Tasty bud, and tough plants, when the Gelato's were struggling with mildew and budrot, the mimosa's didn't have any problems, even when they stood in the rain. Had a few nanners because of light leaks, but no seeds. Too green at harvest I know, even after two weeks of flushing. Guess there was still too much left in soil. Still, this is some outdoor that looks and tastes like indoor.

Day 50 and the plant seems to be growing healthy even though it's not stretching much my understanding is that this type of strain it is slow-growing type and require more of vegetable time than others plants flower seems to be developing fine but because there is a large difference in height between this girls and the other girls of my tent I had to introduce a regular light bulbs in there to try to address this not sure how is going to turn out but definitely I need more light in there and with the shut down everywhere not many places to Source out new equipment so have to do new ways to make it happen. Day 52 the plant seems to be responding well to the light bulb as well I how to do a little bit of defoliation to try to promote more light in there it is a very bushy plant. Week 6

The time has come! Flowering has been initiated and is off to a good start, The Photoperiod is now running at 11/13 on/off and the intensity of the light has been bumped up to 60% giving me a DLI of aorund 37.5 at 30" hang height in my 2x4. As the plants where topped a bunch I have found in previous grows the stretch will not be as crazy as if I left them on their own, however the increased pot size may negate that effect, only time will tell :D I also gave them a 2nd watering as the last one was leaving the pots a bit to light. This could be their new normal 1gal one week, 2 gal the next separated by a few days. They have all been amended with a 50/50 mix of grow and bloom from Gaia, Also added in some extra Insect Frass, Yeast and Bokashi grains, mixed this all with worm castings and compost for the top dress. added the compost after mixing it into the top layer so it gives it a bit of a blanket. made a little video of it and me watering the plants on a speed run. One thing I need to find is a sprayer head that has a 70-90 degree bend on it. I'm tired of watering from overhead as my wand is straight and does not have a bend. Its made of hard plastic and was thinking I would toss the tip in the oven to soften it up and place a coat hanger though it, then bend it ever so slightly and wait for it to cool, can snip off the wire and pull it out once its all done and have a bent tip. or I can get a 2nd wand attachment for it. Just been so busy have not had time to search for it, the peppers are doing much better as well, after the defoliation from last week they where getting a bit more light but that is all gone now, the plants have taken it back. and they are in shade, the plants seem to like it more. only the one strain likes the intense light of the led's, Fatalii peppers, It might be the hottest ones I'm growing if the goronong don't measure up. The JigSaw peppers are also starting to show some of their variegation in the leaves that make them pretty to grow now they are in the shade more. and its bound to be better then pure purple leaves from the LED"s Butterwort is eating all the gnats as well. so no problem there. Will apply the nematodes later next week to kill em off in the medium. Don't want them getting trapped in the flowers. stupid little fuckers. I left out some of the extras in the water this week as it was its first topdressing, didn't want to stress it out to much, I will be topdressing every week and diving the total ammount of amendments in 4 parts. vs one big feeding at beginning of the month like its been suggested on the label, I find this helps avoid the N burn I normally see and gives them a bit better of a breakdown for flowering period. It worked really well with my G13 Labs Blue Cindy grow so I am repeating the process and will likely make this my new standard. I will also be adding in some Mg into every other water till stretch is done same with a very light feeding of molasses, I know it has been negative in past grows but going to try it out again with much smaller amounts. 1tea/pot, the extra sugars should work wonders on the Bokashi added into the soil and allow it to thrive. Plants are starting to get more of a funk to them as well, So i feel that's what was happening with the gifted plant to my parents smelling up the place, it was just entering flowering as it was not in a tent n the lighting must have been to low. And the little cuttings I did last week are fine, no roots but will soon have a bunch of little clones to go. Just in time for spring. I think that's it. Day 33 ladies and gentlemen it looks like we are finally able to upload diaries and I'm very excited for this and I'm sure the breeders who sent me these seeds are happy as well.. shout out to Sensible Seeds for the opportunity to grow their genetics and showcase them.. this Grape Wine AKA grapefruit is showing signs of being sativa leaning which I believe she is.. this week I implemented silica to all my plants and that's it .. this is my first organic grow the plants are probably half the size of what I'm used to but we'll see when it's all said and done.. hope all is doing well I will be back to update in a few days on the start of week 5.. good luck to everybody and happy growing ✌️😎

In to week 2 of flower, screen starting to fill in nicely. Nothing much else to report, everything looking healthy with no signs of any deficiencies, really stepped up a gear with growth now. I’ll be doing some more tucking to fill the screen completely over the next few days, final defoliation and clean up below the screen next week and that should be the training finished till harvest.

-Flowering is going well. Gunna try and test the ph of the runoff this week to see if I have an issue. -BC1 has some yellowing leaves near the top of the plant. -WW1 (the bushy plant) has had 2 major haircuts this week. I’m having a really weird issue with some upper leaves turning red! They’re turning red, not dying or falling off just turning red, it’s weird and only happening to this plant. -WW2 and BC2 are doing amazing! Pretty much all green except for the occasional old yellowing leaf -Time to pack on some weight -Midget has started to flower, doubt it will be ready before the cold, we’ll see what happens

Day 22 - Rolling into week 4 looking mean and green! 💪 I need to make a decision on what kind of training I want to dish out to this lady. She's growing a bit faster than her tent mates. Day 23 - Always experimenting - today I begin my first mainline! I've already built the foundation by allowing the plant to grow to 6 nodes, as recommended by the tutorial I followed by the brilliant Miss Nebula Haze @growweedeasy. My next step is documented here in a video, as I take my lush, happy, healthy plant, and give her the kind of haircut that makes you want to storm out of the salon without leaving a tip. 😂 I even managed to get in my signature branch snap early in the game - being held together now with duct tape. 🤦‍♀️ In all seriousness though, I'm thrilled to be trying this out, despite the agony of cutting down my plant to nothing but a stump and antennae. I've seen some great growers create some serious masterpieces using this method, and damn it my curiosity is taking control! Here's to learning something new! Day 27 - Came home from vacation to find that my plant had hulked through the duct tape that held her snapped branch together... I guess she's doing well. ☺️ Over the course of the past few days her branches have gotten notably thicker! 💪 Day 28 - Now that each new main stem has grown out, I removed all the growth tips from below the 3rd node on each side. I left the fan leaves in tact to give plant access to extra energy as she pushes through this intense training. I softened the branches with my fingers, very slowly, to tie down my new main stems horizontally across the net basket. I took a sterilized x-acto knife to then top each of my two main stems at the 3rd node on each side, leaving me with a beautifully symmetrical base to my masterpiece.
