Day 28: Happy days folks. hope we are all well and sane still. This week has been a good week for node stacking and starting her frost making it seems. She is a great size to work with now and has responded well to the stripping out of the lower larf and leaf. The airflow is perfect below decks now and allows air to move through the whole canopy and also light to make it through. Her buds are showing her Gelato 41 genetics with their appearance and are identical to the white flame like pistils. She is giving a slight terpene of sweetness and a little diesel too. Her stripping out had my fingers feeling a nice tacky , oily feel to them so she is certainly starting to nurture the budlets. Their golfball appearance is swelling daily and seeing how lose they are to joining up already , holds hope for some long chunky colas. She is approx 3ft now and a good circumference to her too. It is a safe assumption to think she will go the full 11 weeks flowering based on her parentage. The cross of these two strains is so far producing a perfect sized plant for my room and has given me the confidence to dabble in this area in the future I think. Gorilla Zkittelz/Blue Gelato41 is a good X and I know from another seed popped by a friend that Gelato41/Hulkberry creates a 5ft cola'ed monster plant. ( pic in my photos) and I still have crosses of Gelato41 and Cookie Kush , Gelato41 and Phantom O.g , Gelato41 and Orange Sherbet to run !!. I am fortunate to have a lot of these new beans now but I also have some amazing sponsored genetics running and some exciting testers still to do ( 9 more fast flowering strains to put through the wringer and try to identify !.lol) . Well that's another week down and only 7 to go for her. !!!!!!! she has a lot of big stacking buds growing time left. WATCH THIS SPACE !!!!!. Be safe people.

Well week 3 went by pretty good! I flushed my soil twice because i was starting to see what looked like nutrient burn and since flushing twice it seems to have amended the soil and issue. I waited until the soil was fairly dry and watered yesterday with a new set of nutrients and will be keeping it on a schedule of feeding nutes once a week until i know it can handle more and im not burning it again. I bought stuff to help me LST the branches and during doing so bent one too far and it started tearing off. I put some support under it to hold it in place and now im just hoping and praying it heals up and can resume growth instead of me having to get rid of the whole thing. We will see but im excited either way!

I payed 55 dollars an eight for the same level of quality, I got 18 eights of top shelf for $10 not including nutrients and supplies, yeah I'm never going back to a dispensary unless I'm traveling. This experience has improved my life in many ways. I got a total of 7.8 ounces from this grow, I'm happy :)

The molasses will give the microbial colony some additional food as well as supplying micro-nutrients to the plant. I finished out the daily maintenance giving her a check over and turning her pot 1/4 turn to ensure she gets light to every inch of her. 10/1- Yesterday was a 'no water' day as her pot was still fairly heavy to lift. Today she was watered with her usual of 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. Her flowering continues to impress me with her trichome production covering her flowers with 'frost' she's a sight for sore eye's! 😍 The end of next week will be the beginning of her wrapping up with the 'Finish Line' approaching by Week 9, but it will all depend on when she tells me that she's ready to go! 10/3- With Week Seven coming to a close we're going into the last 2 weeks for this lady and she's right on track, looking epic and smelling like a bucket full of super ripe red grapes! 🤩 I watered heavy yesterday and added 1 tsp/g of Unsulfured Molasses to the 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. Storm came in early week and dirt feels onto buds destroying some trichomes. Doesnt smell as good anymore. Upped nutes added overdrive. Theyre coming back good. 80% cloudy starting to see ambers. Will flush soon

Week 8 Update – Height Issues and Frosty Buds 🌿❄️ No major complaints this week—everything is under control, except for the height of AN#3… but Supercropping to the rescue! 😅 BioBizz#1 – BT30 She’s now using less water, managing 3L every 3 days. Bud development is steady, but compared to AN#4, she’s noticeably less frosty. AN#4 – BT30 This is officially my best and strongest plant so far—super frosty, even on the large fan leaves! 😍 She’s also down to 3.5L every 3 days and thriving. AN#3 – BT26 Not performing as well as the others, mainly due to the light distance. At times, there’s only 4cm clearance from the lamp! She’s definitely not loving it, but I’ve managed to keep things under control with Supercropping. I have to admit, the stretch on this strain caught me off guard, and I’m not entirely happy about it. 😅

It absolutely stinks of pineapples in here! They’re looking fabulous! Dripping with trichomes and thickening up day after day! I can’t wait until they’re finished! I think they’re going to taste amazing!

So this week I saw some decent bud development! There are a couple of colas with tips a little too close to the light, but they aren't getting super high PAR measurements so I think they're good. I added PK 13/14 this week, so I wanted to see some interesting changes. Not as much as I thought, but some flowers are noticeably much fatter than a few days ago. Had an issue with the top layer of my coco getting dry which I realised to be from the 15L dehumidifier I had in there, right next to my pot 😳 So that's now on full power in the room outside of the tent. The heat can be a bit of an issue, reaching 27-28c briefly some days. There's been a couple of fluctuations in the humidity, from 55% RH to 70%, so I've straightened the ducting and tried to perfect my ventilation and environment as much as possible. I'm debating buying a co2 bag to help my plant deal with the heat and intense light. The trichomes are really starting to show, with the 60x magnifier I can see so many cool heads. It just seems that my buds aren't really filling out beneath the pistils, causing me to worry. This week there were so many photos that even after picking out my favourites I ended up with 111 of them! Also, it's worth noting that the nutrient amounts I have listed are in *ml/1.5l. 5/3/24 cultivars listed in order of video appearance #1 First to pop. Last to lose shell. Her leaves are SUPER short and thick. About medium height #2 most consistent. Popped 4 hrs after her sister #1. The most consistent in growth. Leaves are thin and medium length #3 was the slowest to pop but once she did, she shot up and surpassed her sisters in size, in about half the time it took the others.
